    We loved our great clips experience. I have to note that this location is probably the best in the area. Ginger was so friendly and sweet. She made the process so much more enjoyable. We loved our haircuts and thought they did a great job layering our hair.

    This Gateway great clips is the best great clips in the area. They have a tenured staff and no matter who cuts my hair it turns out good. Way better than the winter park location that one is hot garbage.

    My family and I had the best experience here yesterday! Kevin did an amazing job styling my hair, the curls lasted through the Gala we attended. Stella was very kind and gentle with my 3 children. Anna cut my son’s hair who has special needs, this was his first time being able to sit through a haircut!!! Thank you all so much for truly the best experience we could have asked for :)

    I came in trying to fix what another stylist did at another GreatClips location. AMANDA was amazing and fixed what they did and gave me exactly what I wanted. Looked great leaving and looks even better once I ironed and styled it. I will definitely come back to see Amanda each and everytime! Thank you so much!!!!!!!

    Had my hair cut by Ashley today. I’ve been putting this haircut off so long because I didn’t want to lose the length, but I REALLY needed a haircut. She took her time to explain how we could achieve a healthier look without losing a ton of length and she totally followed through on that! She explained every step as she went along and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. My experience was just great. Definitely recommend Ashley wholeheartedly!

    My son has been having his haircut by Kevin since he was about 1 year old! He’s now almost 18 and we have never taken him elsewhere! Kevin is experienced and a wonderful person. He’s done layers for my nieces thick long hair rated 20/10 Don’t hesitate to give him a try. He cuts all my boys , my hair as well as other family.     Daniel at the front desk is awesome as always, weve been coming back to this location since we moved just about 4 years ago. My husband is very picky about his hair so I wanted to make sure we found the perfect place and after his first cut I knew this was it. Since our first visit, myself and my kids get their cuts done here as well. We always feel welcome here and having the same stylists we feel like family. Kevin, Amanda, Julia, Ashley thank you for for taking care of our crazy family hair needs!

    I had the best haircut. Make sure you ask for Ashley. She did a cut with the back shorter than the front and it was absolutely the most even cut I have ever had. Not one hair was uneven. She took the time to explain how to dry and brush my hair for it to be effortless. I have also had other really good stylists at this location but Ashley was fantastic.

    We have been getting my son’s hair cut at Great Clips for many years now. They always do a great job and they listen to what he asks them to do. He never has any complaints. My son just loves going there to get his hair cut. He gets to meet new a stylist each time.

    The staff is amazing. The customer service is on point. Julia is warm and welcoming. My mom and I have been going to Great Clips for over fifteen years and Julia has been our stylist for all of those years! Not to mention the cost of our haircuts! Oh so reasonable!     I have been bringing my son to this location for a little over a year now and have had nothing but a great experience. I am only giving a 4 start review because Sam didnt really listen to what I was saying to him in regards to how he cut my sons hair and would not even clean his hair up or fix it. He kept saying he couldnt when everyone else could. I ended up taking his towel and doing it my self. But Ginger came in and cleaned up my sons hair made it more even and exactly how we wanted it. So thank you Ginger !!!!!! The front staff Betty was incredible and friendly and accommodating as well ! I definitely recommend Ginger if you come in !!

    Today was my first time being at this Great Clips location. I used the online check in, which worked perfectly, as it started to get crowded right when I arrived. Amanda, my stylist, greeted me and immediately brought me to my chair the moment I walked in! Amanda was so kind, personable, and great to talk to while I got my hair done. I am so thankful that I found my new Great Clips and my new stylist! Thank you a ton, Amanda! Looking forward to coming back!

    Today was my first experience here at any Great Clips, and I am quite impressed! Normally I try to go to different hair salons but I hadnt found the right hair stylists for YEARS.After reading reviews, I decided to give this place a try and to make sure to ask for Julia (as she came highly recommended per one review)! She is exactly how the one reviewer mentioned: sweet, considerate, and makes sure you are happy before you leave! I showed her a picture as to what I wanted, and she went above and beyond my expectations! I felt comfortable asking for her to cut my bangs shorter, and she gave me a few suggestions as to what to use on my hair to help it too. And the price is great for what it is!Great Clips, youve made a lasting customer out of me! I will continue to come back and get my haircut from your establishment! Julia is doing a wonderful job!P.S. I love her hair!

