    I love our hair stylist Eri. She is phenomenal. She’s also super sweet and accommodating. I love the way she dyes my hair. It always looks amazing whether it’s just the roots or highlights. She just cut my daughter‘s hair into layers and it looks fabulous.

    Today was our first time at Fantastic Sams. Emily did my teenage daughters hair and put highlights in for the first time and all I can say is “Wow” She really did an amazing job! She not only did her highlights but she also waxed her eyebrows and she did both PERFECTLY! Emily was great and puts her clients first! She will from now on be our family’s only hairstylist!!!

    Was looking for a reasonably salon for a new short haircut for my Granddaughter and this particular Fantastic Sams location was recommended. She was lucky to have Kayla so her cut and style and she is sooo pleased!!! And Kayla helped her learn to care for her new style with great attention to detail!     I have only the most complimentary things to say of hair stylist, ERI ZAJA, at the Fantastic Sams location in the Grand Bay Plaza, 18900 S. Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, FL 33908.Each time I get a haircut and an eyebrow wax by Eri, I leave feeling 10 years younger!She understands where I am in my fashion mode. She gets that I love the FADE cut but am taking small steps to the big FADE, if it ever gets to that extreme.She’s envisions in her mind’s eye what each client wants, and she meticulously and carefully goes about the cut and styling.She pauses; sometimes, she stops briefly to check in with the client for her/his opinion on how the cut is shaping up.I know this because I have got there early at times, and while waiting, I got to see first hand her finesse, skills and her impeccable customer relations skills.The lovely part of it all is… it ALL comes naturally to ERI! She’s warm, friendly and engaging. She has a beautiful smile. She’s loves being a hair stylist and beautician, and she’s creative and artistic. As I said earlier, she sees it ALL in her mind’s eye.At my most recent hair cut with ERI (8/19/22), I told her that I wanted to go shorter all around. I could tell she needed me to be specific, but she sensed I could not pointedly describe exactly what I wanted.Within minutes, ERI started manipulating sections of my hair, showing me different effects and asking me to let her know when I saw something I liked.In no time, she described what cut she would embark upon, and asked if that is the style I want. I excitedly said YES! ERI! How did U know?I left there feeling like a million dollars! I stopped at the Publix and Walgreens on my way out. In the parking lot of each, I got compliments from total strangers that I’m “dripping” with my hairstyle!! (I recently learned the slang word, “dripping” means stylish and cool, as in ‘rocking’ it!)I’m so lucky to have Eri as my hair stylist. I proudly tell people that Fantastic Sams is where I get my awesome haircuts!Thank YOU again, ERI! ❤️🌹

    I finally had gotten the courage to cut my long hair which Ive worn for 30+ years to short. At 2:00 p.m. last Tuesday I began phoning area high end salons only to find out they are booked or closed already. Before I lost my nerve I needed it cut right now! By 3:50 pm I thought I was settling by phoning Fantastic Sams; but I couldnt have been more wrong!I took a picture of what I was looking for. Haley Janowiak even did better than the pictured cut! She is so pleasant and easy to communicate with, understanding my objective. Haley totally transformed me to the point I was almost unrecognizable! Everybody INCLUDING my boyfriend loves my new do!!! Its Haley here on out for me!

    Ron is absolutely amazing! My boyfriend highly recommended him, so I gave him a chance instead of going to my usual Aveda salon. WOW! He did a keratin treatment for me that turned my big ball of curly frizz into beautiful curls. He showed me that I didn’t have to have short hair to have pretty, stylish hair. I’m 46 and feel beautiful with longer hair for the first time in my life! He stayed late to do this for me and gave me a discount too. He didn’t have to work so hard to do a wonderful job…but he did and I am so grateful. Thank you, Ron. You are the very best!!!

    I recently switched to Fantastic Sams San Carlos and Ron. I am very happy with the salon as it is clean, organized, the staff is professional plus very friendly! I like the fact that you dont feel rushed through as I have in the past. Ron is an extremely talented stylist who actually takes the time to listen which is rare! I have fine short hair that he magically makes it look thicker and full of body. It is also easy for me to style at home which to me, is a great cut! He has made great recommendations for my cut as well as products. I have found a new stylist and salon! Give this salon a try as well as Ron, you wont be sorry!

