    I have been going here for about 2 or 3 years now. Never disappoints! These women know hair! I love Annie (the owner) and her retro style of the salon. She and my main hairstylist Kassy are skilled & amazing 🥰 highly recommend to anyone needing a new look. My pics are attached to this review-- just got my hair done yesterday.

    Booked a consultation appointment for a full head highlight service last week.I spoke with, Kassy, who patiently listened to a brief spiel about my hair, what I want and don’t want.She assured me that she could take care of all my concerns and she did!Fast forward, today was the day to get my roots back into shape - I love the work you did for me Kassy, my hair looks amazing, you pulled it to just the right brightness, the price was very fair and reasonable.     I have been going to Annie for over 10 years. Retro Reds is a salon in its own class. I have had the pleasure of calling her my stylist and friend. If your looking for a place that will make you look beautiful and feel beautiful look no further. Not only is it the coolest looking salon out there but they use only the best products on you and make sure you leave there happy. There other stylist Kassy is also one of the best, they are unique in there style and work. No color, style or look can compete with them they make it happen. Love you girls, see you soon!

    I’ve been going to Annie for 12 years!! She’s the absolute best and I trust her completely with my hair. I found her after I went to someone else for a balayage that went terribly wrong. My hair was orange and had a straight line where the “highlights” started. She fixed it immediately and now she is my girl. I recommend her to everyone.

    Ive been going to this salon for over 5 years and I have never left disappointed. Annie (the owner) truly knows her craft! My short hair style always looks trendy and I get a lot of compliments from people on the street. I love the salons retro style interiors that Annie has created as well.

    Kassy is the absolute best! She always achieves the color I’m looking to get and is just the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. Even after my hair has grown out (my fault for not coming back to touch up as I should 🤣) I still continuously get complements on my hair! Honestly I have tried so many stylists before and wasn’t truly satisfied until I found Kassy, commuting from Miami is totally worth it 🫶🏻

    Very beautiful aesthetics all around, so you know youre going to get the best treatment. My girlfriend loved it, and her long thick hair got her treated better, where shes used to it being worse and more expensive for her. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a quality cut/dry/style

    I couldn’t be happier to have met Red. I came From the westcoast of Fl (3 hours away) to have her bring my strawberry blonde back after years of dark red that was not flattering any longer . She explained every step of the process which was comforting. Don’t think about it ! just book the appointment! You won’t regret it ! .I am thrilled to have found this salon.Post pics soon!

    My hairdresser Kassy is truly wonderful. After I moved back down to the area, I had a run in with a hairdresser who really did not do a good job. I was scared to keep trying, but I needed my hair fixed, and I needed a new hairdresser, and I was so lucky to find Kassy. She always achieves exactly what I want, and she’s very clear about what I can expect if something could be a multi-step process. Everyone else who works here is also very kind, and there is a strong reverence here for moms, so they’ve also been really helpful with my postpartum hair loss journey. I highly, highly recommend.

    Kassy had magic in her hands. I have never felt so feminine and so beautiful in my life. I also don’t think I have ever had as relaxing as an experience as I did with Kassy. True self care here.     I was recommend this shop by another salon who could not deliver my a retro/vintage style I was hoping to use for my wedding. I booked Annie, the owner, for my trial and wedding date, after going through her IG and showing her referencing and ideas I was hoping to accomplish, she gave the most amazing vintage styling I had ever had. She was extremely kind, trustworthy, amazing style and intuition about what I was looking for. I cried in my chair once she showed me the final look for my trail out of pure joy bc it was such a relief to know it was one to-do off my wedding list. When the day of my wedding came, she came to my hotel on time, kept conversation upbeat, gave me reassuring friendly advice about weddings and gave my mom a beautiful style at last minute request. I hope to come to Annie again to do other retro styles Ive always wanted to try and even attend of some her workshops as well once covid lets up. I cannot sing enough praise about her and the shop. The shop was adorably vintage, with cool knick- knack displayed on the walls, her shop was very clean, staff extremely friendly and Lady the dog was an absolute bonus to meet and pet.

    Retro Red is amazing! I’ve been numerous times and I always leave more than satisfied with my hair. Jenny is the stylist that always does my hair and she is so so talented! I always let her do whatever she thinks will look good to me and she always does an amazing job! The prices here are great as well! Very reasonable! I love Retro reds! Love Jenny for always making my hair cute too!!

