    Zo gave my 11 year old kid a cut for his birthday today. She was extremely receptive to what he wanted. He got a mid skin fade and cut the top down to 2 inches. She was fast, respectful, my son’s haircut looks amazing. We had Zoe fix a really badly done haircut from another local barber on my son a few weeks ago and she did a fantastic job on that too. Very talented all around great barbershop experience.

    Great experience every time I walked in without an appointment and always happy with the cut.Started going to Ryan the last couple months I lived in Daytona and he always did a great job. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

    Ryan is an excellent barber. Takes his time and does great haircuts. Took my grandson who is a teen and super picky and he was extremely happy with his cut! Didn’t even mind my grandson was talking his ear off.

    Got a great cut and beard shaping by Andrew. Shop talk was crazy, I wont lie it made me a little uncomfortable considering young kids and teens were present. Even with this said, I will be going back. UPDATE...I have been back several times and I still get perfect haircuts. The staff is growing as is the business. The shop talk has changed and it is a comfortable environment for everyone. Great job growing your business Frankie. I have been back several times and the staffs conversations and music choices adapts to those being serviced. I recommend using this business.

    You have to be kidding me to go anywhere else, the atmosphere astonishing, the barbers are the greatest they actually care and make bonds with your children, the kids love being there and I prefer Frankie myself!!! He already knows what cut to give my boys and they absolutely love him cutting their hair…5 stars all around definitely the place to be for the greatest cut!!!

    Review on Mike DobbsBeen getting my hair cut by mike for about 6 months now and I’ve gotta say he’s probably been one of the best barbers I have ever gone to. Most barbers in Daytona can never cut my hair the way I want it and struggle with my hair texture but mike has undeniable skill. Pretty fair prices and treats customers with respect and compassion. Have recommended mike to many other family members and friends and we all love his cuts. Highly recommend him.

    Haircut ended up being a group project LOL, a newer stylist was getting back into cutting and having issues. They promised I wouldnt leave without a fire cut, and they were right. This is probably the first time Ive been happy with a haircut. They took the time to understand what I wanted and did a genuinely great job.

    I’ve been getting my haircut done by Frankie for over five years. John, I met a little bit over a year ago at the shop. Dept Of Barbers is a barber shop like I’ve never known great atmosphere great people a bunch of guys family owned and operated that just love being a part of their community if I could give it 10 stars, I would!

    I’ve been going to this shop since they first opened. Every experience has been a great one, hence why I haven’t left. Frankie has always understood and done exactly what I asked for and even suggested cuts that were top notch! He always ensures that I am happy with my cut before I leave the chair. The prices are that of a quality cut; therefore, are fair. Gratuity is not included. While paying, there’s an option to choose the gratuity amount or enter a custom amount. If anybody in town were to ask me where to go for a haircut, I would highly recommend Department of Barbers.

    Ive always been happy with the haircut I received from anyone at this barber shop, but recently I worked with Abraham Martinez and he did such an incredible job I felt it warranted an online review. Abraham is an extremely personable guy who is passionate about his craft. You can tell he he really cares about you as a client, and the results are a direct reflection of that. The first time he cut my hair was 2 days prior to being a groomsman in one of my best friends weddings, and I got compliments the whole day on that hair cut. 2 weeks later I had a formal charity event to attend and my girlfriend specifically requested I contact Abraham because she knew how good I looked after the first time, and he delivered again. He even squeezed me into his scheduled with only an hour notice, because thats the type of work ethic and care for his clients he has. Abraham is a young man with limitless potential in this industry. With his personality, focus, and eagerness to learn and keep growing as a barber, I truly feel like the sky is the limit for this man. If youre in the area, even if you already have a barber, I would absolutely recommend reaching out to Abraham for your next haircut.

    Johnny aka faded behavior is hands down one of the best to do it in daytona! From a basic cut to something off the top, he’ll get you looking and feeling right! Never had a problem or bad experience with any of the guys in there. Has that barbershop feel that doesn’t seem to exist much anymore! Would recommend anyone there look for permanent barber or quick cut!

    I was looking for a place to get a haircut while I was driving into Daytona. I saw a sign for this place called department of barbers, so I decided to check it outi walked in and 3 guys hi and how are you doing and welcomed mein... i asked them if I could get a quock haircut and they said absolutely and sat me down right away. Cut my hair came out phenomenal. It was very affordable. I just found a new place to get a great haircut at a great price. Thanks guys.

    I don’t remember the kids name that cut my hair but he was phenomenal. Smooth fade and blended very well. Environment is awesome and it was fun to hear people laughing and joking. I’ve been to a lot of shops and finally found a place I’m comfortable with someone to cut my hair. Keep up the good work.

    Dept of Barbers (DOB) is a wonderful barbershop that is part of the Daytona Beach community. The barbers take their time and care about the finished product, and the atmosphere in the shop is electric. I have been frequenting DOB for many years, and have had the privilege of watching them grow.     I currently live in between Hawaii and Orlando. One of the most difficult things is finding a good barber but I haven’t had that issue since I met John. I was a little weary to let a white boy cut my hair but it’s honestly been one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. I make it a point that as soon as I get off the plane in Florida, I got straight to John for a cut….. THANK YOU JOHN!!!!

    Went in and got a cut. I didnt express what I wanted clearly. Finished the cut, it looked fine in the distance, but when I got home and messed with it, it wasnt what I wanted. I went back, and they were quick to get me back in a chair and swiftly correct the mistake. Wasnt a mistake on their end, I didnt correctly convey what I wanted the first time. Much appreciated!

    I’ve known Frankie for years he is professional and about the best barber I’ve known. He has cut my hair for 2 years and I have not once not liked what he has done. I sit in the chair and tell him one thing “make sure it looks good” I have never given him instructions of what I want and honestly getting my hair cut twice a month for two years and not having a bad one is not a bad average. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new look or maybe just a redesign on the style your use to.     Got my hair butchered at a few places. Aggregavated. I know my hair is hard to cut because I have straight af asian hair. Went online. This place looked legit. Went.     Frankie is in the top echelon of barbers. He listens to what youre looking for and like an artist, he sculpts a masterpiece every time. I used to just shave my head down with a set of clippers for the better part of ten years. I hated going to a hair cut place and try to tell the stylist what I wanted. Wed up getting irritated with each other and Id walk out. With Frankie, I walked in, said three words and Frankie knew exactly what I wanted and Ive been going back every other week for two years now. Frankie is my barber for life.
