I recently visited Marissa P. at the salon and she could not have done my hair any better! I was looking for a hair refresh after not cutting my hair for over 6 months. My hair was way too long for my liking making it unmanageable. When I came in, I wasnt sure how many inches to take off and totally trusted Marissas guidance. I only knew I needed a healthy length off and wanted face framing and layers. Marissa DID NOT disappoint! Im absolutely obsessed with how my hair came out and am so excited to visit Marissa again. I 100% recommend Marissa P. for your next salon visit. Shes attentive and always makes sure her clients are thrilled with their results. Natalia Fuentes is great! My hair has never looked better. She listens to my needs and then delivers beautiful results. I have a lot of gray hair, so she has been giving me baby highlights at the front to blend more when my gray hair starts to come out again. Natalia is very professional and caring and she always makes sure I am happy with my hair. I always come back to her!

This review is long over due. I have been going to Gramercy for years to my shining star Justine! I moved to Florida almost 10 years ago and struggled to find a hair artist as talented as her! Since then, I have never looked back. She has done countless looks on me from highlights and full color, to glosses and cuts. I am pretty adventurous with my hair, so love to give her inspiration. But I also trust her creative judgement to bring my picture to life, and it always goes beyond to exceed any expectations I could’ve imagined. Enough talk, the proof is in the photos! I have come in 2 separate times and booked with Riss Perlow. The first time I got a haircut and money piece. She cut and colored my hair exactly the way I wanted it! My hair is difficult to deal with due to damage from previous stylists in Connecticut. She made my hair feel like new again. The second time she did my hair she washed and blow dried my hair and my clip in extensions. She clipped them in and curled them. My hair looked and felt fantastic! I had an event at night and looked fantastic for it. I recommend booking with Riss Perlow you will not be disappointed.

Im thrilled to say I finally found that with Natalia !!!She took the time to listen to my hair concerns and helped me clarify my vision and offered expert advice on what would work best for my hair. I had a cut ,color and blowout done and her skills were impressive . The color was exactly what I envisioned, and the highlights she added were seamlessly blended and added depth and dimension.The Salon has a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. It is just as well beautifully decorated, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.Natalia was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. She explained the process ensuring I was fully informed and comfortable with every step. She also provided me with valuable tips on how to maintain my new look . LOVE LOVE LOVE!❤️ Athena always does the most perfect job taking my insanely wild and frizzy hair. I received a magic sleek treatment and when I tell you my hair is like I had taken it from someone else’s head and put it on my own I am SERIOUS. My frizzy, wild hair… turned silky smooth!? I didn’t think it was possible especially since my hair is usually so hard to deal with and tends to do the opposite of what you want it to do 🤣 Athena knows what she’s doing and wow does she do a STUNNING job. I went to Gramercy Salon for a magic sleek treatment, (this is a hair straightening process That has a more natural approach, with less chemicals than other processes out there) Brandon was an absolute delight! He made me feel very comfortable, and we laughed most of the appointment. Best of all my hair was left in so much better condition than before I went in there. My hair is so easy to take care of after this treatment. I highly recommend the Salon as everyone was very friendly and much more inviting than most of the salons I’ve been to in the past. I can’t say enough good things about Brandon either! Chris Babb is a miracle worker and one of the best colorist/stylists I have ever come across. He saved my hair a few years ago when it was over bleached from highlights and weak. He brought it back to health & the color is so natural and flawless. My hair is thicker and longer before moving to FL over five years ago from a place where the water was much kinder to your hair and I have to say my hair has never been healthier. I owe this to Chris and his extensive knowledge. Highly recommend Chris for color and hair style/blowouts. He is magical ✨

I have never been happier with my hair results before. Gramercy used magic on my hair. Not only was everyone SO nice the environment of the salon was SO adorable and perfect and cozy. If you are debating on coming here or not, just do it you will have no regrets. Sami transformed my hair from ugly yellow blonde to a darker more natural hair color, and I am not exaggerating when I say this, I’ve never loved my hair more in my whole life.

Fancisco did a keratin treatment on my hair he told me it was a one and done treatment. And the product is vegan. I didnt believe him that it would be a great product at first, but I trusted him so he put the product on my hair after he washed it and he let it sit for about 30 minutes he rinsed some of it off and then blew my hair dry And flat ironed my hair. Ive never done a treatment that fast in my life and I love the product. My hair is frizz free and so soft and healthy looking definitely going back to see Fransisco at Gramercy Salon.

Mirjana is the best hairstylist you’ll find in the East Boca area. She is very detailed in her work and also very consistent. She will give you consistent results each time you are with her. Her highlights are beautiful and natural. She always knows exactly how to make your hair look great! She’ll give you advice on the latest and greatest products to use on your type of hair, so that when you come see her again, your hair is feeling even better. Mirjana is very professional and will do what’s best for your hair. I have seen Mirjana a couple of times and I couldn’t recommend anyone else! Mirjana is the best!!

