    I was a walk in. Sign in was easy. They were so friendly and greeted me right away. Faith did my wash and cut. She was such a delight to meet and I would give her more stars on this review if possible. Thank you Faith! Ill see you again in a couple months.

    Average haircut, nothing difficult, same as last time. Alba (or Alma) did a respectable job with my hair. Enough for me to continue choosing Great Clips.However, the star of this location today was Rebecca. The care she gave to her clients, and the positive energy she was radiates, was enough to actually make me regret not arriving a few minutes earlier or later. She greeted everyone eagerly, went deep into conversation with the client before me, without compromising the cut, and helped her find confidence in this frizzy, Florida humidity. Then, with the client after me she assessed their hair needs AND their mental needs by reassuring them with what she was doing to help them feel less nervous.I know where Ill be going for my next haircut.

    The salon is open for inhouse services and provides sufficient space for social distancing between customers and staff. Masks are required for customers and staff and must be worn while inside the facility. The stylists work around the masks while working with customers. Julie and David, the stylists who worked with my wife and me, asked how we wanted our hair cut and styled it as requested. The business has a rewards program that offers discounts and other perks.

    I had made an appointment online but possibly got the location wrong and walked into the location ((i thought)) I was supposed to be at with 2 boys, 7 and 9. The 7 year old has downs syndrome and does not love hair cuts lol. The 2 ladies that cut my kids hair got us in and out super fast (i was rushing to get to work on time) chance (7) smiled the whole time and danced around the waiting area after his hair cut. Jace (9) took a look in the mirror half way through and saw what a difference a hair cut makes and told us he thought he looked really good. Both of my boys left smiling and laughing and i got to work on time.Thank you!!

    Trina did a great job cleaning up my bob style, refreshing my hair. It felt so light after the cut, I will continue using great clips and having Trina cut my hair. Also love the saving coupons for haircuts.

    I really enjoyed my experience here; this was my first time at a hair salon. Before this, I used to cut my hair myself, but I wanted to completely change my image, and my skills weren’t enough. So, I decided to go to a salon. The staff was very friendly and paid close attention to my preferences. I chose a mens haircut, and I love it.

    Getting my haircut has always given me a great deal of anxiety. I’ve been going to great clips for a while and must say Jada, who cut my hair, was excellent! I didn’t know quite what I wanted and she helped me decide and checked in with me frequently to check the length, layers, etc to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much!

    Took my aunt, grandmother, and mother here to get their haircuts. They gave all 3 of them exactly what they asked for. Even though my grandmother doesnt speak much English, the lady that did her hair was so nice and patient with her. And she gave her the haircut she asked for. As for my mother, the guy who cut her hair listened as well. She wanted her hair shoulder length, and he delivered. She felt her hair was lighter. Now, for my aunt, she is into short hair. The guy didnt even use scissors to cut her hair. He used the blade. And it was cool to watch that.all 3 of them have straight hair. All in all, it was a good experience.

    I took my 7 year old daughter for her first haircut. Both women working were so nice and engaging. Julia cut my daughters hair. She did a wonderful job. Her hair came out beautifully. I am very happy with how it turned out. My daughter had a great time. The place was spotless. Super clean and nice. They also helped us donate my daughters hair. Highly, highly recommend this location. I am so glad her first experience in a salon went so perfectly. I am truly grateful =)

    I enjoy going to the great clips in valrico and everyone there is great and fun to talk too. There is one person that I like to cut my hair is Mrs.Katrina is amazing and always dose a great job and a joy to talk to.

    Patti is great! I have an unusual way I like my hair cut and she nails it every time!!! I started coming back to this one a few months ago, and happen to be the one and I always ask to see if she is there before I go. I hadnt been back to this salon since I had a bad experience several months ago. So I have been allover town trying to find someone to get the style done right! I came to this salon 9yrs ago and for about 2 yrs the same lady was there then she left suddenly and after that it was just one bad experience after another. But thank you Patti..please dont go anywhere!!😊🤗🤗

    I really enjoy going to Great Clips at Kings Crossing. I love signing up on the app and eliminating a long wait. Hope is fantastic and I never walk away not liking my cut. Great service and economical too!

