    I’ve been getting my hair cut here for the last two years, mostly with three stylists. I like this place because their prices are reasonable, and its also conveniently close to home. The parlor is always clean, and the staff is welcoming. I’m giving four stars because sometimes it’s a bit difficult to get an appointment with any of the stylists I regularly see.

    I’ve been looking for a hair salon that is affordable and specializes in curly hair. After reading reviews, I decided to give Hair Cuttery a try and I’m so glad I did! I booked my appointment with Gabrielle and she did not disappoint! I was so nervous my curls were going to get damaged from the hair dye and I’m so happy to say my curls are still healthy. If you’re looking for an affordable hair salon and a hair stylist who specializes in curly hair, you’ve found your place! Make sure you book with Gabrielle! She was friendly, welcoming, and exceeded my expectations! I couldn’t even believe how light she was able to get my hair. Before and after pictures below 😊

    KELLI has been doing my hair for over a year now- she’s helped me transition from when I lost my hair to chemo; back to long healthy hair now! I won’t see anyone else anywhere else 🥹🫣 she always remembers what I like to have done, and encourages me to try products but she’s never pushy which actually makes me more likely to get more services and products when I have the $! The service is so good I drag all friends n family here eventually!

    I went and got my hair cut yesterday. I was very down because of a lot of health issues and because my hair is thinning and falling out. Trish was my hair stylist but yesterday she was also my therapist. I had a specific style in mind for my hair and when I was explaining it to her I knew at first it was asking a lot. I have baby fine, thin hair and due to chronic kidney issues it has made my hair awful. Trish started on my hair and it was all in her hands. I originally was not going to get a blowout but changed my mind after she was done cutting my hair. I was turned away from the mirror only because it was easier for her to style my hair. When she was finished she turned me around so I could see, I WAS AMAZED!! Not only did she do exactly what I asked but the style was amazing! I was so overcome with happiness I actually started crying. I had not felt that good about myself in a long time and it is all thanks to Trish!! I will remain a permanent customer of hers. No one else will cut my hair! Thank you for everything Trish! 🩷🩷

    My grandmother and i both went in today. my grandmother got a trim, it looks amazing (she has a hard time with finding someone to do it correctly) but meagan did it perfectly !! my grandmother is extremely happy with her hair. meagan also did my conditioning treatment. everyone was gentle with my hair (its currently damaged). the treatment made my hair super soft and feel better. the blow drying part, she did perfect. the staff was super sweet and welcoming.we will definitely be coming back. it was a very comfortable environment and experience. thank you meagan

    First time at this location and Emily was beyond amazing! 👏 😍 💖 ❤️ I showed her one picture of a layered cut that I wanted and she did it to perfection 🥰 💞 I also got color done and she recommended the perfect chocolate brown tone to compliment my skin tone, thank you Emily for and amazing and personalized experience, I definitely recommend this location and Emily, all very talented! 😊

    Tisa was great!!!! She had to perform a bad haircut intervention for me and did just that!!! I felt completely confident with her from the beginning. She suggested a deep condition as my hair was also damaged. She cut & styled really well- so much better than it was. She suggested products and I have been so extremely happy with the results.     I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service at this Hair Cuttery location! Mabell was so sweet and helpful, and they got me in and out quickly without any pressure to upsell. In a pinch, they were a lifesaver when I couldn’t get into my regular salon. I’d definitely recommend this spot for a quick, hassle-free haircut!

    Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough, truly!! Amazing!!!Ken cut and washed my hair and had the best banter !! He was so gentle with my tender head and at the end, gave me so much confidence!! Seriously the best!! My opinion, go Wednesday-Saturday just for him!!

    Angela did an amazing job. My son is on the autism spectrum and will literally do almost anything to avoid haircuts until now. Not only does Angela give him a great cut ( he has really thick hair and 2 cowlicks right next to each other), but she is patient and personable. Haircuts arent a hurdle now. I highly recommend Angela and this Hair Cuttery.

