I had an appointment at 5:30 Tuesday with Arlene for a shampoo and cut. I was early and had my hair shampooed and washed by 5:30 (my appointment time) so i asked if there was enough time i would also like a blow dry. This didnt seem like a big deal at the time until someone walked in and asked how long the wait was. She seemed frustrated at this point and said 45 minutes. On her way back over to me she made a comment about how if i would like a certain service done it needed to be requested ahead of time and shook her head at me. Which i totally understand but this wasnt an issue when i asked in the first place. Despite the awkwardness of my blow-dry i will say she did an amazing job and i was really happy with the way my hair turned out.

After my regular guy moved to Atlanta, I went looking for a new place for haircuts. This is the 4th or 5th place I tried, and I was happy to find Rafael at this location. He listens, he is very friendly, and very professional. Most important, he has given me my last two haircuts which are PERFECT. I plan to make the trip to this shop as long as Rafael is there.
