Betsaida’s salon is truly a gem in the perfect location. I moved here a yr ago and it’s been impossible to find a salon that met my needs. No more waiting on appointments because she is super on time. Just by looking at her own hair you can tell she knows what she’s doing. She cares about your hair and making you leave the salon looking and feeling better than you came. I had very fine thin choppy relaxed strands from neglect and mistreatment to my hair. So in my eyes a weave or wig was mandatory to feel that pizazz (the girls that get it, get it). With treatment, proper advisement and a new regimen we’ve been able to get my hair to a healthy point that I can wear it out confidently. When you leave her chair you don’t feel like a rushed service because she takes her time massaging every strand and every product. It’s such a relaxing experience. If you’re looking for a place that is timely, professional, clean, fair pricing, respectful, quality products, takes their time to get you to the point you want for your hair journey look no further I promise you won’t regret it.

I have been trying to get an appointment since last year, she is so good that it is difficult to get an appointment. But, once you do, you will not regret it. I was blessed to get a last minute appointment two days prior to my birthday. Very pleasant atmosphere, extremely clean area, I cannot say enough good things. She did an awesome job with my hair,I was getting compliments from everyone. My husband was more than happy with the work she did...... If you haven’t done so, go see her, she is worth every penny and more.

Betsaida is phenomenal. I travel to see her. She listens, and evaluates your hair. She was able to bring my hair back to healthy lushness from great loss and damage after illness and Covid. I had given up. I have natural hair and do not use a relaxer anymore. She is a master of her craft and works with all hair textures. She is patient, timely and kind. You never have to wait and she always follows up. She runs a small, discreet and clean boutique shop. Uses excellent quality products. One of the best hairstylists I’ve ever had, and I’ve lived all over the country. ( RE: MT Tee’s HAIR’s review) - The majority of Betsaida’s clientele base are black. I have never seen her treat anyone disrespectfully or unfairly. You have beautiful hair, but in my opinion, your hair looks far more gorgeous and healthy in the after picture vs the original.

I am soooo grateful to have found this salon. They were punctual, sweet and really took the time to take care of my hair. I was happy with the results they made sure to ask me about trimming my hair before clipping off my ends and they also educated me on how to care for my hair. I received so many compliments. Betsaida is hands down THEE best! Ive been a customer of hers for a bit over a year now, and my hair has never looked this good & been this healthy! I had such a hard time finding someone for my natural hair needs, and used to drive alllll the way to downtown Ft. Lauderdale for a simple wash/blow dry/flat iron-- that cost WAY more money and was NOwhere near the amazing results Betsaida produces. Shes Lebron James with the blow dryer and flat iron! A real one! Aside from being so, so knowledgeable and skillful, shes such a sweetheart and makes every visit feel so relaxing and one-on-one-customer-centered (plus, she makes a damn good cup of black coffee!). I always leave with a huge smile :-) She takes her time (and is always on time-- appreciate that!) and ensures that youre totally satisfied with your hair. ++ If shes unavailable, no worries! Her assistant Jahira is GEM, too! Shes done my hair twice and *applause*! Great! I cant recommend her enough-- especially for those with natural hair that may be struggling finding someone who can do a mean silk press. Shes your lady!

I am posting this review on my husbands account as I do not have a Google account. However, it’s disheartening to witness such dishonesty. I was present during @mt tee ‘s entire service, and the stylist, asked twice if she wanted a trim, to which she confirmed both times. The amount of hair on the floor was minimal, just as expected for a trim. Probably less than 1 inch of hair was on the floor. As someone who understands a lot of Spanish, I can confirm that not once did they speak negatively about anyone. In fact, they were engaged in friendly conversation and laughter with her throughout her visit. Betsaida is the most honest and kind stylist that Ive encountered yet, and its unfair to see good people being taken advantage of by dishonest claims like this. I’ve only let Betsaida touch my hair for the past 2 years. It is made very evident from Betsaida’s countless positive reviews, that she is amazing at what she does.

Betsaida is my permanent cosmetologist. She could’ve sold me many services but she chose to have character and remain professional. She did excellent work coloring, cutting, and styling my hair. Betsaida is trustworthy as she told me consequences on combining many services and how it could damage my hair. She truly cares about your customer experience and your long term satisfaction instead of just taking your money. If a treatment isn’t recommended for your hair she will not do it. This is integrity. Yesterday, I went for the first time to Betsaida Salon. I must say she is an excellent hair stylist.y appointment was at 9:30am and she was on time. She listens to what the client wants, checks the texture of the hair and gives suggestions. Betsaida is very professional and felt her angelical hands. She is definitely an excellent hair stylist. Got my hair done with Betsaida for the very first time with my friend and we were definitely impressed! We were looking for a good Dominican stylist and Betsaida didn’t disappoint. She’s very honest and will tell you what you really need and not like just for the money. She works fast but does quality work on your hair. I went in with my curly hair looking and feeling damaged and now my hair feels new lol.. She’s super sweet, welcoming, and makes you feel at home. Got a Botox Hair treatment and haircut with her this week and I am so, so happy with everything. She is taking all the possible precautions due to Covid-19, the place is very clean and comfortable and she used great products. She seems very knowledgeable and did an amazing job with my haircut! Went to visit my husbands family who were vacationing in Ft Lauderdale and I needed to have my hair done on a Sunday for an event I was attending in West Palm Beach. I quickly Goggled Dominican hair salon near me as I was staying in Ft Lauderdale and about 7 popped up. After reviewing 5, I called Betsaida hair salon and Betsaida quickly booked my appointment. With great satisfaction I can honestly say she is AWESOME!! Betsaidas mom washes your hair and that to was an amazing experience; as she really cleaned, yet messaged my hair with 3 washes and while under the hair dryer made me a cup of delish Spanish coffee. Betsaida even gave me inside beautician scoop on how to keep red highlights in my hair longer with a product she uses on her clients, and can easily have my regular hair stylist order it for me. As we all know with red highlights, it trickles so fast down your shower, upon you washing your hair that the money invested is not worth it. I was fortunate to find this place as Betsaida was very professional, courteous and is an excellent hair dresser. Highly RECOMMEND!!! Her studio is also pretty and clean, also take note of the beautiful Freida art painting she has hanging on the wall🎨. I live in north of Orlando, but note will definitely pay Betsaida another visit when next in South Florida. Oh her prices are reasonable to, at least for a wash, set and blow out, as my hair is a little past my shoulder blades ... $35 😊❤

Betsaida responded to my crisis call after hours and scheduled me for 8:30am the next morning. I had a really bad color job from another place and she fixed it in time for my photo shoot the same day. She is amazing!
