Ive never had short hair before but all my long hair what turned pretty much into dreadlocks. She and another nice hair dresser talked about the best way and I agreed. I actually like it and my boyfriend loves the new look. Ill definitely be back!

I felt so terrible for taking up so much of her time but I really do love and appreciate the customer service that she gave. Its not everyday you go to a salon and get service where you feel like the stylist actually cares about your experience. I will definitely come back for my next touch up and to book with her. I love this salon at Johns Lake Wal-Mart, I always have Marissa style my hair. She is the best, she always knows just what to do no matter what services you may need. She always makes you feel like family. She listens to what her clients want. Last time I went, I got my hair dyed, cut, and a full style. Felt and looked amazing when I walked out. It’s always so clean, and everyone is so prompt. Highly recommend this salon and stylist.

Me and my younger sister went in today and Susan Klipper helped us, She was so friendly and helped us know exactly what we wanted. After having bad experiences at other salons this was such a relief to find, she did amazing and did a all over highlights and made me very comfortable and the final product was absolutely beautiful! my younger sister just wanted a trim and Susan gave us different suggestions on how to help her fit in her hair more based on her bone structure in her face and it looks amazing we would’ve never thought to try the cut! Very pleased with our experience! Will definitely be returning!

I had a very good experience here. It was one of those months where you need to go but have very little money so I figured I should try a place that fit my budget. I didnt expect too much but I got very surprised. First of all. I called ahead on the phone and they were very professional. I set up a time and when I came to my appointment I didnt have to wait. The hairdresser was the sweetest. She did a great job and my city highlights has never been better! I looked amazing, the color, the cut, the way she styled it. I gave her a good tip but didnt pay more than a 100 in total. I will be back!

I get my hair cut every couple weeks from Marissa Martinez. I have a short hair and I love the way she cuts it. She is very meticulous, efficient, and always attentive when I’m in her chair.
