Walk ins welcome. I am anxious every time I go to get my hair cut. How will they do? Will they do their own thing, or will they listen to me? Their inch and my inch are always miles apart. But I always calm down as soon as I sit back in the seat. It is so relaxing to get my hair washed and the scalp message. I wish I had the guts to do some of the other treatments or a color. But plain old Cindy emerges from the doors, back out ready to tackle rest of this Saturday afternoon and the world.

I’ve been going to Fantastic Sam’s on Cypress Lake for 20 years. Shelly at the reception desk greets you with a warm hello and a smile. I always make my haircut appointment with Huguenot (Wen) and she is a great conversationalist and cutter. It’s such a good experience.

I’ve been coming to this location for two years now and never been disappointed, Nicole is a wonderful stylist. I have done many trend colors; purple, orange, pink, and red and they always turn out gorgeous. This last time I did a two tone red and purple underneath in March, it’s October and the purple is still vibrant. Everyone is so sweet as well.

I drive an hour and a half each way to have Honey cut my hair at the Cypress Lake location in Fort Myers, we are personal friends but we somehow accidentally moved further away from each other. I have thin hair and can only wear it a certain way, but I trust her completely not to mess it up. Fantastic Sams is very affordable, the Salon is nice and clean, all of the Sylist are friendly ad polite, and all of their clients leave looking great. Ive known people who go to posh hoity toity salons and way over pay, but end up disappointed. Not me!!

Booked the Dynamic Package with Alyssa for today. Based off an old picture for color reference and a description of what I wanted for highlight shades (which I know I didnt explain well), she NAILED IT. My hair came out exactly as I pictured it. Color/highlights can be a very long process but she was so sweet and friendly that time flew. The salon was clean and very organized with very friendly people. I highly recommend the salon and Alyssa.

I had my hair highlighted today by Nicole, hair cut 2 weeks prior . She had a mess on her hands with my hair which had been neglected for months. I wish I could show the before and after pics ! My hair is amazing !! Nicole came highly recommended and I can honestly say ,I was very skeptical of going to FS, really never heard anything good about them . I can honestly say this place is awesome ! The staff are wonderful and they make sure you are happy with the services . Last minute online appointment. For first available stylist for a woman’s cut. I needed a cut since I took scissors to my own hair (bad idea). NICOLE LUNA was a pro. That’s the awesome thing about salons like this that work on volume. My whole life I’ve gone to get the $50-60+ hair cuts and she did all that and more. I felt like I cheated the system when I paid since it was so affordable. Of course I tipped to make myself feel better. I am new to the area and asked for referrals on the site Nextdoor. Fantastic Sams received the most, so I made an appointment at the Cypress Lake Drive Salon. Everyone in the Salon is friendly and helpful. I was able to schedule my appointment on line with Darlene. I am very happy with my cut. I was able to use a coupon I obtained on line to lower the price. She also recommended a new product to use on my hair to cut down on the frizz. They signed me up for the rewards program, I will continue to visit this Salon in the future for all of my hair care needs.

Edit Update.Did go back to Fantastic Sams and got great service from start to finish......So everyone has a bad hair day. Even salons. Great people here.Today’s experience probably won’t be back. year-round customer. I walk in sit down nobody but me in waiting room. 10:35a.3 stylists working. Receptionist says come back at 1:30p. No option to wait, no explanation of why could not cut hair now.This post is my explanation on why I won’t b back. No haircut no hard feelings. Just new hair cutting salon year round.

It’s the most wonderful experience that I’ve ever been since I move here in Fort Myers . I can’t find the best place that could do my hair. Tommie Nicole did really an excellent job, she’s was nice and ask you want you want & very excellent in giving suggestions. Can’t wait to come back again soon. All in all everyone there is very fantastic. Highly recommended.

Yesterday I walked in for a balayage (which is a very long process) Amber took me right away and was even excited for her new project. It turned out better than I even imagined! She didnt try to rush anything and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I didnt feel pressured to buy any products but she did talk about what would help my hair. I wish I could give more stars, such a relief to find a good salon.

I have been going here for years. Nichole is a dedicated professional who is extremely talented and knowledgeable about color. Ask for her by name! Just went today and felt very comfortable with the safety protocols in place. Everyone was spread apart, wore masks, and surfaces were being cleaned regularly. FS is a great place and an excellent value.

David washed, cut my hair, and framed my face absolutely amazing experience restored my faith in hairstylists. I used to get my haircut from different people everywhere and I find that when you tell them take an inch they take 6 inches, not David he cut my hair exactly how I wanted, and I have a feeling my hair is going to grow out beautifully. I love Fantastic Sams and my stylist Jodi C. She collaborates on colors- style- cut. I get blonde hilights,extensions in natural colors and fun pink! She suggests products that are suited to my hair needs. After a visit with Jodi I feel like a movie star/celebrity!! Very Affordable so I can visit more often than those pricey salons. I have been a customer for over 10 years!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The customer service is second to none and the stylists ( More like artists) are both socially outstanding and professionally experienced. My mom my daughter and I love the FS on Cypress Lake Drive. We all go often together and its like getting together with family and friends. All the I am comfortable going to any one of the stylists and so are my mom and daughter. We always receive exceptional service, look and feel amazing when were done and have lots of good conversation laughs share vacation stories family stories and even encourage my 84 year old mom to try something new...purple on the bang is next for her...love you girls thanks for being so good to us....

Fantastic Sams lived up to its name! Like many people I suppose, I am frustrated yet nervous about the recent concerns about Covid. This week after the opening of the salons I made an appointment at Fantastic Sams. When I arrived, I could see the busy bee like activity inside as they opened. Upon entering, it was clear they were prepared, almost wiping my hand after I entered the doorway. All of the technicians were wearing their mask, and in some cases shields also, they had both. I was invited to use the hand sanitizer right away, a clean dispenser mounted right as you walked in. Then all technicians were on the same page, from sanitizing chairs and stations after each guest to constantly wiping down door knows, etc...They even have UV Blue light technology installed in their air conditioning systems to kill germs, bacteria, and viruses.The salon is gorgeous, and I love the community table which offers a work space complete with free wifi, USB plugs, and electrical outlets built in for charging your computer. It also was spaced out accordingly. Darlene did my service and did not disappoint. She offered clear choices, a hair growth system, and an excellent haircut after my color. Darlene told me how her owner paid all the employees while they were closed at full wages, including tips! That must have been a huge burden lifted off their minds.Complimentary beverages offered, excellence in every way lead me to know that I could bring my most precious gift in the salon, my granddaughter. That is saying something for me to say that.All in all, these guys are prepared and impressive. Take time to check them out, you wont be disappointed. Great job to the team their at Fantastic Sams of Cypress Lake Drive.

This is, by far, the worst haircut I have ever had. She did nothing that I asked. cut far too much off of the back, and seemed bound and determined that it was going to be cut the way she wanted. She was very personable, etc, but her cutting skills were totally lacking, to the point that I had to say stop - put down the scissors as she started to thin out the crown of my head where I am all ready having balding problems. It is so many lengths that I can do nothing with it and the back is so short that I cant even get a curling iron in it.(Not good since I requested that the back be long enough to still pull into a large clip). I ill have to wait months for it to grow enough to be corrected by some other beautician, and that still wont correct the length in the back...that will take at least a year!

I honestly went into this hating my hair, and would have shaved my head if I thought for a moment I would look as good as Natalie Portman in V for Vendetta. I left, however, loving it and thinking Im one sexy woman! Honey L did such as amazing job, capturing my California look I wanted, and I couldnt be more pleased!
