Absolutely phenomenal experience at Hairology Universe! From the moment I walked in, the service was impeccable. The one woman team comprised of owner Danielle worked quickly without compromising quality, and I was blown away by how efficient and professional she was. She, was so friendly and personable—she truly made me feel valued and cared for. You can tell she’s passionate about her craft and creating an exceptional customer experience. My hair turned out better than I could have imagined, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-tier service and a welcoming atmosphere! 5 stars all the way!What really stood out was how well she took care of my 4C natural hair. I have known Danielle over the last couple of years and have had the pleasure of knowing her and I can tell you she is the best. She’s not just a hairdresser but a wonderful person and when you sit down with her you can fully trust that she’s the best at what she does whether it be hair cuts, braids, a new look, anything.. she’s the best. Danielle is amazing! My hair was perfect for my wedding! It was so incredibly windy for my beach wedding and my hair stayed through the wedding and the reception. Everyone complimented me on my hair.

I visited Danielle for the first time this week and I am impressed! Her salon exceeded my expectations - very clean, comfortable and well appointed, she immediately made me feel at ease, listened to my hair concerns and gave valuable feedback. As a naturalista, Im always apprehensive about who styles my hair. I received a trim, and 2 strand twist out. I LOVE that she uses high end products that keep my hair healthy and she is not heavy handed with the styling products that weigh my hair down! My hair feels well tended to! Definitely will return!

It was kind of different to what I am use to when going to when it comes to salons. Gorgeous place and great service. I got my hair done by Danielle who was so nice and professional. It was in a private salon suite which was very peaceful. The place was very clean inside and out. She really treated my hair and it feels great. Haircare is a big thing for me. My hair looks fabulous! I will definitely be back and referring my friends. Highly Recommended!

I was going on vacation and needed my hair done, I wanted two Dutch braids on my natural hair. I’m usually very tender headed so I was worried it was going to hurt, not only was she gentle but the braids came out perfect and tight. This was my first time getting my hair professionally braided and it was such a great experience, I 100% recommended her services.