    Briseida is the best!! She listens to what you want, addresses your concerns, and is very detailed when it comes to your haircut. She gives the best blowouts! Jodi does a great job of running the place and I can tell that she loves what she does. The staff is very friendly and the salon is always kept clean. I would definitely recommend coming to this salon and all the wonderful stylists at this location!

    Eri Z is hands down a true gem for this establishment. I moved to the area a year or so ago and was unsure if I wanted to make the 60 minute trip south to Naples, to see my original stylist. Luckily, I found this location, made an appointment and said lets give it a shot....and boy am I glad I did. The location is clean, comfortable and the staff is friendly. I am now a regular with Eri and my specific cut has never looked better. Many thanks to Eri and and the Fantastic Sams (San Carlos) Team. See yall again in a few weeks!

    This was my first time coming in and I had the most amazing experience. Ron and Carly were an absolute dream to work with; I have moderately thick hair and have always struggled when dealing with it. The service were phenomenal — I was a late walk in and they did not spare on any detail nor treatment. When I left the solan, my hair and scalp were in the healthiest state they’ve been since birth. May I also mention, I got my eyebrows waxed, for the first time, completely painless and looks amazing! I will definitely be coming back and already recommended a family member to check it out.

    I just found my new stylist!! I called and asked if they take walk- ins and Ron said he could see me in an hour! The salon was beautiful and Ron is a perfect gentleman. I was greeted by Ron and the staff very professionally and when I sat in his chair he asked what I wanted. I said HELP. He then proceeded to give me the best haircut ever!!     Gianna did a fantastic job with my hair. I came in with dry, overly processed hair that was an unflattering color (that was done elsewhere). I came out with repaired, smooth, healthy-looking hair, and an improved color. Gianna is wonderful! I highly recommend her. Love her work!

    I cant say enough great things about this salon. The entire staff is welcoming and its always an awesome experience. I have to give a special shout out to Briseida. Super talented and skilled beyond her years. She will definitely get you looking right and make you feel like youre on top of the world. Whether you know what look you want or if you need help figuring out a new look Briseida is the go to guru. She is extremely creative, you will look better than you ever imagined.     I had just recently moved to the San Carlos area and was in desperate need of a haircut for my overgrown hair. I came across Fantastic Sams and was greeted by friendly staff, who were conveniently able to book my appointment for the next day! My stylist Haley did an incredible job with my asymmetrical pixie cut! Haley was not only able to trim the much needed excess but also take away the heavy bulk feeling from my longer side. She styled it more perfectly than I knew to be possible. I left feeling like I had just experienced a relaxing day at the spa! I would most definitely recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for a great experience all around! Great prices with an amazing variety of professional services!!

    Hi,Today was my first visit to Fantastic Sams. I have curly hair and needed a shaping. Hailey took the time to look at my hair, ask me how I took care of it, and how I wanted it styled. She misted my hair wiith a conditioner and proceeded to cut it somewhat dry according to my curl pattern. I have never had my hair cut in this manner but really loved the results. Hailey washed my hair and then added the appropriate products for my 3a,b,c curl type. I was extremely pleased with the end result. I will definitely come back for all my future haircuts. The staff were all friendly and professional. My new favorite styling salon. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

    Enjoy coming to Fantastic Sams for my hair cuts. I never really know how to describe how I like my hair to be cut but all the stylists have done a great job.     I took someone’s advice and went to Fantastic Sam since it’s closest to my house and I LOVEEE it!!! My girl Briseida did such amazing job. Nice salon! Her co worker “babysit” my 3 months old while I were getting my hair done. Of course I dont expect that everytime but that make me feel comfortable as 1st time client. Can’t say enough how much I love how my hair turned out. Bri put alot of work into it and so gentle. Thank Briseida you got yourself a royal customer. Will recommend them to everyone!

    I absolutely love my haircut! Mel M. did a wonderful job! She was very helpful with picking the right style for my fine, straight hair and the shape of my face. The shampoo with three minute scalp massage is heavenly. Lindsey and the rest of the staff are very friendly. She even called me to let me know Mel was running a few minutes behind so I could adjust my time. This will definitely be my new salon.

