I love my hair !!! Mercedes did a great job. My experience was great and I have no complaints. No I’m not a friend of hers and she did not pay me to write this review. She did not do my color. We did a silk press, cut and steam treatment. My hair feels so healthy. Having naturally curly hair it’s hard to find someone who uses great products that give you a good silk press. Completely satisfied. I will definitely be back .P.S you know when your camera flooded with selfies you know your hairstylist ate ☺️

I had the best first experience ever with Mercedes! She did the keratin treatment on my hair and I am in love with the results! Mercedes made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the process while she was doing my hair. I have received many compliments and Im loving how much more manageable my hair is now. Mercedes truly takes her time and provides quality care for your hair and helped bring life back into my dry, frizzy curls. If I could give her more than 5 starts I would. Shes reasonably priced and very professional. I will definitely return to visit Mercedes and recommend her to anyone I know. I absolutely love this salon and the service they provide. In my opinion it’s unsurpassed in their service and care for my hair and for their customers. I searched for a salon like this for 11 years and finally found a place that cares an nurtures for my hair and also beautiful up to date styles. It’s easy to find a place that can just do braids or sew ins but will they care for your hair. I have yet to find that before now. My stylist is Mercedes and she is professional, phenomenal at her craft and committed to me as her client. I’ve also experienced Brittany who is also especially talented. And they level of care between the two was consistent. I’ve watched the other stylists and I believe that’s the level of service and consistency you can expect from the entire team. Forward thinking, next level care and service and you will look great and feel great. I highly recommend Salom She for all of your hair care needs.

My experience here was AMAZING. I cameto get my first sew-in with Mercedes. First off they have amazing customer service. I had a braider cancel on me 15 minutes before my appointment. I called around looking for someone to do my hair and they were able to squeeze me in despite it being same day.It’s a black owned salon so they really treated my hair with care gave me a wash, condition and trim. I got a sew in with Mercedes she was so sweet throughout the whole time and gave me tips on what to expect as a first timer. The salon also has good quality bundles in store to purchase for every hair type.If you’re looking for a good salon this is the place to go you will not be disappointed.They also have snacks and drinks while you’re there for the longer appointments.

When I first came to see Mercedes, my hair was breaking off and dry from growing my hair out natural for 3 years with no healthy haircare routine. Since my first appointment with Mercedes, Ive been receiving her signature silk press using Olaplex products with regular trims and moisture treatments. Living in South Florida it is hard to find a licensed black- owned salon/ stylist that educates, engages, and is versatile with hair. I went yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Each stylist are licensed and very formal with educating you on proper hair care. I had booked with one of the stylists Brittany and it was a great experience. She really took time with my hair and informing me on maintaining healthy hair too. Definitely would recommend this salon and can’t wait to be back.

I combed my dreadlocs out in December and instally put in box braids. I found Salon She on Instagram and instantly booked because my hair was damaged and was in need of some TLC. And let me be the one to tell you they did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was very welcoming. The vibe was very relaxing. Mercedes did a awesome job and was very educational. After completing my silk press I was advised that I would need more than a trim. I scheduled an appointment for a quick weave and expected just to get that, but I received more. Hydrating shampoo with deep conditioning came along with the service from Kashmear.I later purchased an oil treatment from their oil bar online, Mercedes, the owner was diligent in following up to ensure that I received it.

Amazing salon to go to, DON’T let the outside fool you it’s decorated beautifully inside. I went in for a silk press deluxe which includes a wash, hydration steam treatment, a blowout, a press and a trim. I was given the honors to be styled by Kadijah and she gave me the best first experience. Shes so easy to talk to along with being so gentle with my hair. If we weren’t having such a great conversation I would’ve fell asleep, it was so soothing with her in my hair. I’m definitely coming back and I recommend everyone to go and ask for her, she’s really the best.

I booked my appointment with Porsha. I’m usually very particular on who touches my hair. I was pleasantly surprised. Porsha was timely, professional, friendly and informative. It was my first time going to this salon and I had a great experience. I needed my hair done for two special occasions. Nilla worked on my hair. She is so sweet and very talented . I provided her with a picture of the style I wanted and she made it look way better than the actual picture. I loved the outcome of it. The Salon was very clean and the stafftook all the necessary precautions needed for safety. Everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I had the Keratin treatment done on my very curly & frizzy hair. Mercedes was very professional and knowledgeable, she walked me through each step as she was doing my hair, sharing with me what shes doing and made me feel very comfortable doing the Keratin treatment since I was not sure I would like this treatment as my hair is completely natural. Mercedes made me feel comfortable trusting my hair in her hands. I have been going to my hair dresser for 6 years and never considered letting anyone else every touching my hair but Im so glad that I finally caved and tried someone new because I literally fell in love with my hair from the moment I saw the final product. Ive gotten so many compliments in the past 24 hours, I highly recommend Mercedes!!!! I would recommend her to my mother (already have) because shes literally amazing at what she does. Not only did Mercedes do a phenomenal job in bringing life back to my hair, shes very personable. I got a silk press with Mercedes and it was probably the best silk press I’ve ever had. They have this steaming good that I was under and my hair felt so soft and moisturized after. They did a trim as well and my hair is finally evened out and my dead ends are gone. It’s been about a week now and my hair is still holding up well (usually it puff out after 3 days). Will be going back!

She was very intentional and sweet in everything she did, making sure I was comfortable and that she was learning more about me as a customer. Nilla & Mercedes was very nice and I am very please with my twists and the short amount of time it took, Nilla works fast. I love that they are close to my house, easy to find, prices is reasonable & they have online booking. I highly recommend them.