    I went in a few weeks ago and saw Mabell. It had been a year since someone completely ruined my hair and my self esteem was not the best because of it.     Erin is the BEST! I discovered her about six months ago, and I am so glad I did! I have never felt so pampered at a hair salon; the massage she gives you when applying shampoo and conditioner makes you never want to leave! She listens carefully to what I want, in a cut and style, and exceeds my expectations! I recently splurged on highlights for the fall, and got so many compliments!     I damaged my hair by bleaching it at home with my friend, which caused me to come into this salon. Roxanna has worked miracles in my hair. I have been coming to this same salon for over 4 years. I do not trust my hair with anyone else! My hair healed and now I got the balayage I wanted! I highly recommend Roxy &Lupe ! Very knowledgeable, professional , kind, honest, and works with what you have! Great prices and sales as well! This whole team is great and I am so glad my friends have come here too and got great results.

    I have been visiting this location and Gabi (Gabrielle) for almost 4 years now and she never disappoints! I have gone blonde to dark brownish red and now copper/ginger over the years and Gabi managed to keep my hair long AND healthy!!!! I don’t trust anyone other than her with my hair. Whenever Gabi does my hair whether it’s the color or style, I ALWAYS receive compliments. DEFINITELY recommend to all to visit this location and book Gabi!!

    I’m in the not so fun phase of growing out a very short pixie, and I’m at an awkward length that seems to make it impossible to feel like I ‘look pretty’…I booked an Appointment with Meagan who did such an amazing job doing extensions !She made sure the color matched up perfectly, and that everything was blended so perfectly! It looks and feels so Natural!I highly recommend going to Meagan to get your hair done and get your pretty back !! I definitely left feeling confident. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

    Gabrielle did an amazing job today and I am so impressed by her knowledge and work! After some bad experiences in the past with other salons, I made sure to do my research this time and read reviews. After seeing Gabrielle’s name mentioned a lot i decided to book my appointment with her. Just a couple days later I got the best haircut ever! She did a great job listening to my requests and followed the inspiration photos I showed. She was also very knowledgeable and was able to answers a lot of questions I had about my hair type. I 100% recommend Gabrielle she is extremely talented and really put effort in to making you look the best!

    Gabrielle is the ONLY person I will ever trust with my hair. From the moment I met her, she has always taken pride in her work and made sure that I am truly satisfied with my hair.     After trying for years to find a hairstylist I can go to consistently in this area, Im happy to say I finally found one! Everyone at the salon was super friendly and helpful. Samantha cut my hair and I cant remember the last time Ive ever been so happy with a haircut and the experience overall. Im super picky with my hair, and she listened to everything I wanted, made her own suggestions in a non-overbearing way, and did such an amazing job. She knew I was uneasy about getting my hair cut with a new person, and she quickly calmed my nerves and made me feel relaxed going into the experience. If you book with her, you wont regret it!!

    My go to place for a blow out and style. Cirila used to do a great job and I went to her multiple times. However, she doesnt work there anymore. After that I tried a couple other stylists and did not like the way they styled my hair. Finally found Allison!! She does an amazing job. Takes her time and does not rush.Good to take an appointment and go. Weekends are busy. Go in the evenings as its not crowded. They are open till 9pm on weekdays and that is super convenient to go after work. Just one thing to note - I have noticed stylists charge different. I have paid from $35 to $50 plus tip for a blowout and style.

    Hannah did a phenomenal job with my hair! I went to touch up my highlights that were grown out, and she made sure that before touching my hair she was on the same page as I with what I wanted :) She showed me a photo of different tones of blonde to educate me on warmer and cooler shades - I ended up trying something different and included “money pieces”. (Absolutely love) She was pleasant throughout the entire experience and CONSISTENTLY ensured that I was comfortable and didn’t need anything ♥️ We had great conversation throughout and I will be booking her again next time!!     I went to this salon with damaged long hair not knowing what I wanted. I knew what I didn’t want and had a rough idea but I wasn’t sure what would look good on me. The woman that cut my hair was tall, and had long black hair. She was so kind and talked me through my options. In the end I decided to go shorter than normal but she made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. This is the best hair cut I have ever had. Thank you to this kind woman.

    I absolutely love this salon and my hairdresser , Roxana is an excellent stylist. It’s an amazing experience coming here from start to end. Roxana is friendly, kind, and very professional. My hair color it’s exactly the way I wanted it. She has educated me on how to take care of my hair and how to get to the color I wanted with out damaging my hair. She is an expert and very skilled hairdresser. I am very pleased with the services I have received.

Very sweet, very good at what she does and really took the time to make sure I was getting what I wanted and the end result was gorgeous.     Jessica is THE BEST. I moved to FL a few years ago and have been struggling so hard to find a hairstylist but i legit hit the gold mine with her. My hair is super curly and a lot of stylists haven’t been able to manage it. She’s cut my hair while curly as well as did a blow out and it turns out AMAZING every time. on top of that she’s super friendly. Definitely recommend!

