I found Alexea through the Green Circle salon website 2 years ago since going to a sustainable stylist was very important to me. I am so happy I found her! She’s so talented, kind and has helped me restore my hair to a really beautiful healthy blonde. Also I have curly/wavy hair and my son has super curly hair and she’s very experienced with handling it all. Can’t recommend her enough!

All I have to say is that Alexea is an absolute amazing angel!! I was impacted by Hurricane Helene and without any questions asked, she brought my family some necessities since we lost everything in the storm. Alexa is EXCELLENT! She always listens to exactly what you want. She always takes her time with you, and goes above and beyond!…this includes hot towels, scalp massage and hand massage…and that’s just for a haircut. She’s truly talented and cares about her customers!

Alexea is the most knowledgeable, patient and kind hairstylist/ person you will ever meet. She started cutting my hair a couple years ago and now cuts everyone in my family and all my friends. She takes the time to get to know you and listens to what you want and she teaches along the way which is so helpful! I always leave feeling amazing about myself and relaxed. I recommend her to everyone I know. You won’t be disappointed!

Loved everything about my experience with Alexea! She is friendly, kind, efficient, and cut my hair exactly the way I had hoped. I have thick, somewhat curly hair. We talked about everything before she even started so that we would be on the same page. You can tell transparency and what you are wanting as a guest is extremely important to her. I feel so beautiful with my new shaggy cut and I’m so grateful for her talented hands! Her salon is also sustainable which is a huge plus!

Before and after posted below 👇🏼! My hair was over processed, knotted beyond belief and super unhealthy! Scheduled an appointment with alexea with ease she is super easy to schedule with ! She explains everything to you and answers all of your hair questions and concerns ! I love my long hair so I was nervous for the chop but it looks so wonderfulSo I’m glad I took the leap ! She gives an amazing hair wash and scalp massage that is also accompanied with a hand rub she really makes it a experience one that is so inviting that is a no brainer to treat yourself to the hair experience you deserve ! My hair looks flawless , I found the only one I want touching my hair !

Alexea really did a number for me 🙌🏼 My hair was overgrown with my natural light brown for over a year and I pretended I was still a blonde 😵‍💫 On top of that, the shade of blonde I achieved from box bleach did not do me justice. Alexea gave me the PERFECT color match and did everything to protect my virgin growth as well as the environment, and that means a lot to me. Not to mention the conversation was the absolute best. Great atmosphere and KID FRIENDLY, which is super important. She was amazingly patient with my son and he was on his best behavior in her presence (which is so rare). Alexea is a very talented hairstylist who educates you in the process. She suggested a low maintenance haircut and balayage for lived in color that suited well to my active lifestyle and minimal time for color maintenance appointments. In addition to being a wonderful colorist and stylist she has also been cutting my young children’s hair with patience and grace. She is an all around great person and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking.

Today I had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Alexea and I must say it was one of the best experiences Ive had at a hair salon. Alexea was extremely kind, compassionate and attentive to my needs, making sure she understood exactly what I wanted before she started.Throughout the haircut, Alexea was very careful and precise, paying attention to every detail to make sure the cut was absolutely perfect. She also gave me great tips on how to style my hair and maintain it in the best possible condition.Whole Hearted Hair Salon was also very clean and well-organized, making for a comfortable and relaxing environment. Alexea was fantastic! I took my oldest daughter and I, to get haircuts here last weekend. I was thrilled to know that Alexea, specializes in curly hair (which I have no experience in, but trying to learn for my daughter’s sake). The whole wash, head and hand massage, right to the cut and style was a relaxing, even with my 2 littles along with us, which Alexea offered to give them “fairy hair”, too! It’s a very personal experience, the products are amazing, leaving both our hair feeling soft + healthy! Plus, Alexea, is super friendly + very knowledgeable in her field, as she walked us through proper hair care.

Out of all the places I’ve gotten my hair done, Alexea by far was my most favorite experience! She is the sweetest and most thoughtful soul which truly blossoms in her work! I mean look how beautiful and seamless my hair is!! Previous hair coloring experiences I was always paying an arm and a leg for choppy yellowish hair when I wanted a natural sun kissed blonde. Alexea goes above and beyond to get the results you want for your hair. I did a cut and coloring/balayge. At the consult, she really understood what I was looking for and gave her honest feedback as well looking out for my hair in the long run - not just for one appointment. Even if you go in just for a haircut, she will make the experience one that you will never forget. During the shampoo/condition process she does a head massage and provides a hot towel with essential oil for a soothing experience! She has a nice cozy space that makes you feel at home! I highly recommend you make it out to see her!

