I would give 10 stars if I could! My daughter had an amazing experience. Crystal is the owner and after we had an awful experience elsewhere she contacted me and gave us a free appointment for my 10 year old daughter to get her hair cut. Perfect timing the day before her birthday party. She was so kind and professional. She even washed her hair and gave her a blow out after the hair cut. She went out of her way to give my daughter a good hair experience. She fixed her bangs and evened out her hair. My daughter said she cant wait to go back. When we left she even offered flowers for my daughter and gave both of my kids croc charms, they were ecstatic! Thank you so very much Crystal, we appreciate your time and effort and will definitely be coming back!!! ♥

Words out of my girlfriends mouth: I went to southern roots salon about 2 days before Valentine’s Day hoping someone would be able to fix the mess another salon did to my hair 3 months prior. I had Kalie doing my hair and the whole experience was amazing. The atmosphere of the establishment was so cozy and super cute! They offered me drinks and even a snack while I was waiting for my hair to take! Super friendly staff, owner was very knowledgeable and surprisingly it was all really affordable! They’re DEFINITELY worth your time, I will definitely be back!

I have been going to Crystal for over 4 years now. She is excellent, professional and very kind. The Salon is adorable and clean and all the stylists that work there are professional and very good at their job. I would go to any of them. Highly recommend.

I dont like nasty comments that arent true! I visited this salon today and it was very clean and staff were extremely friendly! Love the Country Decor! I had the honor of Judith doing my hair and I was very pleased with the outcome! I will be going back in the future and highly recommend her to others looking for a great Hairstylist with a great personality! Thank you Judith for a great cut and style!!!

Got a shampoo and cut from Marisol about a month ago and since then I have had so many compliments on my hair. She listened to exactly what I wanted and was able to recreate a picture I provided with ease. The salon is so clean and chic. I dont get my hair cut often, but I know one thing is for sure, I wont go anywhere else. Great job ladies keep up the good work.

My family and I have been going with the hair stylist Rebecca for years now. She is one of the best hair stylist I ever had and highly recommend giving her a chance!The southern roots salon is a nice, comfortable salon. It is a little small but has a unique home town atmosphere.

I am one of the stylist that work at this salon and let me assure you we have never had even so much as a customer with lice in our salon and if we did we would do what our Cosmetology license states us to do and turn away the customer. I have worked with everyone in this salon for over 3 years and it is the most professional atmosphere Ive experienced. We have worked hard for our reputation and will not let an unsatisfied customer spread rumors that are not true about our salon. If someone believes the lies that are trying to be spread they are less then intelligent. Have a nice day.

Mabel was super good. My hair had a big problem due to chemo and this was the 4th hairdresser and finally it was done the way I wanted. Mabel understood my problem and fixed it. I love my cut so much. SHE LISTENED!

Hello google raters and reviewers...Im also one of the stylist here at Southern Roots Salon...just to clear up some rumors that you may read on here...I can tell you that we are an AWESOME salon...very clean and great with people. As for those three people that claim that they have visited us... I assure you...you have not been or have stepped into our Salon!!! Im very good with names and faces so I know for a fact that you three are made up so our GREAT reputation is ruined. But what you dont know about us is that we have SO many people that LOVE us that those one star reviews WILL NOT by any means break us. As for the people that have visited could tell you exactly how clean, kind, caring, and very professional we ALL are!! So for those three fake people go TRY to HAVE A GREAT DAY because your reviews are no goodhere!!! ✂😉💯😘💈

My name is Judith Ruelas, I am a current stylist at southern roots and all our staff is very professional and we always maintain a clean environment for all our customers. I can assure you we clean and use proper sanitation with all our tools. I have read all these reviews and can assure these people have never been in our salon. These names of these people are made up by some people to give us bad reviews. I am aware there can be people out their trying to ruin our reputation since we been doing so great. but thats ok because I am a karma believer.

I have been going to Marisol here for years. Reasonable prices and nice cut! She is also very accommodating when I bring in my wheelchair bound 88 year old aunt for salon services. I recommend very highly!