    My fiance, son and I all got haircuts here today and all left with nice, fresh, clean hair cuts. Other salons in the area have always messed up my fiances hair, but Gabriel did a perfect and wonderful job on his. My hair was well overdue for a cut and I was nervous about getting it done after so long, but Marcella did an amazing job!! Also the woman who did my 2 year old sons hair was more than patient and kind with him (I didnt get to catch her name 😓) and his hair turned out so cute 😊 Needless to say, this is where we will be returning for every haircut in the future!     I liked being able to make an appointment online, choose a stylist and know the price. I think now I would have gone as a walk end in just sat and observed a few people doing hair. The person that did my hair was very sweet but she ran 30 minutes late and I could ask more questions about services if I had gone in person. I thought a washing shampoo was a little pricey for the haircut hurry at $27 and up before tip. I will likely go back unless I find someone less expensive which I was going to use a neighbour that charges $20 for the same service before tip and thats in her own private salon. However everyone was very friendly and wanted to make sure I got what I needed so I appreciated the courteous nus in the friendly environment which is why I gave it 4 stars. Definitely very clean and follows proper sanitation procedures both the normal kind have to do when it is a Hair Salon plus for COVID.

    My 3 year old daughter decided to give herself her first haircut today. And by haircut I mean about 6 inches 😭🙁 Kendall took us right in, and was so kind to her, and still telling her how beautiful she was. He was patient, and friendly to my son and I as well while we watched. I know how much pressure he was under with momma bear standing over his shoulder making sure he did everything perfectly. And he did! He cleaned up her handy work so well. She loves her hair, and although I loved her hair before, I love it even more now because she is happy. Thank you Kendall!!!!

    JESSICA!! OMG! She is UNREAL! She listened to me and it was like she was in my head. I have been to luxurious salons and NOONE ever gets it right. I wanted platinum balayage. My hair is usually darn brown so I always ended up yellow. She took her time and was very professional. She nailed it. My hair was a terrible mess. It was pink!!! And box bleached. I mean a mess!     I made an appointment with my mom to go get full foils and hair cuts. This place is very clean and when we walked through the door everyone was super friendly with smiles on their faces. The place was very well kept, light, and bright! The hairdresser we went to was amazing!! We absolutely love our hair and the way our hairdresser did it! The hairdresser we went to is Patty, she is amazing and has such an amazing personality! The color is exactly what we wanted. The whole car ride home we could only talk about our hair because we were so impressed!! The cut and blow out just made the whole look come together!     Yesterday my son, daughter, and I went for a haircut or trim for each of us. My son got a haircut precisely as he wanted it. I need to ask for his stylist name. Michael gave my daughter and I our respective trims. He treated her well and gave her advice on how to take care of her own hair. Thats a bonus! He gave me a great rounded trim.     As someone who has never had anything done to their hair except for a hair cut, I was very skeptical about dying my hair a different color.My fiancée recommended Mike to me because she has had him color her hair before and she loved it. My plan was to dye my hair silver because I reached a goal for a Charity stream through ExtaLife and Twitch, Mike was truthful with me and said it would VERY tough to accomplish because of how dark my hair was. He gave me multiple options and prices and told me how the process was going to work.Throughout the process Mike and his colleague Maria were very reassuring about what was going on.     Id first like to say that I came in very nervous and wasnt sure what I was doing. I had a solid plan in my head on what I wanted my hair to be - AND IT WAS NOT THE SAME COLOR AS THE PICTURE I SAID I WANTED!!.... it was just as beautiful :) redI gave staff a set price on what I wanted to play with and what I wanted done- I was educated on why my hair would not be the same color if I went with just dying without any lift. It was my choice to do it anyway knowing full well I was not going to get the same color. I have very long and thick hair so I was there for over 5 hours and it was astonishing how patient he was with my hair tangling every second and he didnt take any shortcuts.Felt like I took the day to be pampered and I loved it!     Ive had bad experiences with them in the past, but I was needed a haircut and decided to risk it again. I went and I met Sam, who is an extremely lovely girl that truly cares about what you want for your hair. Shes not pushy about trying to sell you stuff, she merely suggests something and if you dont care for her suggestion, she moves on quickly.     Susie did an EXCELLENT job with my hair. As someone who doesn’t get my hair done too often, Susie made it a special occasion. One thing I really liked is that after talking to me about what we wanted to do with my hair, she worked out the price and told me up front. It was originally too high, so she worked with me to find a service in my budget that also fit my needs. I love the transparency!! Yes. I would have given five stars for just that. BUT THEN it just kept getting better. She did everything to make me feel comfortable. Without having to ask, she moved me to a different booth to have more space (covid-conscious), got me a different cape for me to sit in after my hair was dyed, offered me snacks while I was waiting for the color to set... basically it was the best. I am not local to the area, but if I was, Susie would be my go to girl.