    The only thing keeping this review from being 5 stars is hearing an employee complain about her 5:30 appointment being moved to another book and hearing the whole conversation on the phone with what I think is the manager and after the phone call hearing her call people mother effers. Little did she know I was the 5:30, and that made me super uncomfortable as she was storming across the salon visibly upset and confronted my stylist about the possible switch. Other than that my stylist Eri was INCREDIBLE. She started easy and reassured me with every cut she wanted to do on my hair and made sure I loved it before I even got up. I definitely lucked out and am so happy with my hair cut! I didn’t even really know what I wanted and she helped me the whole time. I can’t wait to come back to have her for more hair services!

    I was so happy how my hair turned out! Mel took such great care of my hair! It was very damaged & my gray had really grown out.She colored my hair so it looked like it had depth, and it came out so smooth & soft after blowing it out.She also cleaned up my eyebrows so nice.Mel is so professional, yet very kind and explained everything she was doing.She helped me pick out products for my hair, and explained how to use each one.I am booked to come back in 5 weeks.I would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking a wonderful stylist!!!!

    My daughter got Dutch braids with Briseida. They turned out so great that we came back to get them done again! Briseida is a talented stylist and is great with children.     Unreal Experience With Briseida!This was the first time dying and styling my hair, prior to this I had only gone to a barber to get a quick cut. To start everything off the establishment as a whole has such a cozy positive environment, so getting comfortable comes naturally. Theyre also very hospitable offering a verity of refreshments to help you enjoy youre time waiting.When getting your hair done by Briseida you can really see the effort and care that she puts into her work. shes focused and very clearly puts her best into what you are doing. Something I personally really liked was that she recommended me to go with a lighter color for my hair so it would pop a bit more than the dark green I wanted to go for initially. I couldnt be happier with trusting her intuition, I recommend you do the same.After being beyond satisfied with the dye came the hair styling. How I previously said prior to this I had only gone to a barber to get a quick cut. so having Briseida take the time to really shape my hair to what I wanted was exiting and resulted in something better than I could Imagine getting with a barber. Once all the services were completed she guided me through how to style the new hair I was given, not to mention how to take care of it and what products would help keep it looking great.Overall I couldnt have asked for a better experience, the environment was great and eliminated any discomfort. Hospitality was superb and the employees only elevated all the other aspects. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking to get their hair worked on

    Mandy is the best hair stylist!! I get my colored, cut and styled by her every 6 weeks. She is amazing and well priced. I highly recommend her. The salon is clean and the chi and malibu products are my favorite. Also, the other salon stylists are friendly and welcome and help clients. Its a really nice environment.

    Made the appointment on Saturday for a Sunday cut. So far so good one day appointment notice. When I walked in, shop looked very nice. Things looked clean and very organized. Mel was my stylist, she made me feel comfortable. Explained to me the services, since this was my first visit. We talked while she cut my hair. Again feeling at ease. She shampooed my hair, hot towel and a quick neck massage. Didnt expect that. Ive had the same style for a lot of years. And I appreciate when your stylist does what you ask, and doesnt do what they want to. The whole experience, I would recommend. Also they have some pretty good deals going on. I dont want to share them, you need to go and experience them for yourself. Mel, thank you. Ill be back. I kinda feel my wife will be a customer also. 😀

    I went in with frizzy, sticky hair due to damage from bleaching and coloring. Melissa evaluated my hair and recommended a deep conditioner and trim. Her knowledge and calm attitude reassured me that I had not ruined my hair. I thought I would have to cut it all off. I have been growing it out from a very short pixie for 10 months! Melissa and Lindsay were both very professional and friendly. I came home with products to help repair my hair and hope that it will look good again .

    What a wonderful experience I had with Melissa H. and the entire team at the new San Carlos location. It’s a beautiful salon... I felt welcome right from the moment I stepped in the door! During this time when we are all concerned about staying healthy, I was thrilled to see that Fantastic Sams has put many health & safety protocols into place, including all the stylists wearing masks, and everyone very busy maintaining a clean environment! It was evident that they care about their customers. Melissa was kind enough to fit me in and proceeded to take her time, not rush me in and out. She was very professional and I got to see the close relationships she builds with her customers. I’m so glad I followed the recommendation of a friend as I will now be a long term customer of Melissa’s and Fantastic Sams!

