    I’m back! This time although I won’t remove my review I do want to mentioned that at this store Mary did service me to the max! She was excellent and was able to work my hair and give me the service I ask. She deserves a 5 star. I also want to thank the store owner for contacting me and really looking into my upsetting experience.So on my end again, I won’t remove the review but I will adjust my rating accordingly because one miscommunication should not hurt the entire salon.Disappointing Experience with Textured HairAs someone who travels frequently across the country and visits various Drybar locations, I’ve always had consistent and pleasant experiences—until today. Unfortunately, this particular appointment was extremely disappointing. The stylist seemed unfamiliar with handling textured hair and was unable to properly blow dry or straighten my hair. It felt as though my hair was too challenging for them, which was surprising given Drybar’s reputation for accommodating different hair types. This was the first time I’ve ever left a Drybar feeling dissatisfied, and I wouldn’t recommend this location for anyone with textured or curly hair.Unfortunately, the stylist seemed unfamiliar with working with textured hair and was unable to achieve the desired results. This was the first time I’ve left a Drybar feeling this dissatisfied. It’s clear that Drybar needs more multi-talented stylists who can effectively handle a variety of hair types. Until improvements are made, I wouldn’t recommend this location for anyone with textured or curly hair.

    Absolute great experience! Jillian and her team were so professional and welcoming. I am new to the area and gave Dry Bar Sarasota a try and I was very impressed. They made me feel pampered and comfortable. I received the Cosmo Blowout and my hair looked amazing! Looking forward to my next appointment! 10/10 for sure!

    Kristian was amazing! My long curly hair usually takes me 3 hours to blow out by myself and Kristian finished it in under an hour. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff!

    I love Kristyan! He takes such good care of my hair and extensions. He is quick (but meticulous!) and the styles actually last without getting frizzy which is important to me. I feel like my hair is so much healthier since I started seeing him last year. Everyone always compliments my hair and I owe it to him. He’s a real gem! 💎

    I can’t say enough great things about Dry Bar!It’s very well located, making it super convenient, and the customer service is absolutely fantastic. All the stylists are incredibly talented and do an excellent job, but Kristyan is truly amazing. His work is nothing short of spectacular, and he always exceeds my expectations.

    Im a longtime Drybar fan and this location is the absolute best of the best. I always get the VIP treatment and a five-star blowout here. My last stylist Mary transformed my hair into celebrity perfection and Eva up front was totally lovely and welcoming. I wish this I could bring this Drybar with me everywhere!

    Kristian is absolutely amazing! He always listens and gives me exactly what I’m looking for. He takes extra care with my extensions and he is quick! He did this dry style in 15 minutes, and the curls often last until I wash them out.

    Stevie did a great job with my hair! My hair is super fine and flat and impossible to style, so I just wanted some volume and some loose curls/curled ends. She did exactly what I needed and also gave me great tips on how to get that look myself and what products would be helpful for styling it at home! She and the other employees were so sweet and made sure I had a great experience :) 10/10 would recommend Stevie and UTC drybar!!

    I had a bad expeience at Drybar last week. I spoke with the manager and she apologized and assured me they would fix my hair. I admit, I was a bit apprenhensive, but Mary, my stylist, was on her A game. She was so sweet. Not only did she do my style my hair beautifully, she made me feel good about going back.     Love love LOVE getting my lashes done here. The best price in town as well as a quality service. The suites are private so you can enjoy a private experience. I will absolutely be coming back to get my lashes done. Thanks ALS Brentwood!

    First time visitor yesterday, and not sure if Ill be back. The stylist was good, the reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the giant TVs covering the mirrors. Maybe they dont have them on the other side of the salon, but where I was sitting my view was a big TV with a movie I didnt know, with subtitles I felt obligated to read since I couldnt see anything else, and I found it really irritating. My stylist didnt know me and I wanted to be part of the process, but that wasnt possible with the set up. When she was done I was given a hand mirror which didnt allow me to see the back of my hair or really the whole look as the big mirrors were all covered with TVs. It wasnt until I got home that I realized my part was too far over, and there were a couple of other things that Im quite sure she would have addressed had I been able to participate in the process or clearly see the end result. If the owner reads this, can you please remove the TVs from the mirrors and maybe put one in the corner for anyone who wants to watch TV?

    Dry Bar UTC is a 10 out of 10. I was greeted with a smile and a welcome and quickly taken back right away for my appt to be shampooed by my stylist, Ressee. She was awesome. She asked me a lot of questions so she understood exactly what I wanted which I very much appreciate. She did exactly what I was looking for and it looked great.
