    I have been seeing Gina for my winter visits in Florida and followed her here from her former salon. This place is hustling, but the people are lovely who work here. There are many windows and the space is very comfortable. My only concern here is that every time I come for a manicure or pedicure there are dogs. I understand that service dogs are permitted, but I do not need to hear barking when I am relaxing with these service. I am not faulting the salon, it is just my opinion. I never had my haircut here but the stylists and colorists always have customers that look terrific. Always a pleasure to come here.

    I have been going to Salon 21 for many years and loved the staffand my hair is always fabulous. Every colorist and stylist do an amazing job. I have recently been spending a lot of time out of the Boca area. No one can seem to get my color right. I was back in Boca and just left the salon. I feel 10 years younger since they corrected the highlights. I appreciate Rachel, CJ, Robert and Lewis. They are incredible. Honestly anyone who is employed there is very talented. You wont be disappointed!!

    I had a color with Robert and he was awesome and my color came out great. I dont live in FL, so when I called to schedule an appointment I assumed I would be getting a regular treatment with a color and a blow dry. The person taking my call did not tell me it was a color only, i would have thought they would ask, so you want a style or a cut too? So sadly, I left the salon with wet hair after the color was washed out. So be sure if you have never been to this salon you specify exactly everything you need.

    I dont live in Boca Raton, but I get amazing color and cuts here so I make the 30-minute drive. The staff is great and mostly friendly. Rachel is my colorist, Luis cuts my hair, and Roberto makes me laugh.

    I have been going to one of the the owners, Richard & his daughter, Nicole for years. They always do a wonderful job with cut & colour. Their salon is always clean, bright & welcoming. Its always wonderful to get pampered by them & their team.

    I took a chance by randomly picking a hair salon by asking Google for the best salons near me. I called and when I asked if I could get a wash and style they got me in right away for later in the afternoon. Then I discovered that Salon 21 had taken over the space previously occupied by Raspberries where I had been going for 7 years. So, I already felt at home there when Natasha greeted me and we started chatting in my febble attempt to speak Russian. I consented to a trim and had my hair washed by a lovely young woman whose hands were magic. I think the hair washing and scalp massage should be the focus of a hair wash like it is in China where your head is massaged with dry shampoo for at least 30 minutes, then rinsed out. The entire purpose is to help you relax for the trim and style. After a 30 minute head, neck, and scalp massage youll agree to just about anything.Ill be visiting again, soon, and surrender my scalp again and let Natasha be in the creative with my hair.

    Rachel Scott has been doing my color for almost a decade. When she told me she was opening her own Salon 21, I was very happy to follow her there. I was a light brunette who she always made a beautiful blonde with just a base and a gloss. As my hair naturally darkened, she (for quite a while lol) recommended I go from a base and gloss to highlights. I resisted. Today, I relented. And, Oh My God. Perfection. Exactly what I’ve wanted for so long. And done so perfectly. And Bella blew me out like a rock star. My hair is beautiful. But on top of that, every time I walk into this salon, it’s so obvious that every person who works there respects and enjoys every other person who works there. None of that weird salon drama I would actually pay to not have to deal with. Jordan at the front always remembers me, and I’m no more memorable than anyone else. That good energy spills over into how they treat all of their customers (I do notice) - friendliness, respect, and dignity. And the results? Always five stars. This review is absolutely a recommendation for potential clients, but more than that, it’s a thank you 🥰
