We went for a couples massage a few days after our wedding. The reviews made me skeptical but I had a friend who raved about it. We went and had an amazing time!The entire salon was beautiful and extremely well taken care of with a high level of professionalism. The front desk checked us in, asking if we needed anything and showed us a comfortable place to fill out paperwork. She then led us to a clean and beautiful changing room/shower room to prepare for our massages.Our masseuses were Chelsea and Lindsey. They were very attentive to our needs and made sure that we were comfortable and relaxed the entire time. My wife had never had a massage and isnt exactly touchy-feely but thoroughly enjoyed herself.Im not sure what others are saying about a services fee. We were charged exactly what we were told we would be with no extra charges. One needs to remember that this is a salon that is on an island, it is the most upscale salon there and they are catering to a clientele that expects the best and isnt afraid to spend money. Also, masseuses are just like any other service person, a monetary tip is expected, just like a bar, restaurant or the likes.I could not recommend this place enough. Thank you Chelsea and Lindsey for making this a wonderful memory.

We did the couples massage ... it was worth every penny!! Our experience was great. Price was exactly as quoted. Friendly greeting and great relaxation space!! And of course the amazing massage we received!!!The previous poor reviews were a long time ago!We will be coming back!!!

The Kay Casperson Spa is absolutely beautiful!! We had a large group during our stay at South Seas Island Resort and they were very accommodating and professional. All the services that our group had, there were nothing but positive comments and everyone absolutely loved their massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. We would highly recommend this spa!!

We had a girls day out. From the time we walked in, to the time we left, it was a great experience. Annie greeted us warmly. Since we were a few minutes late, I was worried but Annie was never anything but friendly and nice. When she found out it was both our birthdays, she said we must have a champagne toast when we finish.I chose the pedicure with reflexology and was not disappointed. Ashley was my manicurist. She was delightful and did a great job. Shared tips for my feet, manicured them perfectly, and made both my legs and feet smooth and soft.Natasha was my reflexologist. She is very talented. Completely relaxed me and my feet. Used just the right amount of pressure throughout the massage. Spoke quietly in the beginning and the end of the massage. Was very friendly and professional.Then Ashley came back in to paint my nails. Health coating, base coat, two color coats, and top coat. Smart tip to use an eye makeup brush dipped in remover to clean up any little miss. Final product was great.As she was finishing, my sister came back, smiling and glowing from her facial. Ashley welcomed her and also made her feel right at home and special. Annie followed with the champagne. We toasted our day and treatments. It was the perfect ending to a perfect spa trip.Decor is inviting. Room temperature was perfect. Spa was clean, organized, and well laid out. Everyone was fun and friendly. We will be back on our next girls day out!

I had great 50-minute massage. My masseuse was thorough, attentive to my needs, and did an excellent overall job. The whole environment was very clean, organized, staff were accommodating, and overall relaxing experience.

Miss Nancy was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable! It was my first time for some of the services and she made sure I knew exactly what was going on and always made sure I was ok! Beyond 5 star review! Will definitely return!

Rosa did a beautiful job on my hair. It can be nerve-racking seeing a hairdresser you dont know but I was on vacation and ready for a change so I went for it. At least 6 inches gone and a few highlights added, I would return to Captiva just for Rosa to do my hair again (;

Absolutely perfect. From receptionists on the phone to the moment I walked in . A+ massage . Cant say enough and I experiance several massages a year. Yes a little more than I pay for a massage at home..... So is a drink or dinner ..... Your on an Island....
