    Kristin shaped my hair and Im so glad she did. I had had a haircut at the Great Clips on Sunset Point Road just a week before and it looked like somebody had tried to cut gum out of my hair it was awful but Kristen took the time to shape it and make sure I looked decent and I have felt so good ever since. This is my new place to go I will never return to the other one. This place is nice clean got a young hip vibe and they have tons of respect for their customers. Thank you

    Always a good experience and never any issues. Just use the app to help you get checked in and get you loaded properly into the waiting line as it will help you a lot in the log run. But for the price it doesnt beat a decent hair cut. I especially like a customized in my fade and they still dont mind just charging me the regular buzz 20 price. Great people all around.

    I have super long hair, I have trimmed it three times in seven years. I can never find someone who knows what theyre doing. Christine was amazing. She cut my long hair without lopping it off, she made it look so good. I definitely recommend her!!! ❤️

    Love this Great-Clips salon. Hairstylist at this location are awesome!! Its so nice to go to a salon month after month and finally see the same faces. That is the problem with some of these chains....especially when you find a great stylist...they are here today, gone tomorrow! They seem to get along great and you dont get that look when you sign in and ask for a specific stylist. Only downfall.....I wish they offered more discount coupons :-)

    Kelly is great! Recently visited with my 3-year old and haircut came out great! As you can imagine, a 3-year is hard to keep still and has super fine hair. Kelly was awesome with her styling, communication, and all-around personality. Look forward to our next appointment!

    I have been a Great Clips customer at Northwood Plaza for several years and have been pleased to encounter experienced hairdressers like Pam (who left recently) but I met Lisa who is very good and I have been back several times for a great haircut! I like being able to make my appointments online with having exact waiting times. I hope Lisa will stay at Northwood Plaza a long time, she is very professional and pleasant.

    This was one of the absolute best haircuts i have ever had. Kristin did a fantastic job on my hair. Nice and short and easy to manage. I would love to have her as my hairdresser from now on.

    Friendly staff, solid hair cuts, make sure to book ahead with their website or mobile app and HOLD ON to your receipt, theres always a coupon code at the bottom. Tip em well please, they do some really solid work cleaning up the caveman.