    I go to this location mainly because of the stylist that I have cut my hair her name is Katrina. Shes always got a smile on her face and shes always laughing she just has such a great personality ..Its too bad the rest of the world cant be like her.

    I have to say that the customer service at this location was above and beyond. I just got done work I was able to get there 30 minutes before they closed. I usually dont go into an establishment when theyre about to close but I needed a haircut badly. The lady who cut my hair made me feel at ease and assured me that it was no problem and she was actually able to finish my haircut in about 10 minutes. I Had a great conversation with her and her daughter and another lady who was also in there at the same time. Totally forgot her name but when I stop in again I will update.

    Finally after 7 years of living in Florida I finally found a Great place to get my haircut. Katrina at the Great Clips on Kingsway Road in Brandon Florida gave me the best haircut ever! Did exactly what I asked. So so happy!! Got the rest of my family going too!

    John is deceased, I am Myrna. I had my 2nd hair cut today at this location. Today I had stylist Hope, she was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions when I asked.     Updated ** I now have been coming here for 3.5 years and Katrina and her staff are amazing! David was awesome today and I’m sure I’ll be back for years to come! Great hair cut and great stylists!     Even though it seems staff always changes, the smiles and the haircuts are always the same. They go out of their way to provide you with the right cut quickly and efficiently and work well with the online registration. We love having our cuts here and will continue going to this location in the future

    This Great Clips is the best!!! I love the manager Katrina and Julia the other hair dresser, in fact they are all great! You can get a hairwash for 7 bucks which i personally love. The store is clean and smells good and they always have great prices on their products! I am so happy I live next to this Great Clips!

    The online check in feature is great, it saves so much time. All of the staff is nice, but the best is Julia! Everyone is super helpful and patient, even fixing the mistakes of other salons. I have yet to see someone leave without a smile!

    Amanda did a wash, cut and style on my hair today and was absolutely fabulous!!!! She listened to my concerns, my wants and reviewed my needs before starting and was attentive from start to finish. This is my new go to salon and go-to stylist from this day forward. Best cut EVER!!!

    Just got my haircut by Amanda. FANTASTIC job! Cant beat their price or service. Great for Men, Women and the Kids! I dont comment a lot but they really earned my business.Another great cut today! The price is great and the stylists are fantastic. Cant go wrong there!!!

    Fantastic. Julia does my hair and I am always satisfied with her. Katrina did my husbands hair and he thrilled. The girls at this location are always great to my whole family. Thats 8 including my mother in law and son and his wife and 3 children. Julia and Katrina have GREAT personalities and always make you feel like your imprtant and know their clients by first name.

    Katrina has been doing my hair for over 10 years. She is a PROFESSIONAL in every sense of the word. She has MASTERED her craft. I can say this because I also hold my Cosmetology license and I make a conscience choice to have her to do my hair. She lives what she does. She loves her customers. She is honest and so talented. There is NO ONE I trust with not just my hair, but my daughter’s hair. Katrina please NEVER change in the way you treat your customers. You are a Professionals, PROFESSIONAL! Went back to have choppy cut fixed and left with it even worse. Hopefully, the other stylists are better than the one I had. Friendly atmosphere.

    Roy was by far the most professional! He was very detailed, listened to exactly what I wanted and did just that! The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because one of the women employees was very rude to him in front of us in which could’ve been avoided.

    First off, I want to appreciate their online check-in. It saves me a lot of time. Secondly, my hairs are kindda thick and every time i go to a salon for a haircut (doesnt matter which store) - the first thing they always say to me OMG, too much hairs. I am sure you gonna lose a pound or two after the haircut. Thats the reason I am here maam. Like, whats the point of mentioning this. It just makes me feel embarrass and awkward all the time. But huge shout out to MEGAN. She was the first one from this salon who did not mention that and was super nice. These five stars are for you Megan !
