I love how my hair turned out!! Yensi did an AMAZING job. She was overall so nice, greeted me and offered me a towel to dry off because it was raining when I walked in. She started by doing a thorough consultation to make sure she knew what I wanted and she did exactly that. I was so relaxed during the whole appointment and I will absolutely be booking with her again. My hair turned out beautiful, I am so happy!!!

Jade always knows what to do to cut my hair in the edgy style that keeps me up-to-date. I love how I can style my hair differently for different occasions but yet it is virtually hassle free! As a retired woman of 68, I stay active and have a lot of fun. My haircut makes me feel smart, light on my feet and ready to go.

I was getting married in Florida and needed to find a salon to do my hair. Since I was from out of state I did not have time for a trial run or anything like that. Alexi was a pleasure to work with and made booking everything seamless. The girl who did my hair Karissa did an amazing job and it came out exactly how I wanted it to! Everyone was so kind and welcoming to me and my mother. They also brought in a make-up artist that they work with from time to time to do my makeup and she did amazing as well. I was so happy with how everything came out.

I love the way my hair turned out , I have never seen my hair this beautiful as someone who has been around many salons in Naples . I definitely plan coming back here for my hair services long term. I had my hair done by yensi and she was very helpful and kind. I left feeling confident as it was my first time I have really loved my hair.

I just moved to the area and had my blonde highlights done by Kristie- I am so happy with it. She did exactly what I asked for and my hair looks so good! I dont think I have ever been this happy with a salon experience. Everyone was so friendly, and Monica was also amazing with the scalp massage. Ive been a client at ROP - Bonita Bay for 8 years. Jade does an awesome job with my hair. I am quite particular and she understands that, allowing me the time needed to explain what I want each time I go. We have a system down but sometimes my desires change with the seasons or travel or just the way my hair has changed as Ive aged. She is always open to discussing what I want. I love that she also checks in on me a few days after my appointments, thats what I call personalized service! I also appreciate the cheerful and helpful others at ROP, Becca who checks me in and out, and Yentzi who washes my hair. I have been utilizing the ROP VIP program for years. Its a great way to stretch your dollar further.

I absolutely cannot recommend this hair salon enough. Every time I go for my appointments I get consistent, high quality services from Karissa. I am always impressed with how great my hair looks and feels when I leave. I am blond which can be tricky to color so that it looks natural but I always get compliments on my hair. My husband is also a client of Karissa and is just as impressed as I am with her work.The atmosphere of the salon is warm and welcoming with pricing that is more than reasonable

I LOVE MY HAIR! My hair is tricky - long, thick and frizz. Nicole treated me so well and was very thorough in the highlighting and cut. I LOVE my new color - I am a new person!! My appointment took a long time due to the length and style of my hair but I felt relaxed and cared for throughout!! Thank you, see you in 12 weeks!

Jade is awesome, she listens to what the customer wants and has the knowledge and experience to make recommendations. I have also had Brazilian blow outs there and they have lasted long time and have helped with my frizzy hair in a Florida climate! Highly recommend her. She is outstanding!

I am a first time client and I have nothing but positive feedback to share about my experience. I was in desperate need of color and a trim and let me tell you I am quite picky. I was referred to Aubrey Smith by a friend in my neighborhood. Aubrey received my request for help, responded promptly, scheduled me right away and spent her valuable time working to achieve my end goal. She was patient and listened well. She gave me great advice and overall far exceeded my expectations. Its so comforting to know I have a fabulous professional like Aubrey who will be my long term stylist not to mention the terrific crew at the Robert of Philadelphia Salon in Naples! I realize the survey is for Bonita ... not sure why that is but I am willing to put money on the fact that any of the Robert of Philadelphia Salons will provide the great care I experienced at the Naples location.

If there were more stars I would give them! I got the fullest set of highlights I have EVER HAD this morning. Krista took AMAZING care of me... I am so sick of throwing away money on bad hair appointments. I always ask for heavy foils and never get them. They always miss something, like lines when I pull my hair up... she highlighted on my part, which no one ever does, they say it doesnt matter until the cut, Krista says IT DOES MATTER! Then after Covering my roots, she came out of the back with a second stylist and they hand painted my yellow ends so everything would blend perfectly! Wow!!! She didnt miss a thing, she spoiled me rotten with cappuccinos, head massage, and neck massage... warm towel after my wash. I have been to TONS of extremely expensive salons and have NEVER had this treatment! Not only that, my hair looks the best it EVER has. Everything about it is perfect and what I have always asked for, but never recieved! WELL DONE! I finally got what I paid for, cant thank you enough!!!! Highly, Highly recommend Krista at Robert of Philadelphia!

Dori took amazing care to detail. She knew i was very nervous about cutting length although I knew it needed done. She offered to start small amounts so Id be comfortable. I declined because I knew to get healthier hair, at least 3 inches had to come off. She did amazing. My hair looks and feels so healthy. I had so many compliments today already. Thank You so much for such amazing cut and style. I truly look a good 10 years younger
