Sherry always does a great job on my hair!! My only complaint is the inability to make appointments more than a month in advance and then my normal time slot gets taken—it doesn’t make sense to prohibit stylists from scheduling in advance especially during snowbird season. I like to schedule 3 months in advance so that I know I get my preferred day/time.I read the response & while my concern may have been noted the issue has not been resolved as it’s mid-April and I am still unable to make an appointment for June. If I lose my June appointment time, like has happened in the past as a result of this issue, I will be finding a new salon. It’s absurd that stylists can’t schedule months in advance. At my former salon I would schedule six appointments at a time and so did many other of their clients because we want our choice time.

Very pleasant. I called to schedule an appointment for a perm. Charity was available.She is very considerate, calming and professional. She went from wrapping my perm, to a couple needing hair cuts, to an Autistic gentlemen with some anxiety. Charity remained calm and collected , keeping us all well maintained and relaxed. A spa in the salon, Wow !Gloria stepped in to keep my perm process timed safely. Rinsing my hair thoroughly. With Charity watching over me like an eagle watching her nest.The complimentary candy bar was a pleasant surprise and nice gesture. Thanks Gloria.It was lunchtime hour for all, yet I got the solution for missing breakfast as they waited to eat...Charity !!In a world of hatred and stress. I felt like I was on a other planet.Thanks.

My 9 yr old desperately needed a trim for her long hair but is very particular. The stylist she liked at another salon was on maternity leave and it has been months since her last trim. Her hair is very fine and tangles easily. We stopped in here on a whim, and Charity was great with Lydia. Made her feel very comfortable, talked to her about ways she could keep her hair from tangling, and talked to her about her hair, not me. Absolutely will be back to see her again.

We had an awesome conversation and she made me feel like I was the most important person in the world, she was very professional.All the other employees in the store were also friendly too me as well. They have a great selection of products and each employee seemed to know a lot about each one and which to use for any issue you might have with your hair. They also offer services such as color and highlights.For haircuts or a variety of services, this is the place to go!
