    I had the luck and pleasure of getting my hair trimmed by Tony today. Im 68 years old and very unfussy! However, I really appreciate people who hone their craft. I was in and out in no time, Tony knows his stuff and has a great personality. Most of all, he did a great job seamlessly!

    Edit: my original review below. Editing to say dont let a couple bad stylists ruin your favorite stylist. Tony is incredible and such a great people person.Original:I have been coming to this same great clips for over 15 years, as my preferred hair stylist was here. I got a haircut today from Randy and I will likely never be coming back here again.I dont want to sound dramatic, but I think he mustve been having a bad day; it was the most painful haircut Ive ever had. He kept jabbing me in the head with the electric razor. He seemed like he was in a serious rush the entire time and it felt like he couldnt get me out of his chair fast enough.I used to love this place and even liked a number of the stylists, but this place has gone down hill in the past 6 months and its truly unfortunate.

    Great clips is a fairly decent franchise, if you can find a decent stylist then you will do well. If youre not familiar with the shop then it is hit or miss.If youre visiting this particular shop then ask for Tony. Hes funny as all get out and does a pretty decent job.I would return again if I was in the area.

    Its great to see the same stylists every time I visit. Too many franchises have a rotating employee base, making it hard to get the same cut/style each time. I finally have a place I trust. I have to drive a little further, but its worth it.

    Ive been going to great clips for years! Tony is the man!! Hes always super fast and always has a great story to tell. My kids love him and he is fantastic with them. Ill never get my familys hair cut anywhere else! Tony is a gem!

    This place is great, being able to book an appointment online is awesome and whenever I go there to get my haircut I always try to schedule my appointment with Tony. He has a fantastic personality and he’s a great stylist. He makes the whole customer experience very pleasurable, and a big part of that is because he’s very personable. I recommend the store at every opportunity.

    The App is so user friendly, which makes the wait upon arrival, very short. Tina is my stylist and she’s so good at cutting my hair just the way I want it. The bonus is that she is so friendly and easy to talk to.

    This location was nice. I don’t remember the hair dresser that cut my hair but she was nice and talkative, she gave me her opinion on my hair and we had a very nice chat while I was there. The pricing was fair and the haircut was quick, I just came in for a trim.

    This location is excellent! This place is immaculate both on the sales floor, the styling floor but also the restrooms. The staff is knowledgeable and precise, more importantly listened and discussed the haircut prior to starting instead of just reading previous notes and beginning. This was a great and welcomed experience. My first A+ Great Clips experience! Bravo

    Always have a great time when I go in to see Tony. He listens to exactly what you want for a hairstyle and even puts in some opinions of his own to show you a new style that can work for you if you are interested in trying something new.     I had a wonderful experience, a first timer at this location.I was a bit nervous beforehand as I have longer hair and I am always afraid of stylists cutting my hair too short.However, Tatiana was super! She listened to my requests and completed the job perfectly!She also complimented my straight style and encouraged me to maintain it. Some stylists try to push layers/changing the style or also to buy products. No pressure from her!Just a tip- You will wait longer if you dont sign-in online and those individuals will be tended to before a walk-in.Overall, excellent job on my hair! I will definitely be going back to see her!

    I had a knot (understatement) and came for help. Tativana helped me for over 2 hrs to get it out when others said they wouldnt have done it. I met her first at the now closed Roosevelt store. Shes always been an angel! Im very picky being a hairdresser myself and I love her. I cannot say enough. She really saved me!!! 💜 Dont forget to tip your stylist!

    I always have a great experience at Great Clips. Roxanne does a super job on my hair.This is an observation I made today: A 4:20 Rush of customers - closing time 5:00 (Sunday) PLEASE people dont go to a Salon close to closing time, These employees have a life and family they need to get home to. Besides they have been on their feet all day and are tired.

    Used to get my haircut from Tony at another Great Clips. Then he left and now I’ve found him again! He does amazing haircuts and his conversations—-when you walk out with a smile, it’s not just because your hair looks great, he just says things that keep a smile on your face and you feel good about life when you leave. Now that I know where he is I’m gonna tell the other guys I know that were looking for him and They’re gonna freak out when I tell them I found him!!!!     We got decent haircuts, however they were a little overpriced for pretty much a trim. Stray hairs were not shaved off the neck. Did not notice until we got home and I had to clean up my husband.

    Kaylee is my 15 year old grandaughter who came in with a huge knot in her very long hair....about 19 inches long. We wanted to donate the hair to Locks of Love but couldnt because of the knot. Owner said it had to be a full head of hair....but thats OK......Kaylee got an awesome haircut ....such a drastic change from 15 years of having such long hair to a short haircut. I was very nervous, but the beautician was superior...the cut was amazing and my grandaughter did not shed a tear over losing all that long hair....she walks around the house to all our mirrors and has not stopped smiling . She absolutely loves the cut. With what the beautician had to work with she did such a wonderful job. We will go back again.

    KELLILYN is AWESOME! I had my third cut from her 10/20/16 and had to drive in heavy traffic past two or three other Great Clips Salons just to get her because she is worth the effort. She was working at a closer salon and is no longer there. I had an unfavorable cut at the usual location after she left and decided not again. As long as I can find her, I will drive to have her cut my hair! Thank you from Holly R (purse lady) LOL!
