The hair cutter was great ! Organization of the store needs serious improvement. Each time a different staff member goes to the desk to greet a customer they seem and act confused. The staff never knows who is actually next because they are working off two lists One on computer which seems difficult for them and a written list that conflicts with the computer list. Perhaps Supercuts should consider a sign in system like quest diagnostics uses. Sign in online or on an integrated iPad in the store where you could also sign in. Everyone can see when their turn is coming and the staff doesn’t waste time figuring out who is next in line !!!

I was very happy with the services of Jasmine. She was the only worker in the store for hours. She greeted the customers, cut their hair and rung them up. In addition the computer was not working but this did not bother her one bit! She just kept working! She dyed my hair, frosted it and cut it and it came out exceptional!! Way to go Jasmine !!

If you go here, ask for Caryn. Shes an awesome stylist with a hilarious personality. I have really curly hair and have gone to multiple locations that didnt know how to deal with curly hair. I didnt know they were even cutting it wrong until she cut it. I havent gone to anyone else here but I can tell you shes definitely my favorite. Also, the rewards system is pretty good for getting some free stuff.
