Litania was punctual, accommodating and responsive to my communication. I have never had my 3c hair blown out and pressed without experiencing discomfort but she was incredibly gentle despite getting my hair silky straight. I even had to fight the urge to fall asleep. I must have nodded off at least a handful of times. Not only did I leave with a great blowout and flat iron but I found it quite soothing. -

Once she was done I was extremely happy with the outcome. My color, cut and overall look was great. I was so happy to see my hair look so great and I loved everything that was done.