Her salon setting is calming and tranquil and she is VERY knowledgeable about her products and about different hair types.She truly has a wide range of knowledge about the industry. It was so comforting hearing her speak about her knowledge on my hair type. So many stylists have lied to me about having curly girl skills and the ruined my hair everytime.Alexea also gives an amazing head massage while washing your hair. And a hand massage while she has a hot towel on your hair. I felt like I was at a spa!If you are looking for a knowledgeable stylist who will not throw you for a loop and will educate you along the way book with alexea. Ill never go anywhere else!!!

Alexea is awesome & friendly. I have extra long curly hair and I have had trouble getting a kind of haircut I want without compromising on loosing length. Most of the hairstylist I have met in the past always told me that they can’t add layers on my hair without loosing my hair length to half.I am so Glad that I found this WHOLEHEARTEDHAIR salon and the stylist ALEXEA. She was the stylist my hair needed for years. She was great and knows what she is doing. She gave me some great advice to keep my hair healthy. She is genuine and actually trying to help others unlike most of the other salons who only cares about their profits.I highly recommend you visit this salon and use her services. You won’t regret it. I know I am gonna go back to use her services.And she works with kids of age 1+ which is great. Not many stylists are patient enough for that.Thank you so much Alexea.

Alexea (I hope I spelled her name right) is seriously SO good! I moved here from Colorado a year and a half ago and have been to a few stylists trying to find one that could cut my hair right and none of them did.. Until now!! I finally found my new stylist!! You can tell she knows what she’s doing and is the only one who’s been able to cut my hair right and give me the layers and volume I desperately needed! What’s even better is all your hair is repurposed to help ocean conservation and dog shelters and stuff, how cool is that! Had my first hair cut with a professional in over 4 years. Loved it! Grateful that it was FREE! I’m also incredibly particular about who cuts my hair, because I have long thick curly hair, and it never fails to get messed up somehow.She was so good at making sure I had my long layers and V cut in the back just like I asked. Highly recommend if you have thick curly hair.

I’m obsessed with my hair!I met Alexea at a women owned only business market. We were both vendors. I was hesitant at first because I’m very peculiar with who touches my natural hair because I’m tender headed, but I needed a trim and it has been such a long time since I’ve had someone else care for my hair that I decided to give her a try. Plus, the scalp and hand massage as part of the service drew me in.Alexea exceeded my expectations! She was so gentle with my hair and got rid of all my split ends. She evened things out, and now my hair looks so much healthier and feels so much bouncier.Okay, let’s talk about the scalp and hand massage. As a licensed massage therapist- A+. The entire experience was truly a great self-care and treat to myself as my birthday is right around the corner.

So so nice, chill, and not judgy. I hadnt gotten my hair cut in awhile and Ive had stylist borderline shame me for going too long but she was awesome and made my hair look stunning. Its a super cute room and the place to shampoo your hair is amazing. Its like a recliner chair and the basin has a big slope instead of that spout like thing that squeezes your neck. Amazing shampoo including scalp and neck massage AND a hand massage. Omg. Amazing. Highly highly recommended

I started going here about 1.5 years ago. I had gotten a bad cut and color at a different salon. The other stylist melted my hair, leaving the bleach on too long. For months, I was doing deep conditioning treats to heal my hair. I then went to WholeHearted Hair in hopes of evening out my cut and doing something with the bad color job. Alexae was able to cover the color and match my natural color. She cleaned up the style, and I left looking a million times better.Fast forward to now, and the best haircut Ive had in over 10 years, maybe longer, was by Alexea. She is so wonderful. I have wavy/curly hair, which is not easy for all to cut and style. Alexea does amazing work. She also cuts my daughter waist long hair. My daughter doesnt like to brush her hair like many small children. Alexea is so gentle brushing out the knots. After a few cuts, my daughter now requests to see the hair lady.
