    I love this salon. Every time I go. I am treated with kindness. They listen to my gossip. If I want bangs I get them. If I want my hair trimmed to promote hair growth I get it. If I want my hair styled in a picture I have I get it. If I want layers I get them. I always get the full treatment. My hair and bangs. They always get cut, trimmed, styled, conditioned and shampooed. The hairstylist always enjoys my company and I enjoy hers. Kailee started my Hair Salon journey. Then Missy took over. So now its up to me and Missy to get me to reach my hair goal. She always does a fantastic job. I always love my hair and bangs when shes done with them. So I always leave the salon with my hair and bangs looking how I wanted them to look after the haircut. Not only that but I also leave the salon with a smile on my face. So I highly recommend this salon to everyone!

    The best haircut Ive ever had. Alexis is absolutely amazing and I am so thankful for her. Earlier the day I got a really bad haircut at another salon and they wouldnt fix it until another day. I was so desperate for help and my fiance happened to be getting his haircut here at the same time and asked one of the ladies if they could fix it. Alexis took me in right away and gave me exactly what I wanted and Ive never been so happy. 100% recommend and prices are amazing. Thank you Alexis!

    I just moved to Bradenton Florida from Wisconsin in October. I always had my niece do my hair since she has her own salon. Melissa was who took care of me at Fantastic Sams. She was outstanding! She listened to how I wanted my hair cut and did an amazing job. Plus she was from Jersey and I grew up there. Pleasant to talk to and I left with a great haircut. Differently going back to her!

    Lucinda was a fantastic hair stylist with a great personality. I had a bad experience with a coworker of hers. Very miserable person. Lucinda is vivaous and bubbly. I will return for her to cut my hair anytime.

    I went to this Fantastic Sams to get a haircut and I am highly disappointed. The Hairdresser said she had cut my hair in layers and it still feels just as thick and heavy as when I walked in.. She smelled of pure cigarettes and did not meet my expectations of getting my hair layered and cut. I would not recommend her to a friendUpdate: I went back and Wrynn did my haircut. I love my haircut and I will definitely be going back. She was professional and kind. She gave me some tips on how to style my curtain bangs. Thank you!

    After moving here from Michigan 2 years ago I have been in search of a good stylist. A neighbor recommended Erica at Fantastic Sam’s saying she is “awesome”. I was hesitant but thought nothing ventured nothing gained. I don’t recall having a better hair cut ever and I am very fussy! And then I checked out…shampoo, cut and blow dry was $26. If I could give Erica a 10 I would!

    Wrynn was SO sweet and fun to talk with. They cut my hair exactly how I wanted while also giving me some helpful suggestions, as I didnt really know how to put into words what I wanted. But they made me feel comfortable that whatever I wanted I would get despite their opinion, which I feel is hard to find in a salon. Overall fast, insanely affordable, and the best haircut Ive ever gotten (and I usually go to super expensive high-end salons) literally the first time Ive left a salon actually loving how it turned out! Thank again Wrynn! For the hair and the laughs!

    Jess was terrific! So skilled and talented. I am extremely picky even though I have very short hair and he gave me exactly what I wanted. It looks so good! He also has a good sense of humor...so funny! I really hope he stays put so I can have him cut my hair forevermore.

    I went today with my 2 year old son and they did a wonderful job! They were all so friendly and were so good with my son! Tammy did my son and with as much as he was moving she did a great cut and didn’t get frustrated or upset at all that he wouldn’t stay still and Nickia A did my hair and did wonderful as well! She even washed my hair for free! 10/10 would recommend as I feel like every styalist was great esp Erika (with an h I think) who went above and beyond helping me with my son! Will be back and request one of those three!

    In the past Ive had horrible experiences with hair stylist *my hair is still recovering from the last stylist from last year*. But it got desperate and I made an appointment with Jesi here at the FS on cortez and I couldnt be happier with the experience! He was so knowledgable and fun to talk to. He also listened to every concern and made sure I got exactly what I wanted! Ill definitely be returning to see Jesi in the future!

    I am doing an update since the last review I had done regarding a hair stylist there at Cortez fantastic sams who I heard is no longer there. She had fried my hair and again like I said in my other one there was no response or anything no calling back Then I received a phone call on lSaturday the 23rd Michelle called me who is the owner and had talked to me over the phone and was so sorry because she had never been advised of what had happened, she said she will let me get some treatments and it will help get my hair back healthy again , went over to the fantastic sams at Bayshore today and she gave me my first olaplex treatment and oh my God how it makes her hair feel Jade was fantastic she did such a great job and Iwant to thank both of her very much and went there today to get my first treatment and Jade over there at the fantastic sams in Bayshore and Bradenton did a fantastic job I actually felt like a person again. Thank you Michelle for calling me and helping me. Thank you for telling me you will send my refund to me , I am giving them a five-star now because of the owner Michelle who took the time once she found out from my review to call me and to resolve the situation, yes it will take a little time to get my hair back but it was wonderful to know that I counted as a human being and a customer there since 2008 which I loved, thank you so much michelle, thank you Jade from fantastic sams onwhich I had never expected, but most of all thank you for going over and beyond to take care of the situation I am ever so grateful for caring so much.     Yvonne C was AMAZING !!!!     UPDATE Nov 20th 2013: Went in today to get a touch up and ERICA and MICHELLE werent available, so I chanced it and went with SHANNON. She did a GREAT job as well! If you want color work done, ERICA, MICHELLE, or SHANNON are the ones to ask for! Great price too! Still happy with the results! Thanx! :-)May 2013: Went in my first time I was in for 5 hours and was NOT happy with the result of a color job I had done, but was discounted for the trouble and my time, so I decided to make the best of it and try and live with it. What possessed me to go back to get the root touch up done, Ill never know, BUT, I asked for a different stylist this time upon suggestion from someone else...WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE! After I explained my last experience and told her what I did and didnt want, ERICA was very up front and honest about the process (much more difficult and involved than I had realized) of what it would take to get my color correction done and what my costs would be. She said she would do her best with my budget and time limit. So, nervously, I trusted her and told her to proceed...still took 3 hours, but I LOOOVED the end result! My color was all well blended, and it was now blonde without looking brassy, banana yellow, or bleachy! By the time I left, I was so excited about how well she fixed it, I happily paid what I was charged and even left her a good tip! This girl didnt have much info as to what exactly was done that first visit, but she nailed the correction and gave me what I originally asked for the first time! I will definitely be back and will insist that Erica does my color!