    I havent gotten a professional hair cut in over 4+ years... why? Because I have trust issues. Ive experienced countless haircuts where I didnt get close to what I wanted and I was overcharged. And yes.. I experienced the typical I just wanted an inch trim which turned into having close to a bob. I have such trust issues that Ive turned to my husband to give me hair trims... And he learned from YouTube in 5ish mins. His hair trim came out a lot better than most professional hair stylist that Ive gone to.With all this said.... I took a leap today. A big one too. I can see why her name is Sunshine because she is an absolute ray of kindness and has a great sense of humor. I showed her a few photos of what I wanted and she took it from there. She not only nailed exactly what I wanted but taught me helpful tips to get to know my hair and how to care for it better. She took time to share her knowledge and made me feel like a welcomed guest, rather than a rushed order to get to the next. I can go on and on about this rockstar but Im unsure if anyone is still reading by now lolAnywho, there was a part of me that was sad my hair cut was ending but an even bigger part of me was excited to get home and show my hubby my new look.     I went here on a Monday afternoon and I came in with an enormous chunk of matted hair. They said theyd tackle this mess asap and they went to work immedietly. I am so bad with names. It was a girl (her name was a name that started with a C I think, like carina or something) and a guy (Michael) and they went to work brushing and combing through the mess that was my hair. I was told by a previous hair salon that they wouldnt be able to save my hair and that it was basically a lost cause and that theyd have to shave my head BALD. My mom and I were like uh.... i guess if thats our only option but THANK GOD that other place rescheduled me and I didnt want to wait. Otherwise Id be getting my head shaved tomorrow.They were just awesome. They worked on my head for roughly 4+ hours. They were very very professional and just all around awesome. They werent rude to me at all because I came in with a huge challenge. I had come in there as a defeated woman and came out with my self esteem back up. I cannot thank them enough. Especially the girl who spent the extra time to wash, cut and style my hair after they brushed it out. She put so much effort into my hair. It was the kind of effort youd expect from a friend or family member, not someone you just met that you pretty much hired to do a job. I felt like I was being taken care of with the utmost respect and quality.     Heather was really great. She had a lot to correct from the last haircut I had. It was kind of all over the place and she made it all come together. Beautiful cut. I will come back for her 100%.

    West Towne has gone through many changes. Sometimes this is necessary to accomplish a great atmosphere for other employees and guest. I absolutely love this salon and proud to say I am part of this team. We aren’t perfect however we don’t stop at trying to be! I am extremely proud of the team we have created and can’t wait to see everyone’s growth!     Michael knew exactly what I was looking for. I walked in a rag doll and walked out a queen! They r friendly, very easy to work around your schedule and he actually took the time to consult with me for the first time in my life. I will stay loyal to Hair Cuttery!! Family goes now too

    I ve been going to Jesse at this location for over a year and always impressed how she manages to be on time and do such a steller job.This is a friendly clean happy salon where you can get services from waxing to hair. I have brought 6 people here to her and everyone is a repeat customer now. Thanks Jesse for such a great job. See you in 3 weeks. Tip... And a free massage with shampoo. Cant beat that.

    I had an amazing experience. My Stylist was Kendall Ochoa. He did an amazing job on my 3b curly hair. Very friendly and professional ! Did everything I asked but better.

    Sometimes it is hard to get an appointment to get my hair cut in a timely manner. But, other than that, it is a good place to get your hair cut. I especially like the big windows around two sides of the business.

    I have been going to this store for the last year or so and because of all the compliments its only right to leave a nice review for their stylist named, Rad.She is a courteous and professional stylist who takes her time and listens to how I would like to have my hair cut. I highly recommend you request to get your haircut with Rad.
