Suzanne is incredible!! I always wait until I come back home to get my hair cut by her. She is also the only person my Mom trusts to cut her hair!! Im very picky about my long layers and she does it PERFECT every time. I also make sure to ask her for recommended shampoos or treatments and shes never let me down. Suzanne has been cutting my hair since I was 13 years old and I’m currently 30. Even after moving my an hour away I still come to her for my hair. Ever since then I have gone back to her as she is receptive to my concerns covering up my grays by highlights or colors. On Friday April 25th, I went to Fantastic Sams to get my hair colored and cut. My Stylist, Nancy, is amazing!! I just tell her what I want done and she cuts and colors my hair perfectly. This is the only salon I will go to.On a different topic; the ceiling tiles above the wash sinks are terrible to look at. Can someone replace the tiles or put a poster up there to hide the nasty stain?Thank you.

Today’s haircut was the best ever. As a walk in customer, I met a new Stylist, Dee. She very patiently listened to my concerns. When Dee finished cutting my hair, it was just what I wanted. My new style includes hair framing my face and all one length in the back. It is an awesome style for me. Just like those fancy cuts I watch on YouTube. A big shout out to Dee for giving me a hairstyle I love. ❤️

I been coming here for years since highschool Im 24 now this place never disappoints me. I been seeing ms Shelly for years and she is the only person I trust with my hair. She knows my skin concerns and my hair like the back of her hand and shes always careful and very accommodating. I always get the back of my head shaved every 2 weeks cause I have dermatitis on the back of my head but ma Shelly is always careful and asking my how my skin is doing to make sure nothing changed or anything got worse. She is my go to hairstylist. When ms. Shelly is not available Mrs. Suzanne is the only other person I trust with my hair because she has done my hair before and she does my moms hair all the time she is the exact same caring, accommodating expert as Ms. Shelly 100/10 always recommend. Recently I was recommended the head lab scalp scrub from Mrs. Suzanne and it has changed everything I use it once after every couple of weeks and my head just feels so fresh new and clean.❤️❤️❤️

It was absolutely fantastic! 1000/10!I went in to the salon like i have a few times, and they’ve always cut my hair, but this week i wanted it dyed. Now, i had dyed my hair at home a blue color a few months prior so it was looking pretty green. I’m a big kpop fan and i wanted to try out the style of Wooyoung from ATEEZ when he had the oreo hair. And let me tell you—it turned out amazing! My stylist was called D i believe and she was the sweetest lady ever. I felt comfortable and trusted her with my hair for the full two-ish hours i was there. I 1000% recommend!

So I’m not one to go to “chain” salons. I’m from NY and we have a chain called The Lemon Tree. The running joke is that, “if life throws you lemons it means you got a bad haircut at The Lemon Tree”. Anyhow, I read all the reviews for Fantastic Sam’s and I called ahead to see if anyone there was really good for layers and curtain bangs. When I got there I met with Claudia and she gave me the BEST cut I’ve had in years!!! Not only was it spot on for what I wanted but she washed, cut, layered, and blew out my hair in 45 mins! She told me she’s been doing hair for a long, long, time and at first I was skeptical because she could’ve just said that and could’ve been fresh out the cosmetology class. Well her experience shown through and I am happy to say she got herself a new regular! I’m actually going to reach out to setup my color appointment this week! I’m stoked because I wasn’t going there with high hopes at all, but she surpassed my expectations out the gate. Don’t sleep on this spot, it’s definitely a litttle 💎! Also pretty good at getting you in and out quick.And great with kids,Suzanne did my oldest son’s 1st haircut and he was scared and wasn’t easy but she worked with him. By the 3rd hair cut he was picking out hair styles and even did the trimmer. And when my daughter had her casts on, which made hair washing difficult she was great about it too even though my daughter didn’t like it one bit. I would highly recommend them and Suzanne!

Edit: I did go back to this salon after my first visit. and my initial inputs were heard and worked upon. Suzzane has become my regular hair stylist. I definitely recommend her and this salon.I used to love this place when Mars was working here. 80% of the good reviews you are seeing about this place is about Mars who doesnt work here anymore. I always had my hair cut by her. She was an artist. Its sad that she left this place. Suzanne was my hair stylist this time. Very hastily done. Not courteous atall. I would not ever go there again. The salon was dimly lit and I could not even see the sides of my head properly. Air condition was probably switched off or raised to a very high temperature as I was constantly sweating. I was never offered to view the haircut on the back of my neck. Overall I felt that she was doing me a favor by cutting my hair. Very very bad experience. I know nobody will read this review but still I had to vent.
