Visiting South Florida I needed to get my roots done and didn’t have a chance at my home salon before I traveled. I was pleasantly surprised, not only is the location great, the shop is clean and bright, but the team was lovely and engaging, as well. I’ll be back next time I’m in town for sure!

My first time here. The staff was amazing. Friendly reception upon arrival. Met with my hair colorist Natasha and she was extremely informative and made insightful recommendations. Needless to say, my hair & color came out beautiful. I am very happy and pleased with my visit and service. I also purchased a few products, looking forward to using them. This was my first time in a Madison Reed facility. I was a little disappointed that they were not a full-service salon. I found out that they are just a color salon so moving forward other than that, I was 100% please with the coloring that I received it came out so beautiful and I am forever. Thankful I also went in with the attention of getting some highlights done, but I was also informed that they are more less timed on what they’re doing so they are not able to perform highlights I ended up having to go to another salon to get my highlights done

I loved the color and blow dry but the person who did the styling was not the colorist, but the shampoo person. No one asked me if that was OK . I would have wanted the professional but it worked out. They were both nice people and polite.

I have been a member of Madison Reed Boca Raton since 2022. I have had many fabulous colorists. Thorey always takes really good care of my hair and what it needs. Justin is both knowledgeable and friendly. He knows every client by name and welcomes them. I can see their delight that he remembers them. I am in need of color every 2-3 weeks and I am glad to have an affordable way to do it. I also get lots of compliments on my color.

Just color (non-ammonia based) is consistently perfect. Ask Melissa, mgr. for best colorist- shes young & Latin, I believe. (They also let you use your shampoo & conditioner if you wish.) You can have them do your blow dry or use curling iron for an extra $45. All head color is $100, with roots costing $65. They take photos & keep your profile in their computer so the recipe fir the color you like stats with them. I love Madison Reed! Hello Beautiful!

Walked in and was instantly greeted. Very nice staff. The colorist took the time to go over my hair color goals and discussed what to expect. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I wasn’t in love with the product they used. The grey coverage wasn’t strong enough for me, but I have very stubborn greys. I would give them another try in the future, but if it still doesn’t cover than I won’t be back. I also tried the Madison reed light works balayage as part of a free promotion. It states it can lighten up to two shades. In my case it did not, BUT it did leave a nice natural highlight and really liked it.

I won a sweepstake with Madison Reed, located at the Town Center @ Boca Raton, and I was ecstatic. First of all, the color bar is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is warm, welcoming, and most importantly, genuine. In particular, my hairstylist, Liz, made me feel super comfortable and boosted my self-confidence. I left Madison Reed Bar feeling like an empowered woman and looking like a bombshell.Furthermore, I usually use Madison Reed products in my homes comfort, and they never disappoint as their products are of excellent quality, leaving my unruly curly hair looking shiny, healthy, and vibrant. I strongly recommend this Madison Reed Color Bar and its products.Tip: I suggest you park near the Crate & Barrel store, and you should be able to locate the Madison Reed Color Bar with ease, including ample parking space.

I really like Madison Reeds color line, no complaints there. The staff is nice, however they need to be treated better by management. They are overwhelmed and over worked. They need a receptionist to handle check out and check ins, and scheduling. They also need a direct phone line. I just signed up for the $60 a month membership, but if they dont get help for the staff soon, I may have to reconsider. Treat your staff right, hire a front desk person for the love of God!

Not only is it the best deal for someone who needs to do their roots more than once a month but the quality of service is amazing! I literally tell everyone I know about this place. $60 per month membership for unlimited roots! And they have a blow dry bar for self drying! Or if you want tomou-a up for a blow dry done by one of the pros you can do that as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Love this place!
