    Andrew did an amazing job on my daughters japenese straightening this weekend! It came out perfectly! This was our 1st time using Andrew for her touch up and we will be a new client going forward. He was also very thorough in explaining everything to us and very friendly.     Mr Kim was very professional, kind and thorough. He explained everything in detail and had visuals to help. He had netflix setup to watch anything I wanted while my hair was being done. He did an amazing job. I was nervous to try this. It was my first time and its expensive but it was worth every penny!!! My hair was completely unmanageable before and now I can be ready in a few minutes. It dries completely straight, I run a straightener through it quickly, add a little product and done! Its absolutely life changing!!! Thank you so much, I will be back!!!

    Andrew is the absolute best when it comes to Japanese straightening! I’ve seen him for 4 years and he’s the only person I’d ever want to straighten my hair. I’ve seen a few people before him in 3 different states but he’s by far the best. He’s so kind, funny, and will explain everything in detail if you have questions. Highly recommend him.

    I am in awe with how my hair turned out and the experience. I went to Andrew because I have naturally curly frizzy hair. Although i sometimes enjoyed how my hair would dry it was just so much effort. I was sick of the frizz and trying to keep it under control. I would straighten my hair and walk outside and it would frizz up. A friend told me about the Japanese perm press so I looked into it. there were only two people who did the treatment in Tampa. I went with andrew because of his quick reply, honesty, pictures of results, and availability.I had previously box dyed my hair black so he warned me of the risk of my hair coming out damage. To insure we would avoid this he did a free test strand the day of the appointment and it came out perfect! (Note if it didnt he wouldnt have let me ruin my hair and wouldnt have taken my money).We then proceeded with the process. It took about three hours and it was an amazing experience. I loved learning about andrew and his history! I cant wait for his space tech! He was interested in learning about me and at the end of the appointment we went from me being his client to us being friends. He was inspiring and gave great advice as well!I waited a couple days to wash my hair and when i did i was nervous but it dried pin straight! Im so excited and so happy i did the treatment it was worth every penny and i wish i knew about it sooner!I cant wait to go back to andrew in 6-8 months to not only get my hair redone when my roots grow in but also to catch up! If youre thinking about doing it... do it!

    Just moved here from NYC and I couldn’t handle my hair anymore due to the high humidity here in FL. My hair is very curly and thick and long. I found Andrew online and saw all the before and after photos of his work and decided to get a consultation. Andrew is great! He evaluated and pretested my hair. He took his time to explain the whole process and he also told me what approximate results to expect due to the conditions of my hair. I was also really pleased with this space hair dryer (which he invented). That thing dries your hair so quick and it doesn’t damage your hair. I was COMPLETELY amazed with his work. My hair looks fabulous and it feels so soft. Andrew Kim is now the only person I trust my hair to because he actually cares about his clients.

    I came to see Andrew for three years in a row now specifically for his space hair dryer and the hair straightening treatment. Aside from the treatment being a huge time saver, I absolutely love the look of my straight hair!! Andrew’s personality and efficiency make the process an enjoyable one even though I only see him once a year!!     Ive been coming to Andrew for 7 years and he is awesome!! Since 2011 I have not let anyone eles touch my hair. Andrew is an awesome guy and knows what he is doing!     I had the Japanese Hair straightening done with Andrew Kim back in February. It has been absolutely wonderful! I can simply blow dry my hair, and it’s smooth and straight. This was a major game changer for me, as it used to take hours for me to do my hair. I’m so appreciative to have found him & plan to see him in a few months for another treatment.

    Andrew is super friendly and does a great job. He has a tv to keep you entertained and is really fast. Before moving to Tampa it used to take 6hrs to get my hair straightened at the other Salon and with Andrew’s space hair drier invention (for future ladies) it cut the time to 3hrs. Thank you Andrew for making my hair look amazing!!