I drove 3 and 1/2 hours from lake county to Boca to get my hair done by Kailey and she did not disappoint! She cut off about 12 inches of hair and colored me. Marisa is my go to stylist! Unfortunately I live out of town but when I visit I make sure to see her at Gramercy! My first cut was in 2010 and she did great layers and angles for me. One of my other cuts, I let her have fun with it! She did some research and found a look that I absolutely loved, we shall call it The Reese Witherspoon! Unfortunately I only have photos of these two cuts, but she has always done a fantastic job! From scalp massages while getting my hair washed, to constant conversation and laughs while she cuts, to a fantastic final result, I cannot recommend her more! Book with Marisa, you wont regret it!

When I first walked into the salon a year ago, I was very nervous because I had never been to a more high end salon. I vacation in the area often and was looking for a salon that could do I what I wanted for the times I am there. I was greeted by the owner and made to feel very comfortable.Chelsea was the stylist that I was scheduled with and I couldnt have been more thrilled with how everything went. I have very fine blonde hair and have had many bad haircuts and colors because the stylist doesnt listen to what I want, but Chelsea kept asking throughout the whole process if I liked how everything was looking and if there was anything I wanted to change. She was great!Also, that Shampoo Room! Definitely a huge reason why I keep coming back! So relaxing and makes it feel like youre at a spa while getting your hair done!Excellent salon and I will definitely be back when Im in town!

Ive been looking for a salon down here and I found Gramercy through its great reviews. I have been getting balayage from my stylist up north and Gramercy seems to do a lot of balayage. Im so happy I made the decision to come here, Chloe did an awesome job and was very fast. The shampoo experience was really cool, they have a private room that feels like a spa. Love my hair and this salon! Highly recommend!

Marisa knows how to make my blonde POP!!! She makes you feel very well cared for too. Not many top notch hair stylists make the effort to give a nice scalp massage when shampooing. Highly recommend!!!

My hair stylist, Michele, is amazing. Sweet, stylish and trustworthy. The owner, Kristen, is very hands-on and wonderful. The salon is beautiful and very comfortable (even the shampoo bowls are comfortable). I left feeling like a million bucks. I love my color and cut and cant wait to go back. I will be telling all of my friends about this great, new salon.

I love getting to go to Gramercy salon not only for the nice view of Mizner park, but to get the best haircut and style from Nicole. Nicole has been doing my hair for almost 2 years now and Ive never been disappointed. She always listens to how I would like my hair done and also adds a great input. She is very accommodating and is amazing at her job. I hope people come check out this salon and experience the welcoming and friendly vibe from this place!

Called for an appointment for a last second haircut and the receptionist Melanie was able to get me in during the busiest time of the week. Let me start by saying how beautiful this salon and surrounding neighborhoods are. The salon was able to schedule me with Amber at a convenient time for my schedule and accommodations did NOT stop there. Amber Immediately offered me a place for my things and asked me if she could get anything for me to drink before starting my service. Amber listened in detail for what I was looking for and educated me on what her services would look like prior to starting her work. I’m a stickler with hairstylist and the time she took to understand my needs made me feel comfortable and I appreciated her attention to detail. I also enjoy working with a stylist that not only can specialize in beautiful blonde balayage but also rich textured brunettes. Being a dark brunette myself I’m always looking for a stylist that can enrich my natural colors. She also was very conscious of my concerns when cutting my hair. Can’t wait to see her again. Excellent customer service and overall excellent experience. The locations great I always love shopping and eating in Mizner, now I can add getting my hair done as well. The owner was very nice. This salon has a nice aesthetic and great ambiance. I use whoever is available bc i noticed all the stylists seem to really like each other and they dont pressure me to see one person.

Beautiful place and Kristi was very attentive and professional through out the entire process. My hair had different bright colors and over processed. She remove all the colors even and toned my hair to a beautiful ash brown. She paired it with an excellent and healthy cut and a cute and sassy blow out, needless to say my hair looks beautiful and healthy. Kristi is awesome. We did cheers with delicious Bellinis! Chelsea is my holy grail hair stylist! 🙌🏼 I just moved to Boca less than a year ago coming from a stylist in Ft. Lauderdale who really messed up my hair. My hair is damaged so I went in for a trim and a new hairstyle and Chloe did wonders on my hair. I have thick curly hair and she made my hair feel softer and lighter. What a great experience! For most guys going to a salon can be a uncomfortable thing to do but as soon as you walk in , the front desk makes you feel at home. My stylist Chelsea helped me figure out what I wanted and was willing to work with me on everything I was concerned about. Could not be more happy with my hair cut.
