    1st time there and will definitely go again. Made the appointment online and walked in early. They took me right away. Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcomed. After my scalp massage, which they call it shampooing my hair. I was ready for my cut. Carla listened and conferred with me before cutting my hair. Im very happy to have found a new beauty salon. The price was great.The cut was great.The shampoo was great. Yes Ill be back. Thanks Carla!

    Chuck is a Blonde Specialist Guru! He is so incredibly friendly and talented. I paid half a fraction of what I usually do for a complete set of highlights, cut, and blowout, and he did it better and faster!     Manuela is amazing! I was so hesitant about getting a haircut after many years, and she sat with me before she started, and asked how I like to wear my hair, and what I wanted to accomplish with my hair. She listened, and she had this amazing personality that made being there enjoyable.I left with my hair and beautiful shape, feeling healthy, and looking great. The whole experience was great.     I have never experienced any haircut like this one. I came in 45 minutes to close and my new hairdresser, Montserrat, gave me the most incredible hair transformation in my entire life. I plan to follow her forever. The customer service was out of this world, the conversation was excellent and the overall experience was the best I have ever had.     Manuela is the best. I went for a haircut and got a therapy session. This place is was clean, organized, and the girls there were amazing.     Having had an unfortunate haircut at a different salon chain, I entered this salon a few weeks ago with some trepidation. As a black woman with natural hair, I do not have the expectation that I can walk into every salon and find a stylist with both experience and comfort with caring for my texture.I was warmly greeted by the fantastic Manuela, who immediately inspired my trust. She put me at ease enough for me to tell her about my apprehension and experience at the other salon. She listened intently, responded with genuine concern, and at every step of the cut, she made sure that I was happy with the length. She also has such a gentle touch that I could have fallen asleep in her chair. My cut was just what I wanted. I thank Manuela for her skill, kindness, humility, and open spirit and feel so glad to have found her and this Hair Cuttery location.

    The HairCuttery on Nob Hill in the Winn Dixie plaza-Chuck is amazing! It was my first time seeing him for a haircut. He was so professional. I could tell he was an experienced hairdresser based on his ease and confidence during my visit. He made me feel comfortable while he explained my hair type and answered all my questions on how to keep it healthy. I definitely recommend him if you want the Zen experience getting your hair done!

    Montreal cut my hair. What a wonderful experience. She gave me a few suggestions on a haircut.. I let her work her magic and I totally love what she did. I do not style my hair and it has some curl to it. I can wash it and let it air dry . My hair feels fresh and has bounce . First haircut that I totally love. Please ask for her and trust her talent. You will be so happy.

    Makai is the BEST! My family just loves him. He’s great with our autistic son, he gets my curly frizzy hair, he’s always so cheerful and really very talented.     Amazing!I have heard good things about this salon and I finally took the leap!Chuck, James and Karen are amazing stylists!Every time I have gone I have been very pleased -As as I watch the other customers when their hair is finished they are also elated.Love the atmosphere the chatting and Ive actually gotten some great education regarding caring for thinning hair as well -The prices can NOT be beat anywhere either - all around its a WIN WIN!!You wont be disappointed!

    This was my 2nd visit to this salon. Both times I was with Karen. She has given me the best haircut I have had in a very long time. Karen listens and takes her time and is extremely meticulous in her craft; a true professional. I highly recommend Karen. My only suggestion is that the price went from $22 to $25 and you should be given a discount back to $22 if you do not wish to have a shampoo. I still feel its worth the cost. See Karen and you will not be disappointed

    I would like to highly recommend James at the Haircuttery in Vizcaya Square in Plantation. I first took my son for a haircut. He has thick and wavy hair that is difficult to cut/style because of the curl. James was able to give him the BEST haircut he has ever had and my son was very happy. After that I decided to give him a try at my thick, wavy, curly, and gray hair. He asked ME what I liked about my hair and tried to work with that. He asked me what I didnt like about my hair and try to make the corrections. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with the personalized service I received from James. I sent my two teenage daughters to James and they both LOVED him as well. Not only is he a talented stylist, but he really personalizes the experience with what the customer wants. I also really appreciate it that he is on time with his appointments and in two years I have rarely waited beyond my appointment time. James has also colored and highlighted my hair in the past two years I have been going to him. If you are looking for an excellent stylist for an affordable price, go to James!

