    My recent trip here started off a littlerocky. I returned here to return an item and was told, per policy I couldnt return it (a braided wig I purchased about 1.5 weeks ago). It wasnt my fault. I was mislead by 1 of the store assistance (after explaining exactly the type of braided wig i was wanting to purchase) and since I was unable to transport the wig from the area in the store where they keep them to the front counter, there was no way for me to physically visualize of the item was exactly what I specifically asked the woman to get for me. Trusting her assurance that this item was what I wanted, I paid for it any left. Well needless to say once home and the next day I went to wear it, immediately i knew this is not what I asked her for. So upon returning yesterday I was met with great resistance by the store Manager working last night. I made every effort to handle this as Diplomatic as I could without a negative confrontation as possible. I was more disappointed than angry and just really wanted to be heard and understood. After stating my case a couple of times with Dr.Ahmad (store manager) and even the sales associate who previously (originally) assisted me with this purchase (I was allowed to speak directly with her by the manager), just attempting to offer constructive suggestions when working with Consumers, Dr.Ahmad agreed to credit my account for this item. I want to thank him for his Professionalism as well. As a result, I will continue to shop at this particular location (Coral Springs, Fl) as I have so many times in the past. Thank you

    Mary and Kathie were awesome. Very helpful and respectful. They went above and beyond to help me. This is my go to store from now on. Love them .manager has agreat hiring skills, along with people skills. Love them.

    Has almost everything you need and I love the mini supplies they carry now..perfect for your purse. I have natural unprocessed hair but I love a straight colored look so I do lace wigs..they carry ebin products and the minis are awesome for on the go touch ups.They have whole isles dedicated to color, shampoo/conditioner, treatments, gels/setting lotions, styling tools, rollers/combs/brushes, nail supply section, hair accessories like barrets/scarves etc,Heck even fashion jewelry and nyx & ruby kiss makeup section..Even wigs, hair extensions and a salon..It has everything you can imagine.There is a beautiful Egyptian or packistani woman who greets you and works the register she is sweet.Now there is a darker skinned brown Indian, trini, Hispanic or Egyptian man who also works the register if shes busy..he is rude & nasty, can talk down to you so watch him..he seems miserable poor man pray for him if you meet him

    A wonderful place you find everything for your hair ,for your nails ,if you have a hairdresser you can find everything and very good prices 👏🏻👌is an excellent place to motivate you in your care of your hair 😄the place has excellent service 👌all very organized 👌very clean and easily find the things are not going to regret coming here Super recommended good Champoo for four hair!     Ayoub made my experience so easy. I was trying to find the perfect hair and the cashier called for someone to assist me, when I looked up, I saw a male assistant. My first impression was does this guy know anything about hair but then i decided to give him a try. I started asking some questions and he got me very comfortable, I picked out a particular hair then I asked him what he thought and he gave me his honest opinion. He then took me to a higher grade hair with better quality and I rely appreciate the time he took to make sure I got what I really needed. Thank you Ayoub for going above and beyond you call of duty. I would give you 10 stars ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨but I am only seeing 5 stars. Thank you for your professionalism and thank you for making my purchase so easy.

    I really never have any complaints when coming to this store.It always has so many things to offer for reasonable pricing. I was having difficulty picking a hair and a worker named Juliana really helped me. In the end the customer service is always quick and helpful and the workers truly know how to brighten a mood.

    For the young hair stylist definitely get them a VIP card. I only wished that customer who are VIP members could just give their name and or license or phone # and can access the membership if they do not have card with them.

    A nice location (in a large plaza and across from Coral Square mall) with lots of variety in the products they carry. Priced fairly...I even found some things a bit cheaper here than Amazon. They have a salon in the back tho independently operated.

    The employees are super nice. My hair is falling out since Im sick. I know absolutely nothing about wigs but Mary was there to guide me, helping me try them on and instructing me on care for the wig and supplies Id need. There is a whole wall of wigs full of different styles and colors. Mary had nothing but patience.

    Had the pleasure to receive assistance from Kristen today. She was so wonderful and knowledgeable. I ended up buying everything I needed, instead of buying online and paying shipping and waiting to get my products. She was the Best. Wish you guys could clone her..lol Hope she gets a raise!!

    What a nice place to buy beauty supplies. I was delighted by customer service. Among other things, I bought hair extensions and conditioning cream. Customer service is excellent, especially Mohammed helped me to find what I was looking for.I definitely recommend this store. Its worth a visit.

    Great place to get all my hair needs, the place is well stocked with good prices. The staff was very helpful. Giselle was super sweet, friendly, respectful and SUPER patient with me in helping to pick out the perfect wig for a wedding, she answered all my questions and I didn’t feel like a bother to her. If I could give her ten stars I would!

    Great place! It fills the 3 Bs: bueno, bonito y barato (good, nice, affordable). The guy at the cash register Mohammed was super helpful guiding me to buy a wig for my mother and make up items. He even speak some Spanish which makes you feel comfortable when asking some questions. You can find pretty much everything you can imagine for a beauty supply and more. God bless you Moe🙏 you really made a difference in my moms life. (recovering from cancer). I recommend this place! Definitely will come back 👍👍

    I went to two local hair stores this morning and none of them had the hair I was looking for. I came to the coral square Elegant Beauty Supply and an associate Julliette assisted me in finding the hair I’ve been looking for. Omg she was so kind and knowledgeable about the products in the store. This is definitely going to my new favorite hair store. I’ll be back for sure.

They also offer a membership program on select items so you always have an opportunity to dave extra money. They have natural hair products and professional salon products.     Juliette Was AMAZING! i was having a pre-birthday breakdown when my wig didn’t arrive on time. i had to go to Elegant on University to Find a back up ! 3 mins after walking in Juliette Comes up and begins assisting me and giving me different options and ideas.
