I got my haircut done by Vivian and she did an AMAZING job. She gave me great advice on how to care for my hair, as well as giving me a super accurate cut and style to the reference photo I provided. I asked for about 2 inches off as well as layering and she nailed it. I’ve never been disappointed by this place but i especially recommend going to Vivian as she will give you the perfect look and experience.

We had a GREAT experience this morning - I brought my 2 daughters in for cuts, trying something new because I felt Aveda was just too expensive for kid/teen cuts. I have to say I liked it BETTER. Nikki was wonderful with my teen and gave her some tips to help her since she has super thick hair which is difficult to wash. Both ladies did an excellent job with my girls and their cuts look great - I am super happy. Since we made an appointment, there was no waiting. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

This was my first time at Hair Cuttery and I was very happy with my stylist Nikki. I didnt know what I wanted to do with the coloring of my hair as I wasnt happy with the other salon that did it. Nikki not only saved me money by telling me that I didnt need highlights, but she picked out a perfect shade for my skin tone. My hair looks somewhat highlighted due to the light color that I already had mixed in with my dark color. Her haircut was perfect for me. Im going back again!!

Nikki explains why certain styles are better than others based on your hair, and her cuts emphasize the positive aspects of your hair. She gives you tips on how to style it at home. I am so glad I found her. I immediately got compliments when others saw me at an event later in the day.

Nikki is a professional in her skill. I recently had a reaction to something when we started the process of going from platinum to strawberry blonde, but the product/cause hasnt been determined. She refused to perform services for another color appointment until she did a spot/reaction test. I was disappointed of course, but respected her knowledge. Waited 2 days and no reaction. After todays appointment hair is now rose gold and just beautiful. I trust this professional as she showed empathy and experience. Thank you Nikki!!

I wish I could give Nikki 10 stars. She is amazing. I had recently had my hair colored by someone else and it did not turn out good at all. I felt rushed through that appointment, things that I asked to get done didn’t get done, and the color that was recommended didn’t look good at all on me. When I met with Nikki she took the time to listen to what I wanted. She helped me come up with a game plan that I was comfortable with. She even put color on some test strands to see which one I liked best. She explained everything thing that she was doing and made sure I was comfortable with every step. I’m so glad she was able to help me fix my hair and she listened to what I wanted and never made me feel rushed or she didn’t have the time for me. I 100% recommended her. She is amazing!

I keep going to these boujee type of salons and keep getting disappointed by the cut considering the amount that I pay. I went to this Hair Cuttery solely based on reviews that I saw online. First, I do like the fact that I can choose the stylist and book online. Second, I chose Nikki based on her reviews and I was not disappointed. Not only did she save me money by telling me I didn’t need a service that I had selected, but she also did a great job with my long hair and gave me some pointers that nobody else has ever taken the time to do with me. I will definitely be back.

I realized last night, I needed my hair done and had a few hours without my kids today. I managed to find Angela with 9am availability and took a leap - absolutely no regrets, Im in love with my Fall look! She was easy to talk to, did a really fabulous job on my highlights and sort of burnt rose color, and the price was reasonable imo. I asked for side-swept bang and she nailed it, and the scalp massage was just right. They even had the Olaplex products for sale and I happen to have just run out of my no. 8 🖤 overall a good experience, Ill be back!

I started going to this Hair Cuttery when my hair was extremely damaged, and Nikki was great with helping me get it back to healthy without having to sacrifice having the bright colors I wanted to maintain. The staff is always been friendly each time I go. Mimi was also great and accommodating in taking on my latest new hair color/cut choice. I personally was hesitant to go to a Hair Cuttery due to a bad experience with another location a few years ago, but I feel like I receive professional and quality service in going to this one due to the staff there.

Nicki was my hair stylist , she was amazing . I went in with messed up hair. It was bleached out. I hated it. My hair was past the middle of my back and was in rough condition. As with most new hair color/cut experiences, I was just a little apprehensive.Ashley studied my coloring and wanted to know what my desired look was for this appointment. I explained where I wanted to go with my senior hair that was fairly dry and unmanageable.She then made her suggestions. By then I was impressed with her evaluation of my hair and what she could envision for me. I agreed with her and she proceeded to repair and restyle my hair.What a fabulous experience! She gave my hair a workable solution to allowing the gray to grow in gracefully.I am so thrilled with ASHLEY and her expertise - she is an artist with hair!

I absolutely love this Salon. I’ve had no issues with this location or Winter Garden. I was very hesitant to start going back to a salon as I have had many awful experiences in the past and never finding my “home.” I did my own hair for years due to big name salons such as Aveda Clove in Clermont, Flying scissors, and a few other places not only provided horrible customer service by either gossiping amongst one another, worried about phones versus people, having skills of a non licensed 4th grader and so on causing me to have permanent discoloration on my forehead fromBleach, Getting styles completely opposite of what was asked and just feeling uncomfortable and like you were in the way. I had to leave this review because today was my second experience with Hair Cuttery and in particular, Joann. She is very kind, she listens and isn’t afraid to take her time to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want instead of just trying to get you in and out. You can definitely tell she has an eye for art as it shows in the work she does with hair. I couldn’t be more happy with how my color, cut and style have turned out both times I’ve seen her. I will never go anywhere else now that I’ve met Joann and even the general staff of this salon. They have regular clients which is a huge positive, they treat you like family and they genuinely care. They are all very polite, respectful and have a lot of knowledge and work great as a team. Although I haven’t had experience with anyone else yet, I feel confident they would all makeMe feel and look like a million bucks. Any negative reviews on here are hard to believe and it’s probably people upset because they aren’t the type of salon that will ruin your hair by just diving in and taking you from black hair to a platinum blonde. They have ethic and integrity and unfortunately some people don’t see it that way and see it as being rude instead of being thankful that someone cares enough to take the time to invest in you as a person and make sure you achieve what you want but in a realistic way. Thanks so much to everyone here for your positive attitude, upbeat energy and the education provided on up keep in between visits. You’re definitely a top rated salon in my book!