    I went to a different HC and had a HORRIBLE experience. My hair was colored incorrectly and literally cut very sloppy. I am surprised the stylist that did my hair has a license at all, the minute I left that salon I sat in my car and called this Hair Cuttery, I explained what just happened and I said I was NOT going back in there to get it fixed there was no way I was letting that person touch my head. What a difference in experience in salons! I learned my lesson and will ALWAYS come to this salon. I came in maybe two days later and Chuck is my hairs saving grace. He brought my hair back to life and took his time and explained every process of what he was doing. He listened to what I wanted and I instantly knew I was in much better hands here. This place is beyond clean, every single person working there was and is so friendly and the overall atmosphere was just more welcoming and professional. That other nightmare of a salon could take a couple of notes from this one. As long as I am here in this town Chuck will be my go to as far as this salon goes. Thank you so so so much now I can honestly say I LOVE my hair again!

    Kudos to James, Chuck, Jessica and the stylists at Hair Cuttery. The services provided are professional and top-notch, especially color and highlights. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and they take pride in their work. Even though the stylists see a large number of walk-in clients, using the app makes scheduling a same day or future appointment with a specific stylist easy and it includes all the services with prices listed. Ive been going here for over six years and have no need to go elsewhere.

    Out of all the salons I’ve gone to and all the stylists over the years, coming to Hair Cuttery and seeing James is by far my favorite! It’s always the most fun time and I leave feeling like a million bucks. He knows what my hair needs more than I do and truly cares about how I look, how healthy my hair is, and making sure I love It 100%. He’s honest and listens to what you want and is incredibly knowledgeable. The entire team is friendly and knows what they’re doing. I recommend this location and James to everyone I know. He also does my Keratin which is my secret weapon for easy/shiny/no frizz hair (highly recommend for any of my frizzy fluffy Jew hair friends like me). I couldn’t be happier!

    This place is always busy which is to be expected since all the hair stylists are amazing. Long waits here can be common, especially if youre coming during busy times like lunch breaks, holidays and before school starts. An appointment is highly recommended.Alison is a sweetheart and has never given me a haircut I didnt like in the 3+ years Ive come to her.

    My experience at this location has restored my faith in haircuttery salons. Although my hair was butchered at another haircuttery location I will spare you the horrific details of how I was humiliated by the manager. I was referred to another haircuttery in plantation at the Vizcaya square shopping center. The salon leader James and his team were more than pleasant and made me feel like everything would be ok. And boy ! Did Chuck deliver and go beyond my expectations from offering me water, being nice to my son,and fixing my hair. James was too busy but he reassured chuck would make the situation right and I have to say Im with Chuck for life. His patience and expertise is more then a relief a blessing. He even set Me up with a future hair plan to get me hair back to healthy and beautiful like it was.

    Went into this place a week ago and was in dire need of color correction. They were able to perform, what seemed to be, the impossible. James, and Kirsten were phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable in hair care, bleaching, toning, and highlights. They have earned a customer for life!

    My original color and cut by one of the ladies there, I wont mention her name but it was $187. and the worst color cut I have ever got. I actually cried when I went home. The next day I gained enough courage to complain bc I figured It couldnt get much worse. James was FREAKING AMAZING. A true professional. He kept me laughing to avoid tears....He validated my concerns and couldnt believe how much money it was and how bad it turned out, she didnt even do my roots at all. I was so defeated. He fixed everything!!! He even showed me all the ways I could style it. Its been a couple weeks now and I really love my hair. I have been waiting for the survey to come in my email but it never came. I really just wanted to voice how grateful I am to him. I will never trust anyone but James again. I have my receipt and pics to prove..I didnt post them bc I dont believe in damaging people in reviews.It was actually quite unreal. He even stayed late and said he wasnt leavin till it was right. It took a couple weeks for the style and color damage to calm down and for me to be able to fix it in the morning but I love it now. He is truley a master artist at his craft and I really hope Hiarcuttery realizes the jewel they have in him. Kudos James...As for the 1st other hairdresser....skills need to be sharpened a bit. ❤

    I havent been to this Duffys in a while because I had moved away from the area, but even though(or because) it wasWednesday night(Hump Day!!) the service was super nice, fast and efficient.
