    Over the last 10 years of going to this location its been hit or miss with the stylist... A gentleman by the name seam (sorry if I got it wrong) cut my hair today and let me tell you ... It was going to the barber in a great clips Amazing. I hope he sticks around for a while as I will be calling to make sure hes there for myself and my 5 kids ...Thank you!! Mr. seam Amazing job . There is hope in great clips after all

    I have been to this location a few times and the stylist I had in the past was no longer there! So I took a chance on another one and left neither satisfied or dissatisfied. I felt she didnt listen to me and was telling me I should color my gray hair. Interesting as Great Clips doesnt offer any that service! But while there I heard another stylist with his client...not only did he greet her with a smile he started asking questions and read the notes from her previous visit! That impressed me....that instead of finding a new salon....I called about month later and found out he answered the phone and was the manager!! I ended up going back on Monday for a haircut and JAY not only greeted me but ready notes and asked what I wanted this visit. I would highly recommend JAY!! And will continue with this location as long as hes there! Thanks Jay and by the way Ive received several compliments on my new haircut and recommendation you!!

    So I use my RV to go around the country and I love to eat out and explore new places.I have been going to this location for some time now to get a hair cut and so far it has been a good spot for me. Quick and easy. Not too expensive. People in the place know how to cut hair. So Ill definitely continue coming back.

    Getting a haircut is a scary experience when your favorite stylist has left for another job….and no one at the shop will let on where he went. I scoured online reviews, and noticed that there were several positive comments about a stylist named Jennifer at the Great Clips near where I live. I figure I would give it a shot. Jennifer proceeded with caution, asking me each step of the way if I wanted more taken off rather than chopping me as some stylists do. She gave me the exact cut I requested. After seeing how it falls now that I’ve shampooed, I can say without reservation that I highly recommend Jennifer. She is my stylist going forward. She better not leave!! Lol.

    Yesterday I went back for another haircut. I left once again very satisfied. I asked for Susan and definitely worth the wait for. Susan pulled up notes from my 1st visit and asked if I wanted the same cut. I made a couple of changes and she did a great job. I will be back as I found my salon.

    Courtney is the best!Just moved here from LA and had a celebrity hair stylist doing my hair for years and couldn’t find anybody I trusted to cut my hair again until I came here and found Courtney! She pays close attention to detail, and is also approachable, patient, and accommodating, which creates a comfortable and relaxed environment for everyone in the salon. This is now going to be my go to spot 😊

    Everyone at this location was amazing. My entire family got a haircut and I decided to try it out myself and it ended up being one of the best haircuts I ever had thanks to Patrick!     I had a horrible experience at Fantastic Sams and had to go get the cut fixed immediately after. I went to this Great Clips and I was Very pleased. Amber was an absolute GEM and she fixed everything exactly how I needed it. She said she has been doing this for a while and it showed. She was an absolute professional and is a wonderful person. She made my experience just so much better. I have always had a good experience at Great Clips, but Amber is the best I have had so far. Huge THANK YOU to her for doing a great job!!     Great place for seniors to get a hair cut. Took my grandmother in since she wanted her hair cut just like mine and the manager Patrick was more than willing to assist us out. He even allowed my mother and I to stand over him and take pictures and videos as he cut my 88 year old grandmothers hair. He was the best and did a fantastic job her hair looked great she was so happy with it. When we went to pay for it I couldnt believe how much it was and gave him a nice tip to make up for it since we were such a troublesome group. When we left we were out front taking pictures and he came out and started taking the pictures for us. My grandmother was so happy it made her day since she was just released from the hospital a few days prior. I highly recommend this shop and Patrick.

    We go to Great Clips all the time in Ohio, and this one is fine. We were happy with our 3 haircuts (me and my 2 granddaughters, 4 and 6). I had read the reviews and was leary, but there is NOTHING wrong with this location. The stylists were cordial and took care in their jobs. There is usually a big turnover in employees at these establishments and even the management has changed since Nov. 15.Do not hesitate to enjoy them!

    After 3 years of expensive haircuts!! I finally got my hair evenly cut by Jennifer. Ive been to many salons I always tell the salon person my hair is not even. With this salon I did not even bother to say anything but to my surprise my hair is even on 17 bucks.

    I got my hair cut here. I asked for something simple and they did a great job for the price. Lots of people cutting hair so I didnt wait to long. The building feels a little cramped but the hair cut didnt take long because they know what there doing. I only took 1 star off because of the building felt cramped.
