I had my hair done here on 01/11 and left on the verge of tears, which is a feeling I know so many have felt before. I hate that I have to write this as I was so excited for my new look today. Unfortunately, I walked out feeling scammed and looking almost exactly the same as I did when I walked in.** UPDATE: Very happy to update and say that this establishment reached out to me quickly, and made things right.

I felt like cutting my hair on a random Thursday night around 7:30 pm (when most salons are already closed) and went for the first time to this location. Ty actually welcomed me at the salon and was very sweet and warm, listened to what I wanted and gave me a great styled shaggy haircut - same as the reference photo I provided. Side note, she asked if I needed any products but didnt pressure me which I really appreciated also (super bad anxiety has led me to buying products I didnt want or need or really have the money for in the past at other locations). IYKYK. Would definitely recommend, would definitely go back, and ask for Ty!!

I went to this hair salon with my hair looking like a complete mess! And I told Ralph I’m going on vacation for my birthday please help me do something to it.. and he did an amazing job. Annette was amazing. I would give her five stars if I could rate her alone. She was quick, and precise. Hair cut and blow dry. My hair felt so soft and the cut was exactly what I needed. I gave her liberty to cut as she saw fit and she did. She layered my hair while leaving it as long as possible. She framed my face properly and she made my layers look so perfect!! It was nice to get my haircut and walk out feeling 10x better. :-)***I only gave the location 4 stars because it is a corporation and they did not post their prices in a visible area. Make sure you scan the TINY QR code on the counter to make sure you understand the pricing structure. This is a CORPORATE ISSUE not a stylist issue.

Patti is amazing, of course! She has been my hair cutter for a while now and I’ll always go back to her. She’s personably while professional, has a great personality and a warm soul. She takes her time to dedicate to you while you are in her chair and makes sure your experience is an enjoyable one. It’s hard to find good work ethic with great personality these days but Patti has all the qualities to exceed your expectations. I have been going to a pretty pricey salon for years and in an effort to save money decided to try hair cuttery. I was skeptical at first since most new hairdressers leave me with brassy hair but TY did not disappoint. She was fantastic. She listened to all my concerns and nailed it. I couldn’t be happier with the results and look forward to going back in December for a root touch up. Great job TY, I hope desi sees this :)

I was a walk-in and was sat with a older Spanish women, I tried to tell her what I wanted but think there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication because she didnt do the cut I had asked. I didnt realize she didnt do the layers and face framing i requested until after i left and my hair dried.. This was a few months ago and I am still upset about my haircut.UPDATE; April 5th i tried them again. My Stylist was Theresa, she had excellent communication, she understood exactly what I wanted, she walked me through everything she was going to do. I couldnt be happier with my hair and thats rare for me to say.

People who complain about the price should call around and see what they would really pay at another salon because haircuttery always has the best prices in town. I will follow her for life !

Annete is amazing, I wouldnt ask for anyone else. 2+ years and every-time she does an A+ job. Ive paid for $100 haircuts from aveda and she does a better job with precision and attention to detail.

As someone with long hair who just really needed a good trim to get the dead ends off, I didnt want to pay upscale salon prices, so I decided to go to Hair Cuttery after reading decent reviews. Maria was thorough in my consultation and I immediately trusted her. She did a fantastic job with the cut - my hair looks so healthy. The blow dry was also great, she was able to get my naturally wavy and frizzy hair into a beautiful straight do with loose curls, without even needing to use a straightener - a rarity for my hair. All in all, I spent under $40 even with a 20% tip for an excellent blowout and trim, and I will be back.

Tyler is a fabulous stylist and is the main reason I go there. The company sends coupons a week after Ive had my haircut, which is is useless because they expire within a week of just having my hair cut... whats up with that. Such poor marketing! Again, Tyler at Maplewood, in Coral Springs, Fl, is their saving grace. I always get a fabulous cut!

I saw Marcia last Saturday at 8 am. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the salon and how diligent all the stylists were to constantly sanitize. She wore a mask the entire time. I was the only one there so I felt even more safe. I was really nervous about going in during COVID, but Marcia made me feel comfortable and beautiful. I love my hair and it is going to look great at my wedding next week. :)

Chelsea did a great job with my son. She was able to give him a clean cut Mohawk and wash he never had a wash before he was excited this location is better and girls seem more knowledgeable on my sons hair texture. Ive been to this location many times. Theres usually no more than a 10 minute wait, if that. The people are nice. The hair stylists are good. Ive never had a bad experience. Their prices are fair but best when on deal or with a coupon.

Alison is my favorite hair stylist! She has a good eye for knowing what looks best based off my suggestions. She is also up with the times and knows whats hot and handsome. Ive went with two other stylist in the rare occasions she wasnt working. They were also good and my hair came out really nice. I’m surprised reading some of these reviews. It seems like theres a few crappy employees messing it up for the whole business.

I have been coming to Hair Cuttery for over 25 years since high school. Going to this location is like visiting family. When I heard today that Allison passed away I literally have no words. It is like losing a family member. I called innocently to make an appt w her and found out she passed. This girl remembered every detail of our conversations. She was always so genuine w my daughter. This plaza is too small for its own good. You may have a hard time finding parking. Inside the Hair Cuttry isnt any better. This is one of the smallest hair cuttery stores Ive been to. There are only a few seats and not much room to stand and wait. Most people end up waiting outside. The staff is nice enough. Yael, the lead person, is extremely courteous and excellent at cutting hair. They are always busy and it shows. They truly need a bigger venue.
