Okay, believe it or not, I had the same hairdresser for over 30 years. My sister just so happened to be passing by this adorable salon, and the owner was outside and commented how he liked her hair. She said jokingly...I need a haircut, and next thing you know, she was in his chair. When she came out, she said it was the first person that actually listened and did exactly what she wanted. So then she started working on me. Telling me how I had to try this great stylist/owner John. I guess she caught me in a weak moment. So last minute I decided to go for it and to my amazement i came out with my hair looking amazing. Not only was he incredible with highlighting, but he also was great with cutting long layered hair. He definitely kept us both entertained during the whole process too. He had an amazing story of how he got to own this salon. So I could not go without a shout out to any of the blondes out there looking for a guy that can highlight your hair and cut it just as good. But most of all listens....then this is your place and John is your guy! No matter what you need done!!!

I’ve been going to Jor for years! Love his new location in the coral ridge mall, super convenient! It’s super easy to make appointments over the phone and they take walk in clients as well. Jor pays attention to deals and has a great team with him! Everyone is very kind, friendly and welcoming. He’s done some beautiful ashy blonde looks on me multiple times! I’ve gotten highlight services from Vanessa that were amazing as well! Definitely would recommend to book an appointment or check it out next time ur in coral ridge mall.

I’ve been going to Jor for almost a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Omar, my hairstylist, is both professional and personable. I have naturally curly hair, but Omar does an incredible job straightening it and adding extensions. The compliments I receive are endless, all thanks to his exceptional work. I highly recommend both Jor and Omar for anyone looking for top-notch hair care!

Jon is the best hairstylist Iv ever had. Iv gone from hairstylist to stylist and I can honestly say Iv finally found MY stylist that I’m completely happy with in every way and will continue to go to now religiously. Iv never even written a review for anything on google, this is my first but he’s so deserving of it I had to write something. Every day I look at my hair and I’m happy. I had weird orange blonde patches of permanent color from my last stylist that he fixed seamlessly. He gave me exactly what I asked for, blonde with a shadow root and he did it perfectly my hair isn’t too cool or too warm my perfect blonde. I used to think my hair looked good before Jon and now I know my hair looked absolutely terrible in comparison to what he’s done lol. I was even stopped by a stranger about my hair when I walked out of the salon and they made an appointment with him right then. I wish I could upload a picture unfortunately my photos won’t upload but just know if you go to Jon youl be going back. Also everyone else in the salon seems very professional I really liked the woman’s hair being done next to me

Found this place in Coral Ridge since it was close to my house. I just went to see if they had any openings on Saturday, The atmosphere in the salon is so good. Everyone is so friendly. Lina cut my hair. And OMG she was amazing!!! I showed her a pic of what i wanted. And she did better than a pic was. My husband made so many compliments on how good my hair looks. I def coming back to her. love it!

I went into this Salon with my hair in shambles it was breaking off unruly I walked in I got advice from one of the stylists then I was greeted by Vanessa she was very nice and knowledgeable everybody there helps each other the energy in this place is amazing and everybody takes their time to try to make people look and feel as beautiful as they can I would recommend this Salon to anybody I feel like a whole new woman and I just want to thank the whole entire staff Ive never went to a hair salon that I like so much and went back to this is for sure going to be my new spot

I just had my hair cut by the amazing Omar at Jor Salon. I am beyond pleased with the results. I was terrified with the thought of cutting my hair. I experienced an alopecia like hair loss. I was left with no option. Finding someone I trusted was difficult. After speaking to Omar I was confident that I was in good hands. The establishment is pleasant and professional. Omar is to hair what Mozart was to music!

Went in for a cut just to trim my ends.. Natasha was very receptive and executed it perfectly. All staff including Jon the owner were very accommodating and they all gave great tips. Jor Salon should be anyone’s go to for their hair care needs. Here you will get an attention to detail that you will not find just anywhere. The environment is as welcoming as they come and the staff treats you not like a customer but like family. The owner John has built a great company in Oakland Park. Ask for Erasto when you are there he will not let you down and brings 40 plus years experience to the table. Find that anywhere else at this competitive pricing and it probably will be too good to be true. Yoshi is also very skilled as well.
