So happy I found Treace at Making Statements. A little over 16 hrs and over 400 very tiny braids later my Microloc journey re-started on 12/18/23. Im so excited to have re-started my journey. Cant wait to see where I will be a year or two from now !!! Salon was clean and inviting and Treace is a sweetheart. She also gave me some general loc maintenance tips. Overall, a great experience.

An incredible stylist with an amazing passion for hair! This had to be the best braiding experience I’ve ever had! 2 Layer Braids came out beautifully, spacing was clean, and overall look was awesome! I cannot wait to go back! If your hair isnt becoming to you, you arent Montreaces client.Montreace is the creator of Montreace Locs not to be confused with other types of locd hair. When she locd my hair, it was very short. Today, my locs extend below my shoulders. Each of my individual locs is smooth. I am beyond thrilled that I cant tell where the retightened new growth starts or ends. And my scalp is very heathy, too. Montreace took the time to provided instructions on proper care techniques for newly installed locs that are her namesakes.If you dont wear locs, consider contacting Montreace for a consult. She is a very knowledgeable, considerate, highly skilled and creative hair care professional.