    Just moved here from NYC, Went to Mr. Kim for Japanese straightening based on reviews and I am soooo happy. A mom of two, very busy schedule, and always go for Japanese straightening, I can definitely let you know he is very knowledgeable and takes his time consulting and studying and treating your damaged curly dyed hair! If your hair can’t tolerate the chemicals he will tell you and not treat you. He has fair prices and discusses with you beforehand what to expect of your hair. So no surprise but I am one happy customer and will definitely be back again once my hair grows. I’m very glad I made a spontaneous decision to come to Brandon, 20 mins away from me just to have silky smooth straight soft beautiful hair again like I do back in NYC and home country.     Andrew Kim straightened my hair on June 2020. He is very professional and efficient. My hair looks very good. From my observations, Andrew Kim is following CDC guidelines. For example, Andrew is limiting the number of customers in the salon, establishing social distancing, disinfecting all surfaces, requesting customers to use masks and hand sanitizer & most importantly to stay at home if they do not feel well.     Decided to write this review after 2 weeks! I literally waited for 2 weeks of not washing just to see what would really happen (thank god that I kept my hair clean for that long) in the 2 weeks IveWent to the gym multiple times and sweated, got my hair slightly rained on, did a bunch of work events, and typical daily life stuff, hair up, down, pony tail etc.. All of this my hair stayed straight!The big test was washing, as I was so nervous because my hair was curly and as soon as it got wet my hair would curly up BUT guess whatI washed it and air dried it… its pin straight!Feels fantastic !I am soooooooooo happy with the results and the process done by Andre! Such a talented hair wizard!Worth the wait (took me a few years to finally do this) and now I wont go back! Im stuck for life 🙌🏽

    I am from Long Island, NY and just moved to Florida. I was going to Woodside, Queens to get my hair Japanese straightened while I was living in NY for 15 years. Once I moved to Florida, I was nervous to find a new place to do my Japanese hair straightening. I found Andrew at Sensaer and he is amazing! He does a better job than even the place I used to go to in Woodside. He is very funny and great at his job. I highly recommend him for Japanese straightening. If anyone is looking to get their hair straightened, go to Andrew, you won’t be disappointed! He also uses a space hairdryer that is incredible! I have never seen anything like it and it works great!!

    Ive been getting my hair permanently straightened since I was 16. I recently moved down to Tampa, FL and was looking for someone who could do my hair well and at an affordable price. I called Andrew Kim and he was very professional and when I asked about the pricing for my hair straightening he said he would need a consultation, which to me is a good sign. To me that shows he doesnt just quote a price before seeing the state of my hair. When I got to the consultation he did a strength test to make sure it was strong enough for the treatment and wouldnt break off through out the process. My hair came out beautiful, silky straight, and super soft. Will definitely be coming back for touch ups when my curly hair grows back out.

    Used to go to another hair straightening salon in Tampa. Wanted to get a second opinion so I went to Andrew Kim. Right away he was very professional and did a strand test to make sure it was safe for my hair. He did my straightening treatment and it was amazing and did not clash with my henna treatment! He even used his space lab hair equipment on me to dry my hair faster and safer!Will definitely come back to him and as a Plastic Surgeon will refer my patients to him!

    Today I got my hair Japanese straightened for the first time. I wasn’t sure how the process works but Andrew explained everything and was very patient. He also pre-tested my hair with a strength test to make sure it was possible to treat my hair without damaging or frying it. I appreciated this because I have very color-processed hair and Andrew made sure it would stay healthy!My hair is extremely curly and thick and long, and I was amazed at how beautiful silky straight it turned out! It’s crazy, it’s so shiny and straight.Andrew is really funny and has a sweet personality! He joked and chatted with my parents lol. He also created a really cool patented space hair technology for hair straightening.I highly recommend Sensaer if you want gorgeous Japanese straightened hair!!!

    My experience with Japanese hair straightening here was absolutely fabulous. Mr. Kim was highly professional and very experienced in his craft. No stone is left unturned here- every outcome is discussed, as well as the results you will probably get based on your specific hair. He also explains what he will be doing and has a chart so you can monitor your progress and see how long you have left in the process. A little nervous about someone new doing your hair? No worries! Mr. Kim happily discusses his experience in the hair care field. He also does not do anything to your hair without explicit consent; don’t want that trim? No problem. No finishing products/oils? Got it! Furthermore, the salon room was very clean, and while Mr. Kim was very engaging he also had options for those who just wanted to relax (no boring tv, you choose something on Netflix!). Another plus is upfront pricing. No typical salon up-charges, or guessing what the end amount will be. I knew what I would pay before my service even began. Last but not least, flexibility. I traveled from several states away and Mr. Kim was able to accommodate me last minute. Overall, if you are on the fence about booking a service here, just do it. I would do it again in a heartbeat, my results are exactly what he said I should expect. Thank you Mr. Kim for giving me the hair I’ve always wanted!

    I went to Sensaer yesterday for the first time. I had done the Japanese hair straightening previously in Brooklyn, NY.I evaluated several options here in Tampa, FL before choosing Sensaer. I am glad I chose Sensaer. Andrew Kim is extremely friendly and did a great job with my hair. He kept me laughing the whole time I was there.Also, the treatment time is reduced by using the space dryer that he developed.And the price is very reasonable for this treatment.I completely recommend Sensaer and Andrew Kim!
