His attention to detail and skill really stood out, and he made me feel comfortable and valued throughout the entire process.The end result? The lady that cut my hair was a joy to deal with. She did a very nice job which was expedited without delay and very thorough. She was not annoyingly over talkative. She was very professional. I may have been out of my truck for 20 minutes total. I did not check in online either. So as far as that goes I give this place the highest rating because this is what Im after; a decent haircut -> $25 including a 5 dollar tip. I was in and out

Great service, no waiting. I pulled in and there was plenty of parking. Evonne took me right to a chair and talked to me about what I want. My hair is very thick, so l asked here to taper it up the sides and the back, thin it out and give me a shampoo and then camo for guys ( help wash some of the gray out) she did a great job. I got a superior haircut fast with a great lady cutting my hair! So if youre looking for a new spot to get your haircut at Supercuts definitely is the place!

The system you have of signing in on-line…doesn’t seem to make a difference…a this is the second time it happened and the girls behind the screen seem confused by the concept.I got there there other day …a bit early my appointment and I let an older man in front of me…. She asked us both if we sign in on-line. I did, he said he didn’t. She tells me to take a seat and she takes this guy before me and one other man who ALSO signed in on line.I don’t get it…a walk-in takes priority over me!!!!

Anne is GREAT! I just read another post about Anne and feel I had to add to my post. I’ve been going to Anne for about 4 years every 4-6 weeks. The reason I go to her is she carefully and consistently does an excellent job. She ALWAYS wants feedback during the cut to ensure u are getting what you want. I often make changes. Not sure what happened with the last review but I can speak on behalf of over 40 cuts and counting Anne is GREAT. She’s also a hard working mother who cares for her family and undoubtedly deserves the opportunity to make a customer happy before she gets ripped on social media.

Even though I now live in Pompano Beach, I continue to use this salon only for my monthly haircut . My hairstylist today was Stanley. He is PHENOMENAL!You can get a haircut anywhere however , being a Customer Service Manager myself, it’s the service you receive here is what makes the difference. The service and the employment stability of the Stylists is what I love most about this store.

Cindy is awesome. She always does a great job of cutting my hair. The people at this salon are friendly and it is one of the cleanest salons in the area. Cindy has been my hairdresser for several years so she knows when I walk in the door exactly what needs to be done without my having to tell her. Even as my hair grows out it keeps its shape. The employees work together to get everyone checked in quickly and even now when they are restricted in how business is done, they make every customer feel welcome and like an honored guest.

I had hair extension, I took it out by myself, but the hair was damaged. And it was really bad. I told Cindy my situation. She provided me with the best solution and best suggestion of haircut. She also helped me to pick the hair care treatment for shampoo and conditioner. Thank you very much for your kind advice and your wonderful service, Cindy. Your service was above and beyond my expectation. I will definitely come back.

I am a regular customer from supercuts since a couple years and like a lot of people I was afraid to get a haircut there since I was not aware about the employees. I started going to the one in Oakland and Andrews since a friend of mine was going there and I really like his hair style and I met a couple good hairstyles people there and before shut down the place in Oakland I met Cindy who got transferred to the store on US1 and Sunrise Blvd. She is a great hairdresser, listen what you want and then delivery a great style, She takes her time and patiently makes me look so good anytime I go there.Thank you Cindy for such great job everytime I go there.

I insist on Brett Weeks handling my hair and beard needs at Supercuts. Bretts technical knowledge combined with his customer service skills are top shelf. He is friendly and personable, but ALWAYS hears what I want and executes those requests to my full satisfaction. I also appreciate that he knows exactly how much chatter and quiet I need...a skill not mastered by many, many hair stylists. Out of 1 to 10, I give Brett a 10 in all categories.

Bretton Weeks is an amazing stylist. He has cut and styled my hair for many years. Not only is he an amazing person, but he is the best hair stylist I have ever had. He made magic with my long thick hair and was the best colorist I have ever had. He can cut any style you can imagine. I highly recommend Bretton Weeks to anyone, of any age, with any type hair. He is wonderful.

I wandered into this supercuts location back in 2014 when I had moved back to Fort Lauderdale, and I was greeted by a warm and friendly gentleman named Brett. It is now five years later, and I am still a client of his. He really understands my hair and always styles it like a work of art. I highly recommend him!

I really like this particular SUPERCUTS. You can sign in ahead of time on the Supercuts app, and get a time slot so there’s no waiting. During the coronavirus, this place is more sanitized than an operating room at a hospital. Brett is my hairstylist. He’s absolutely wonderful. Trained old school, and worked for years in Manhattan under the big boys, before he came to South Florida. I’m always 100% satisfied when I leave his chair.
