Blanca was fantastic. She listened to my needs, I am trying to grow out hair color and get to my natural color. She gave me the cutest haircut and removed a lot of the hair dye. The color that was left over blended well with my natural hair color. She really took the time to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I will be returning to continue my process of growing out my hair. Her coworker was also very supportive and kind. I didnt catch her name but they were a great team. I visited as a walk in and was welcomed and not rushed. My visit was on Thursday around 11am. Thanks ladies for a wonderful visit and a brand new me!

When I first went in I was really unhappy with how my haircut came out (wasn’t too noticeable until I got home and my hair actually dried). The lady that cut it (Leisa) was really REALLY rough with shampoo AND brushing/combing. Honestly my head was really tender. Anyways, I was going to leave a bad review because honestly I was pretty upset HOWEVER, I called and talked to the manager (Blanca) and she was so sweet and offered to fix it so I came in the next morning and was so incredibly happy with the cut/fix and more importantly her customer service. This was my 3rd haircut since you reopened. I have tried 3 different stylists and although the previous 2 were fine, 3rd times a charm. Luni did a wonderful job and I was extremely pleased. She took her time and was quite meticulous. I have always been going to Cathy whom I truly love and hope she returns soon. In the meantime Luni will be the gal all future appointments will be with. Just returned from my 4th visit and I believe you should be aware of a small problem. I called on Tuesday and req Luni. I was told she would not be in until Thursday. I req an appt for Thursday and was told to call back the next day. I called back on Thursday morning at 9:45am to make an appt and was told she was to busy to make my appt and to call back at 11am when Luni will be in. I then called back at 11am and made my appt with Luni herself. Call me crazy but I should not have had to call 3 times for an appt. This is a real turnoff. I believe you have a problem with your staff that needs to be attended to.

As with many businesses in this industry, the experience is definitely dependent on the stylist you have. I went to this Supercuts twice and neither time did I leave with a decent haircut. I was about to switch locations when a friend told me to ask for Mary. Ive been going to Mary for over a year now. I used to have my haircut at ManKind (high end) in Ft Lauderdale. EXCELLENT service and outcome but very $$$. Marys work is just as good as any haircut I received at a fraction of the cost. I HIGHLY recommend her.
