Bay Beauty Co is truly the best salon! I would trust anyone there with my hair, they are all so talented! I have been seeing Melissa for many years now and she always makes my hair look perfect and keeps it healthy. She is honest with me about what my hair needs. Melissa is such a wonderful person to be around and is so kind and easy to talk to! Those few hours you sit in her chair will be the best hours of your day, actually probably week! Make an appointment with her or anyone there! If there’s a wait, trust me, it is worth it.

Melissa is an actual DREAM. I planned our wedding in Florida completely remote from Iowa and I was in search of an artist to hire for my wedding day. I could not find anyone I loved until someone recommended Melissa. We connected and instantly hit it off. She was so easy to work with and her pricing list was the best I’ve seen, especially for her skill level, experience, and quality. I had my trial once I flew down the week of our wedding and it was like we have been friends for years. Her salon is STUNNING to say the least and Melissa herself is a magician. We had so much fun getting ready, all my girls loved her and the second artist she brought with her. Everyone was OBSESSED with their hair and they just killed the vibe all together. I visit Florida often and plan to book Melissa for my cuts and colors when I come next. You won’t regret booking with her!!!

BOOK MAGGIE!!! Exceptional talent. I had long brown hair when I came in and left with a long blonde bob. Incredibly happy with the results. She is worth the wait. I came in at my scheduled appointment time and she had me seated immediately. Could not be happier!Everyone is friendly. It is a small hair salon but equipped with everything they need. Bay Beauty Co is so beautiful. I don’t trust anyone as much with my hair as Melissa. She has such great instincts and styling tips. She is a master of her craft, and has a great eye for color. She used undertones from my natural color (brown with copper tones) to choose my new color, and retoned until it fit our vision. She showed me how to style my new bangs, and had great product recommendations. Sitting in her chair is a pleasure.

If you’re looking for a new hair stylist/salon, you’re search is done! Melissa is absolutely amazing. My blonde has never been so bright, and she installed my new extensions and they look and feel amazing! I’ve gotten so many compliments! The salon is clean, and so cute. The chairs when you get your hair washed are massage chairs that feel amazing. I cannot wait for my next appointment. (Also there’s a Starbucks right outside their salon, so that’s obvious bonus points haha)

I see Skylar at Bay Beauty Co and she is amazingly talented!! When I first met her I was amazed at her work on Instagram, but she has listened to my ideas of going from bleach blonde to more of a natural brondie 💕 she also talked me into trying extensions for volume which I was very hesitant about due to the fact I thought they would look fake but she colored them to match me so perfectly! And talked through all the pros and cons. Everyone at this salon is so nice and welcoming and so very talented! I love coming for my hair appointments and will never see anyone else!

Not only is Melissa’s talent unmatched, but she will go above and beyond to make sure you feel right at home in her beautiful salon. She has transformed my hair from needing to be chin length due to damage from bleach and tones to now almost touching my waist. And she still does bleach and tones on my hair! This is by far my favorite salon I’ve ever been to. Melissa is one of the most genuine people and has been doing my hair for a while now. Tanner is so charming and gives the best blow outs, took me last minute when Melissa was busy. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting Maggie and Skylar and they’re all so accommodating and make you feel at home. They have these incredible massage chairs and the over all vibe is stunning. There’s a beautiful view of a small lake and even a Starbucks next door. I just can’t say enough good things about this Salon. Maggie was truly amazing on doing my hair! She always slays my hair when it comes to coloring, blow drying and haircut. They even have massage chairs when you get your hair washed definitely a plus especially when you want to relax and get pampered. The place is very clean and the esthetic is super cute and very welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been seeing Maggie for over a year now and I’m convinced she’s the best especially for blonde hair services! When I first came in to see her, my hair was extremely damaged. Maggie has helped me get my hair to being healthy! I go to her for highlights, toner, cut, and extensions. The color comes out perfect every time. If I ever have an issue with anything, she is always responsive over Instagram and makes time for me if I need to come in last minute. It’s so hard to find a hairstylist that does blonde hair properly, and I promise she is that hairstylist!

I followed the team at Bay Beauty Co. from there previous salon because they are just that good! Tanner has been doing my hair for almost 6 years at this point and I’m afraid my coloring appointments are going to get pricy if he moves out of state and I need to buy plane tickets every 8 weeks! They have just created a great environment and vibe in the salon and I can’t book my appointments in the morning or I will stay there talking all day. 12/10 recommend trying to get on their books!
