I’ve gotten my hair done with Obsidian Braiding Studio over the past 3-4 years and I always get amazing results. The hairstyle I usually go for is small to medium knotless braids, upper to lower but length. Low tension on my scalp the overall hairstyle is very manageable and your able to style it immediately. I suck at maintaining my hairstyles but the braids usually last me a good three months. Minimal hair breakage after removal and a lot of retention and of course that comes with managing your hair throughout as well.Customer service is always a must for me when I get my hair done. Having a hairstylist that allows you to move around when you’ve been sitting for a longtime is prime; it’s not at all awkward, there’s a lot of conversation which I really enjoy.10/10 recommend!!!

This lovely lady did boho braids on my hair and even though it wasnt what I wanted. She truly understood and made things right. She is the most kindness, caring, patient individual. If you are not satisfied, she is not satisfied. Oh and her braids do not hurt at all! Most of the time my edges be crying for relief but not her her. She knows exactly what she is doing. Her prices are really good. Please give her a try, you will not be disappointed!!

Great styles, clean parts, great work that can last up to two months with proper maintenance based on my experience!!
