Being my first time to buy “hair”, I was nervous but immediately upon entering into this store I felt at ease. Lynn took her time, explained the process, she helped me choose the color for a topper which was absolutely perfect. Her knowledge is phenomenal! The topper has turned out to be the best investment I’ve could have ever done for myself! I have had so many compliments and no one can believe it’s not my own bio hair! Thanks to Lynn I have my confidence back! When you find the best you don’t care about the rest!!! Go see for yourself!

Called and set up an appointment with Lynn. She was so delightful being very professional. I came into the shop and was greeted with a warm smile. Lynn is so awesome. She took so much time listening to me and my needs. We tried on several hair pieces and full wigs. Color collection was awesome. Lynn, was so kind, considerate, helpful and understanding with all of my questions, plus she explained what I needed to know about my wig. I was totally surprised at how natural it looked, when she was done. It was so awesome, and looked just like my hair. I drove to my friends house and my friend thought I had gone to a beauty shop.... I said, I did, ... and in a way that is the truth... I wish you had MORE than just 5 stars to pick from.

Lynn was AMAZING! I have been dreading the time that would come that I would need to purchase a wig. Lynn made it so easy and fun to pick one…well two out! I love them both and highly recommend Wig Wam in Belleview. The quality is great and the prices are very reasonable.

My wife took my mother-in-law shopping for new wigs this week. The customer service was superb. It wasn’t just awesome customer service for a wig shop, but one of the best customer service experiences in a place of business in the Marion county area. The wig prices were phenomenal, and she paid 75% less for wigs that were light weight, better fitting, and more natural looking and feeling that her previous wigs. She was able to get her wigs styled, trimmed, and thinned out right there. She just went in for a touch-up to get her wig thinned out some more after a few days and the experience was just as wonderful. Their selection of styles and colors was vast. The stylist was able to make some new recommendations and tips for wearing her wigs that made a huge difference. As we were coming a group of women were leaving after having purchased wigs and they seemed just as happy! This shop is worth the drive if you aren’t local.

Today I purchased my fifth wig from The Wigwam. I have lost my hair to cancer, and chances are good that I won’t ever get it back. I’m so grateful for this salon! Lynn is such a treasure and knows this industry inside and out! She has a way of knowing what will look great on you, how to help you style it, and will even cut it so it customized just for you! I got my first wig from her ten months ago. It’s still beautiful by the way! I get compliments almost daily on my hair and people constantly ask who styles my hair. It’s such a pleasure to tell them “ The Wigwam in Belleview”. Lynn is a master at picking the right wigs for me. In fact, I bought three today! She made me feel okay about my hair loss from stress and made me feel lovely again. She has a knack for talking to customers, putting them at ease, and making picking out a wig fun! When I came home wearing the wig with reddish tints in it, my husband was very pleased. He also like the other two wigs that were a bit more conventional. Now I can ask him which woman he wants to take to dinner! My wife and I recently visited this shop as my wife as been going thru chemotherapy and her hair has been falling out in clumps. So, we made an hour or so drive up from the Mont Dora area and we started her education in wigs. We could not have found a better place to go. Lynn, the manager, met my wife with a big hug and Lynn was a pleasure to work with. She knows what she is doing and and she is both friendly and entertaining. Plus, she let my wife know when something did not look good, so Lynn is a straight shooter, no BS. We are not in a hurry at all and I noticed Lynn had not only some repeat customers come into the store but she also had some phone calls from customers and that was a good sign too. We took some of Lynns cards so we could give some to the people at the cancer center my wife goes too so they can know where to send ladies. We were kind of shocked they had no idea where Wig Wam is located. To sum up, my wife is very satisfied and has received lots of compliments on her wig and wants to go back next month.

I struggle with a few patches of hair loss on the crown of my head. I have a wedding to attend in NY early Sept. So thought I would maybe try a wig. Of course, not knowing anything about picking out one. I decided to look up Wig boutiques near me. I find Wig Wam in Belleview Fl. Read all the reviews and decided to take a chance. I wish I would have gone to Wigwam salon first! I purchased a wig from New Images in The Villages. Do not go there! I’ve never met such lackadaisical sales person /owner who both would rather sit in the back break room to eat and converse with a helicopter husband rather l than focusing on helping me pick out My first wig. They gave me hardly attention to styling or care for the wig I picked out in the limited choices they offered. I was treated like it was an imposition for me to be taking up their time In their store. Nevertheless, I bought a wig for $250 because I was desperate For some kind of solution to my hair problem.If you want a real professional, go to Wigwam and ask for Lynn!!! I went to Wigwam to help me fix my new hair/wig that I had purchased from New Image in the Villages.Lynn showed me many useful wig tips and tricks. She patiently walked me through the process of styling and caring for my new hair. Lynn shared her own personal hair experience and expertise in wearing and selling wigs. She is relatable and extremely talented when it comes to Wig Do’s and Don’ts.Hands down Lynn knows her Wiggy Fashion and is a JOY to be around. With her encouragement and wiggy skills she made me feel confident with my new tresses!No more hair shame. Period. Thank you, Lynn for your valuable assistance. I compared several places that sell wigs. In my opinion, this is by far the BEST. It is definitely not the least expensive but you get what you pay for. I receive compliments on my “hair” from people I don’t even know. People can not believe it is a wig when you tell them. The staff are knowledgeable and not the slightest bit pushy. I liked my first wig and them so much, I went back and bought a second. I think you’ll be very happy if you choose The Wig Wam.
