    Just took my son there for the first time and the barber Ike exceeded our expectations 🤗 definitely a great environment and the barbers are really nice down to earth people. Definitely 10 out of 10 to recommend to anyone who ask me about a barber here in Bartow !

    10/10 recommend! We took our son to get his first big boy hair cut and Oscar did AMAZING with him. Our son is only 2 so he’s super shy and bashful and refuses to let someone he doesnt know come close to him. That being the case, Oscar allowed us to hold him while cutting his hair and he was so patient and kind about it. He spoke to him the whole time and praised him for how good he was doing during his hair cut. We’ll be going back for every cut. Thank you, Oscar!

    Were from Wisconsin and visiting the Tampa area, and we had the pleasure of meeting and getting haircuts by Oscar at Marathon Barber Studio. He did an outstanding job on both of my sons (15 and 12 years old). The cuts were exactly what we were looking for, and the experience was top-notch.     Oscar at Marathon Barber is amazing! My son is very picky about his haircuts and now he refuses to see anyone else for his haircuts. We highly recommend this location and especially Oscar! The entire vibe there is so chill. We loved the Christian artists they have playing for music and it smells so good in there too. Great barber and worth the drive. 🙌🏻

    My original barber forgot about my wedding day and Oscar seen the emergency and got my in the day of my wedding ! My 2 year old has also never had a hair cut and Oscar brought out some “quiet clippers “ my son enjoyed his hair cut . Always great outcome and great vibe .     Great experience! Nice atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and experienced. The barber that I received for my son was George. I let him know about my son being figity. George had the utmost patience with my son throughout the entire haircut. When we finished. My son told me he wants George to cut his hair forever. Think we found a barbershop and barber for our family. We would highly recommend it!

    I royally messed up my son’s hair and I called the shop and they got us in and fixed him up! The ONLY reason why I docked a star is because I wish the barber who was actually cutting his hair spoke to him and helped him feel more comfortable. He only spoke to me. He did a very good cut though my boy looks very handsome.

    This was my first time using this barber shop. I booked online with anyone who was available. When I walked in, JoJo immediately greeted me and let me know he will be helping me out. I was super nervous since I’ve never been there before and I have been going to another barber for 6 years. I told JoJo how I wanted my hair and showed him a reference picture for about 15 seconds. He was super friendly and definitely knew what he was doing. I am extremely satisfied with my haircut and I will definitely be returning back to JoJo as my barber from here on out.

    My son and I had a great experience. I scheduled an appointment I was greeted twice before I sat down to see if I was walk in on appointment. Barbershop is clean, and tight knit, they run a tight ship. Everything looks up to date and everyone was personable. My four year old son had a fresh fade and time went by. I live in Lakeland, and will be coming again. I recommend for anyone in the neighboring areas too.

    This was my first time coming into this shop and I must say I will definitely be back. Everyone was super professional and greeted me as soon as my son and I walked it. If you’re looking for a clean and positive vibes this is your spot. Very kid friendly, even if you don’t have kids I would still recommend.     This is a very beautiful and good barbershop. The owner is very cordial very respectful very encouraging. I would suggest that you would get your haircut here.     If you guys have not checked this place out you must! My barber has been flaky lately. I pay good money and do not have time to get bailed on last minute. Long story short i went to Marathon dude literally got there at 7:30 last minute and they were able to fade me and my two sons! It is very clean and sanitary as well. I was very impressed!
