Val took the time to look at my hair and address my concerns and go over the service that she was going to provide. Ive been going to Bruce Todd Salon for many years. Val has been my stylist since the beginning of this year and I am very pleased with her service. I have thick, curly hair and I like to blow it out. Val is able to give me a wonderful, precise cut and style that holds up well until my next appointment. The shop is beautiful and the receptionists are very gracious and helpful, too. I have been with Bruce for all my hair needs since 2013. From the time you arrive to the time you leave, you feel right at home and cared about. I have NEVER walked out and thought what did they do to me? as I have in the past at other salons. I am 72 and have platinum colored gray hair. Bruce suggested a pearl gloss with my cut today and what a difference. My hair is shiny and feels so healthy. He has never steered me wrong and we all know how important it is to not have to worry about your hair care. If you are looking for a salon (that is gorgeous by the way) and not sure where to go -- STOP LOOKING and book an appointment. You wont be sorry.

If you ask me, Bruce is a miracle worker. His talents are beyond any other stylists that I’ve been to, and there have been many other establishments that I’ve tried. His knowledge in techniques for haircuts and coloring are second to none. All the staff is great as well. My stylist, marcy, is an absolute DELIGHT in every way! i just moved back to the area and my hair was in desperate need for some TLC. i honestly have a hard time getting comfortable with new stylists because let’s be honest, it’s like starting a new relationship! however, marcy made me feel so incredibly at ease and comfortable right off the bat. within the first couple minutes of my consultation with her, i knew she was the stylist for me. my appointment was a full bleach and tone so it was a long one, but she never failed to keep me comfortable. conversation stayed fluid and organic throughout the entire day and that’s always a breath of fresh air to not feel like you’re forcing small talk! and my hair came out GORGEOUS! she was truly, truly a pleasure to get to know and trust with my hair. i made sure to schedule my maintenance appointment with marcy again. 5 stars all day!

Honestly, this is probably my favorite haircut I’ve ever ever gotten. I got emotional and was brought to tears. I am stunned by your knowledge about hair. Sydney took time to evaluate my hair, the previous cut, texture, length and listened to me regarding what I hoped to achieve. He was excellent! I got exactly what I wanted adnt he cut is beautiful. He shaped my bangs and gave me long layers which added nice movement to my hair. I already have an appointment to see Sydney again for another cut. Highly recommend and very happy with him! Cat really takes time to ensure that she understands what you want. They do a consultation before they even think of touching your hair. The owner was present for my consultation and was very honest and helpful!!! They are realistic and truthful about what they can and can not do and deliver what they can not do with sympathy and compassion. I finally found my salon after a really bad experience at another local salon!! They are pricey, but no more than any other salon, and WELL worth it to get what you truly desire! Thanks! 😊

Today was my first visit to the salon and Megan was amazing! She made me feel so welcome and even personalized my visit. Megan took her time explaining different techniques and asking questions on my hair routine. She made recommendations for my hair type and was very patient with all my questions. My biggest take away was Megans positivity and how she complimented me with her uplifting words. I had Cookie do my hair about a year ago, so when Michelle let her customers know that she was pregnant, I knew I had to find a replacement, and the only person who came to mind was Cookie. Michelle agreed and the first chance I had, I booked an appointment.So when I got there, I met Kelly. Smart, humorous, (a lot like me in many ways😁). I said we were twins from another mother to which Kelly replied, and father. I guess you had to be there. These two women are kindred spirits, oh and did I tell you does great hair? Also, Kelly walked me though the products they had with great detail. All my questions were answered. I ended up buying two products dealing with stress showing up in your hair. I LOVE this comfortably open, airy, clean Cape Coral salon! Each staff member is welcoming and highly professional. As soon as you walk in the door you’re acknowledged and offered water, coffee or wine. I’ve never had to wait for my stylist and the salon is unique in that they all work together to provide you the best experience. There are several stylist that equally specialize in certain techniques such as root color, partial/full highlights or lowlights, short or long hair cuts, etc., so when it comes to scheduling an appointment the availability is greater to meet your needs. The shampoo station is the best I’ve been to with wonderful massage chairs - what a relaxing experience! I’ve been to salons that struggle to get the color and highlights I’m looking for in my hair, but not this place, they are spot on specialists! ….And what a great cut! My haircut/stylist (Bruce) closely listened to my styling vision and provided excellent feedback when I asked. He also took the time to show me how to match his styling tricks on my own! I went to Bruce with a coverage problem on my gray roots. Any color that was applied only lasted for a week at the most. My gray hair would not absorb the color. My consultation was with Bruce himself and he made many suggestions. Color, highlights and the cut. He knew I needed something I could replicate myself and he took time to show me how to work with the hairstyle with the cut he gave me. He cut my hair that same day and I came back about 2 weeks later for color and highlights. He took the time again to show me how to work with my hair. I have never been happier with my hair. I went here today for a color correction and a eyebrow wax. A few weeks ago, I had made a big mistake In my choice of salons and that salon bleached my hair. It was so bad I wasnt sure it was fixable on one sitting. I found Bruce Todds salon on google and Im so glad I did. I was hesitant going in after my last appointment at a the other salon, but upon entering I was warmly greeted by his reception staff. And quickly taken to a chair where I was greeted by Katt and Bruce. Who listened to my concerns about my hair . With guidance from Bruce, Katt perfectly colored my hair. I had other fantastic experiences with the girl that washed my hair and the girl that did my waxing but I did not get their names. After my color was done Bruce PERSONALLY cut and styled my hair. And recommended products for my hair type. I was SO pleased that I made another appointment for extensions. And at the end of the day it still costed less than the boutique style salon that botched my hair the first time. And it was much more pleasant in general. They truly care that you are happy when you leave. And it shows.

Even though this review is premature, I feel like it’s necessary. I have an OCD disorder that affects my hair growth and how my hair looks; I haven’t had long hair for nearly 15 years now and my hair simply has become my biggest insecurity. With my wedding coming up in December and it being mid November, my anxiety is at an all-time-high but I want to make sure I look as beautiful as I can. When I came into the salon, I was immediately overcome with comfort by the gentle and accommodating receptionist, Jordan. They accommodated my insecurity and held a consultation in a private area which touched my heart truly. Cookie tended to me and made me feel comfortable and just content with my progress in hair growth. Most importantly for me, free of any judgement. Then Marsha came along and provided her expertise and the whole interaction with them was beautiful, memorable, and worth the rave. I look forward to seeing them as they are now my go-to salon. Awesome staff with great service. This may be one of those high end fancy ladies places...but they not only do mens hair/beard cuts but they make you feel super welcome. I was offered coffee or water as soon as i walked in the door. And when it was time to leave there was a vast selection of products to chose from. All and all its a far stretch from the barber shop im used too....and i like it 😁