    I called the new Fantastic Sams at the Grand Bay shopping center in Estero to make an appointment for a haircut, shampoo, style and an eyebrow wax. I talked to a very nice, Knowledgeable, young man named ADAM. He answered all of my questions about prices, services, an precautions being taken due to Covid. I was very much put at ease and was able to get in the same day. Wow, upon entering the store, this is not the Fantastic Sams of the old days. It was clean, modern, an very welcoming including from the staff. I was paired with MELISSA MEL M. She was a delightful young lady, professional, personable, an very talented hair stylist. She gave me the best hair cut I have had in years! Highly recommend this Fantastic Sams store! I already made my next appointment.

    I arrived for a 9 am appointment and was told that the stylist I was scheduled to see would not be in but Haley assured me that I would be taken care of and she was able to squeeze me in. She knew exactly what I was looking for and what my hair needed. In the end she worked her magic and my hair came out exactly how I wanted it and I am very grateful that she was there!

    I went in for a color, full highlight, cut and eyebrow wax. I called the facility ahead of time and Lindsey answered all of my questions and was so patient on the phone with me. She helped me book my appointment and answered my questions abit packages and price.The facility is very clean, and the staff diligently cleans as they work. The staff was very professional, friendly, and wore masks without fail. Krystal was my stylist and she was phenomenal. She answered all of my questions, and really listened to what I wanted with my hair and was very realistic about expectations. She spent a long time with me and was very kind and patient.I will continue touse this salon, and I would highly recommend Krystal from eyebrows to complex cut and color.

    Today, my husband and had a great hairstyling experience at Fantastic Sams Cut&Color at San Carlos Park. Jody is our hairstyler for many years, (also at other hair salons) and she is the best! Diagnosis of the hair at the moment and she does what needs to be done. Advice only products your hair needs. The team around her is very nice, and they consult each other. They have fun together, and a lot of patience. Wish I could give a 10 star.

    I was referred to Melissa and I’m so glad I went. She is fabulous! She listened and took her time studying my hair & face before recommending a haircut.     I have been a client of Melissas at Fantastic Sams for over 1 year and can proudly say I will not go to any other salon for services. The staff are friendly and efficient. The stylists are well educated in the latest styles and fashion, and their products and services are reasonably priced. I highly recommend this salon for all your beauty needs including basics such as a haircut to something more involved such as correcting the terrible work of another salon (*coughs SPADA).

    I have had three visits so far with Mel M at this Fantastic Sam’s, and my hair looks fabulous! She is very skilled at her craft and goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. Everyone at this salon is very friendly, and the salon itself is clean and modern. I’m very happy I decided to try this salon out!

    I havent had my hair colored professionally in a long time .. I made the appointment on Saturday for Sunday .. it was kind of a last minute thing. . Haley was the one who took care of me .. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and Haley loved it . . Haley was very sweet .. I loved the atmosphere of the place and the music that was playing kept me awake! The only thing I wish was she would have done heavier highlights like she said she was going to so the blonde would show more ... Now that it is the next day I cant really tell a difference in my hair than before I went in on Sunday morning . . .

    I just went to the newly opened Fantasic Sams in Estero, FL. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I have been with Melissa for 7 years, she just moved to the new salon, she did a keratin treatment on my very curly hair. She does a awesome job on cut and color too. This salon is very clean and brand new. Covid conscious and nicely designed. I highly recommend it.

    Krystal is AMAZING! So...I ended up at Fantastic Sams by mistake. I actually scheduled an appt at Estero Family Salon only to arrive and be told I never scheduled an appointment. Well, at that point I had already arranged child care for my son and had my whole day planned out so I began looking at other salons while I sat in the parking lot at EFS. Anyhow, Fantastic Sams came up. Their stellar reviews on Google are ultimately what caused me to pursue them over the competition. Lindsay answered the phone and was SO SWEET. They fit me in last minute. When I arrived, I was greeted by Krystal, my stylist. She was friendly, conversational, and consulted with me to discover my hopes for the haircut. After looking at pictures, she cut my hair. It was almost to my waist and we cut it all off into a fun, short bob! She did such a great job. Plus, you TRULY cannot beat these prices in the SWFL area. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.
