My stylist was 100% on point and an incredible employee for you to have. I came in so flustered and unable to figure out what I was doing with my hair for sure, but Rachele set me down and made me feel like we knew each other for years. I came out of there with a little more bounce to my step and a whole lot of bounce to my hair. Fantastic experience, which is rare.

Rachel has moved to a new Supercut location...and I was thrilled to see her again. She does an amazing job and I am super happy with her attention to detail. She takes her time and gives me a cut that lasts 6+ weeks. I am used to being in NYC at top salons and came to Florida 8 months ago. Out of desperation when I moved here, I went into a Supercuts to get a fast trim before a cruise....and lo and behold found a fantastic stylist that does a better job at 20% of the cost that I paid in NYC. She is a real sweetheart and I will definitely be returning over and over!

I had an appointment at 6 pm, and arrived at 6:02. I was asked by the one stylist who was in the process of finishing a customer if I had an appointment, and I confirmed it as 6 pm. There was one customer sitting in the waiting area. When the stylist was ready for the next customer, she called over the other gentleman (who she confirmed was a walk-in who arrived a couple of minutes before me). When I reminded her that I had an appointment, she stated I had to wait until she was finished with the walk-in.What is the point of making an appointment if it will be blatantly ignored?I was finally seated at 6:25 pm. The stylist apologized for the wait and explained that it was management’s directive to ignore appointments if there is a walk-in waiting. Please note: this unacceptable experience was NOT the stylist’s fault. I will not be returning to this Supercuts again.

The haircut was fine. Was on a rewards program with a different branch and went online to enter my information. It turns out I needed the stylus name so I called back less than a day after. The person who answered the phone kept asking me when I expected to get the rewards and did not give me the stylist name which is required for me to get any points on their rewards program.I dont know why its that difficult but Im not going back.

It was a very busy day being just before Thanksgiving. I had to wait a little bit but i didnt mind because John is worth the wait. I got the BEST haircut from John. He is very precise when cutting hair. What I appreciated most is that John actually listened to me when I told him what I wanted. My hair looked GREAT when I left Supercuts. Everyone at Thanksgiving dinner (24 people) commented how great my hair looked! The very best haircut at a great price. Thank you, John!

I was a walk-in which I always do because of my busy work schedule making it difficult to schedule a precise appointment on line. Due to it being Christmas Eve, the wait time was an hour, which was fine and John was able to take me at 1:30 p.m. after working thru some scheduling issues with Supercuts antiquated computer system. It bothers me to see the stylists struggle to juggle the clients needs and figure out how to make appointment entries on the afor mentioned computer system. Never is there even a part-time girl to check-in guests, so that stylists can focus on the clients needs. Never do you see the Store Proprietor/Manager on-site during busy days such as Christmas Eve to lend a hand. Its a shame! All the stylists are great people to interact with and maybe if Management was there on a more regular basis, they might see it and understand the day to day challenges they have to go through. Maybe if Supercuts invests some money in upgrading their computer it might actually its employees that they are appreciated.

Marina has been cutting my hair for over a decade. She is the best. I have thinning hair and she literally layers almost every strand of hair to make it look like I have more hair than I do. She gives a cut that is shoulder length and does not need much styling. Good shampoo and conditioning products with the hair wash. I always leave looking great.

I started taking my son to Hair Cuttery when he was 2 and did so for about a year. His hair grows really fast so it would be every 3 months. We were disrespected by the lady in the counter which made me ditch them and go across the street to Supercuts. Best decision ever. The stylists are awesome, the place is clean and friendly. They do have their busy times and just like at a doctors office - you may make an appt but doesnt always mean that the stylist will drop her current client to take care of you. My son is 10 now so that goes to show the years we have enjoyed going here.
