Yesterday I went in for a haircut, but I wanted a specialty cut which other stylists have struggled with. Edgar did a terrific job, very precise in his technique, took his time, and gave me exactly the cut that I wanted! The salon is bright and clean, although it doesnt look like much from the outside. Best of all, Edgar listens and then gives great results.

I’m a local who grew up on Los Olas. I went in today for a haircut and beard trim. Edgar did an outstanding job. His shop is neat and clean. Edgar is professional and personable. I was very pleased with the end result and his prices are very reasonable. An added plus is people watching all who pass by the large front window as they shop along the boulevard. I’ve been going to this great salon for many years. Specifically my favorite stylist and owner Edgar. He pays attention to detail while cutting my hair. I’ve searched all over Broward county and couldn’t find a top quantity stylist that gives great cuts consistently. Never ever been disappointed. While I don’t get my hair colored, this seems to be the place to get it done. I see all the beautiful women from Las Olas getting there hair colored while I’m getting my cut. Maddy was my stylist in South Carolina, before relocating to Florida. I travel down to get my hair done with her because I hold her in such high regard. She listens and understands exactly what I want for my hair every time I come in, and executes it perfectly. Especially as someone with curly hair, it’s hard to find a stylist that knows how to help my hair reach its full potential - but Maddy does just that. I’d follow her anywhere, and I’m so glad she’s also at Las Olas where the services are excellent. Plus, it’s a perfect little salon that really compliments having such an amazing stylist.

Top notch place I would highly recommend. My teen son has had long hair his whole life and he was nervous getting his hair cut short for the first time. Our barber did an excellent job and took his time. His confidence made our nervous son comfortable. To top things off, we left our rental car key and he found us shopping a few blocks away and brought us our keys. Mad respect!

Hair Las Olas new owner and Master Barber Edgar is the best thing that could have happened to the salon. Ive been going to get my haircut with him for the past 10 years, once every 2 weeks. Not once Ive been disappointed. He is passionate about his craft and will go above and beyond to make sure you leave with no complaint. He put me in contact with a stylist who had moved but is relocating back to South Florida - Diana.... if you need a stylist Diana is awesome. She did such a great job on my hair (which is super curly) and she does it with ease and is super knowledgeable on treatments, different hair types etc. it’s been hard to find someone with curly girl experience so I am extremely happy to have found her.Thank you both!

If you are looking to get a new hair stylist. Alexis at Hair Las Olas is excellent. She is talented in many different things and does a great job. I have always received numerous compliments on my hair after she has worked her talents on me. I would recommend this place to anyone.Another area I would like to comment on is there customer service. Marco, the manager went over and beyond to accommodate my schedule to get my hair done for a very important event I had the following day. He rearranged another appointment to get me in at a time that worked for me. Now that is excellent customer service. Thank you!!!

I just got my hair cut and keratined here, and it was wonderful. Dilenia is great - very sweet and did a great job! She made sure I was comfortable, offering drinks, checking in on the temperature, even offering to change the music to something I would like. She also gave the best shampoo/scalp massage Ive ever had. My only complaint is that as she was the only person in the salon, she had to interrupt my service to answer phone calls and deal with walk-in inquiries. She was super apologetic each time it happened, and I recognize it was out of her hands, but get that lady some help! Overall, I love my hair and will come back here again.

Wow!! This place is so amazing! Marco and Yohana are wonderful!! I do hair myself and was visiting from out of town. I needed some serious hair therapy but you never know what you will get. They instantly made me feel at home and like I had been coming there all my life. Yohana is an amazing stylist and gave me a beautiful cut, color, blow out, and memorable time in her chair. Marco the owner was welcoming, warm, kind, and genuine. Will be back every time I visit Fort Lauderdale! :)

Alexis is amazing. I was in Fort Lauderdale on business and needed a haircut badly. I have gone to the same stylist for 20 years, and would never have tried a new person. I did, and I am glad I did.