    Very pleased with my visit. Greated as soon as I walked in the door and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I cant remember her name, but she was very sweet and we had nice conversation. She did have an Eastern European accent if that helps to identify them. I will definitely come back for a visit.

    Went for a quick trim and slight reshaping to my long, straight hair on 5/1 and it was not too busy, my turn came within 5 minutes. My stylist Ntanyah was very cordial, warm, personable yet professional, and listened to what I wanted, and I was very happy with the shampoo and cut! I would definitely go back to her. When I called to check how busy they were, I was treated very warmly and professionally over the phone, and when I arrived, I was greeted in the same manner, and it was clean and very pleasant in there.Very happy with this Great Clips experience at Gateway Crossings, Altamonte Springs, FL.

    Updated for 2022. Kevin still does an excellent job on my hair. There are several great stylists at this location. Continue the great work!First time at this location. Kevin cut my hair and was awesome. I was trying a different cut and he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Really liked the cut and he did a great job.

    Im one of those guys who gets their hair cut every several months when it gets unruly. Ive never had a bad experience with the wonderful individuals working there. Even with how rarely I go they still remember who I am, which is great because I have a hard time explaining the haircut Im looking for and they remember. I just went in this morning and I was out in 10 minutes, great service! Only downside is they can get pretty busy after work but thats to be expected with a good place of business.

    My first time coming in today for a simple hair cut and left feeling amazing. Julia cut my hair and talked to me the entire time, she is super friendly and listens very well. I was telling her how I take chances and today I took that chance with a new hair cutting place. You never know what your going to leave with getting your hair cut, usually people are not on point and mess up. Julia knew exactly what I wanted and I left feeling amazing.     Codie gave me the best haircut last visit. I hope he will be there when I return. I also recommend Ginger. The salon is clean and the service is quick. This is the best location.

I don’t know if it was miscommunication, but they had a paper with what they had done last time, so I assumed it would look the same. I didn’t have my glasses on so I didn’t see it, but the hairdresser cut too much, to a point where I could have done it myself at home with with a shaving machine. I don’t think I’m going back there.[original review]I went there the first this week. They don’t require you make an appointment but you can check-in online, which saves you time.So I checked in online and arrived at the estimated time I would receive service.5-10 minutes I got my haircut. My stylist was professional and got the job done in 15 minutes.My haircut is not complicated (I think) and she did a great job.The price was also low given the quality of the service.I’m definitely returning there next time I need a haircut.

    Ive always had a good experience here. Been going for more than 3 years now, and even though its not the closest one, I still prefer the staff.     I absolutely love coming here. Julie (Julia/Juliet/Im sorry, I call her Julie) is the best person on this planet, hands down. Shes ridiculously sweet and considerate while working in you and ensures you walk away from that chair happy.     I have been using Great Clips for a few years now. The Stylist are fine and do a pretty good job cutting. Their pricing is fantastic and Wednesday is senior discount day. Its nice to be able to check in online and usually have a short wait. I would recommend trying the place.

    Anna does such a great job with my hair and my toddler’s hair. She’s probably the only hairdresser that can keep him still the entire time and she always makes his hair look so good. She always makes sure your hair is even and exactly how you want it before you get up from her chair.

    This was my second haircut at this location and the wonderful young lady that cut my hair did an incredible job. I really wish I had gotten her name, because its hard to find people that can do a good job on my hair. I have very thick hair and a stubborn cowlick in the back. On top of that my hair was extremely overgrown. I had been going to another stylist for years, but I think I found my new hair cutter. Thank you! The young lady had blonde hair, glasses and tattoos, wish I had gotten her name. See you all again soon!

    Being a fan of what I term Haircut Roulette - I embraced the concept of just getting the next available hair stylist and hoping for the best! Plus I knew that I was running a bit late and even offered to simply come back another day when I realized it was almost closing time! But a Big #Shoutout to Kevin (I think lol) cause he happily greeted me, told me to relax, and then proceeded to give me an excellent haircut.