    Went to bring my son there to get his hair cut. Amazing owner and staff. Jenny did great job on his hair. My son cant wait to go back to get his hair dyed lolUpdate* Brought my son back to get his hair dyed unfortunately our stylist wasnt feeling good ( get well soon) but she found us a replacement DJ who is just as amazing. The owner is incredible and the staff is too. My son absolutely loves his hair I cannot thank you amazing ladies enough. I mean if youre not getting your hair done here can you even say youre living life

    This place is a dream! Ann Marie is definitely a hair genius. She has been my go-to for years already. The women in her shop are kind and friendly- just like her! The experience is cool with the total time warp decor, and still all the modern and trendy hair, makeup, nails, etc. youre looking for. Definitely recommend!

    I was referred to Annie from a friend after she heard that my stylist of 10 years decided to ruin my hair by cutting it super short. I didnt want anyone touching my hair but it was just so bad that I gave in. Annie did a great job with what she had to work with. Is it what Id op for, no but considering what it looked like, she worked a miracle. She told me to come back in a few months when it grows more so that she can reshape it into what I had originally wanted. Unfortunately, the length was gone so thatll take time before I really get what I was initially supposed to back in march. I would highly recommend Annie & her cute vintage salon! Still going & never disappoints

    I come here every six weeks to get my hair colored, and even though I live a little ways away I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Kacy is a hair magician and keeps my hair looking healthy and gorgeous. The aesthetic here is SO cute! All the ladies there are extremely friendly and know their stuff. Highly recommend! The only downside is theyre a bit short on parking, so just keep that in mind when you go.

    Ive been getting my hair toned, cut and blow dried for about a year now with Kacy. I’ve always had problems with hair stylists over cutting my hair. I am extremely meticulous and hate when they don’t listen and over cut. Kacy knows exactly what I want and LISTENS. I am so happy I found her. I didn’t cut my hair for 2 years before I saw Kacy due to this. She’s been working on growing out my hair while keeping it as healthy as possible. Kacys work is amazing and her work simply proves it! She’s sweet and caring. I will continue coming to her forever. The salon is extremely cute as well! All the other girls here are also super nice and you have a good frame of reference to choose from. I highly recommend Kacy. ❤️

    Retro red is the nicest hairstylist in South Florida! she was nice enough to see me last minute and completely saved my look before my vacation. after my appointment I was feeling like a girl again after being shot down by multiple hairstylists in the areaafter my experience, I don’t think I’m going to get my hair done anywhere else

    Most importantly, Kacy gave me a great haircut, and immediately identified all of the imperfections that resulted from the last place where I had it cut. The shop also has a cool retro aesthetic, as one would expect, and Kacy and AnnMarie were both very friendly. They both happen to be very easy on the eyes as well, not that this has anything to do with the quality of their work, but it doesnt hurt.

    Shelby is the best manicurist ever! She’s super affordable and accommodating. Everytime I get my nails done Shelby always surprises me with the best of the best nails! The salon’s vibe provides a great intimate one on one experience with the clients.

    This place is just the cutest hole in the wall I have ever seen, but thats not what Im here for is it ?!I had long hair almost up to my waist and wanted a huge change in haircut .I found this place online and I am so happy I did.The owner Red is amazing, service is just out of this word, and the attention to detail (specially on a haircut and color) is just perfection.I am so happy I found them and I highly recommend them if you have a haircut in mind that is very intricate and detailed.They will let you know if that haircut and color suits you and complements you, which is what I would hope a great stylist will do!!!

    I first came into Retro Red’s Beauty Shop 2 years ago, and the first thing that I noticed was the environment; super vintage and stylish. Then when I met Red, Kassy, and Kacy I felt so pampered like I was at a spa, and I didn’t even do my hair yet! I had really damaged black hair and the next thing I know I have luscious bouncy red hair AND SHE DIDNT BLEACH IT! I kept on saying “I’ve never felt so pretty in my life” and honestly that’s the perfect description of this place, you leave the shop feeling like a new person, and you just can’t wait for the next time you have an appointment because it is that amazing and fabulous.Not only did I get my hair done but also eyebrows, makeup, and even feeling like a model when taking the after picturesI really love this place with all of my heart and I will come here until I die, best place ever!!

    What a great experience..! PETE is awesome and did an amazing job, a pure pro with scissors in hand. I can also see he is a master barber with the electric clippers.
