    Checked in online and made my visit much quicker, hardly no wait time. Jennifer did a great job on my mens cut. She was quick but made sure everything was right and I was looking good before she let me go. Great experience and will be using Jennifer as my go to.

    I typically have a decent experience. My last cut, as always was a #2 all over. It seemed much longer and I asked the stylist when done if she was sure it was a #2. She said yes. It couldnt have been. Its been a week or so and I need another cut and the top is not even, its longer on one side. The problem I have with the app is you never get to choose your stylist, its a next up deal. Hate it. After that, I doubt Ill go back. Plus she seemed shocked I didnt have a coupon, well if theres a deal going, give it to me and stop with the silly piece of paper or some email I needed to show them.Update:I had to return because it looked so bad. Uneven and too long on the top and sides. Jennifer fixed me up in a couple minutes and didn’t charge me anything. Gave her a nice tip and I was on my wayThanks for making it right!

    I get a great cut every time. I’ve been using the same stylist for many years. I’m able to request my stylist when I sign in online. The app is very helpful with knowing how busy the saloon is.

    Lynn gave me my latest super haircut and style that is perfect for me the last few times I have been to Great Clips on Gladiolus at Winkler. I have received many compliments, not only from the women in my Bridge Club, but also the men have commented on the style.I also have received many nice haircuts from Teresa in the past.I really like Great Clips. I can get on the reservation list, come in, receive the haircut, and be on my way within an hour! Great Clips, Great Service!

    Helpful professional hair stylistWould be helpful if they had a customer sign in pad because even on a Sunday they were busy and had to interpret the customer care to sign in customer. I did not use the application but even those that did were still checked in manually.I have seen and used the self check in before and appreciate the convenience. It allows the hair stylist to stay better focused on the customer experience while in the chair.

    I didnt check in online, but was still welcomed to wait inside. After a reasonably short wait, Jackie did a great job. She is soft spoken, friendly & was really gentle with my super curly hair! Will definitely go back to see her again

    Made reservation online and when we showed up to get sons haircut the estimated time was just about right. The lady cutting this day did a good job but didnt seem overly thrilled with her job. The waiting area is a bit cramped but comparable to other quick cut places Ive been. The pricing was fair for the service you get. Overall wed go back to this place if in the area again.

    A very customer-centered business, Theresa has surrounded herself with very competent, friendly and responsive cast of professionals. Their website is phenomenal and their offering of checking in remotely is a wonderful time saver. When Im on the road I look for salons in my location and theyre all pretty good, but this one at Gladiolus Crossing is a cut above, no pun intended. Great job all of you!

    Ive been very pleased with the professionalism at Great Clips on Gladiolus Drive here in Fort Myers. The stylist, Fawn, knows her profession very well. I never have any issues with online appointments and wait time is less then minimal.

    Fast service with a smile. I recommend Great Clips for repeat visits. The staff are able to give you the same awesome results very consistently. As a reminder to the lousy penny-pinchers of the world: tip your stylist! This is a service job and they rely on gratuity as part of their income, and they deserve it. Stay home and do your own haircut if you are cheap!

    Nice place and nice people. Love my haircut. Be sure to check on-line to determine the wait, as they do not take reservations. You can check in ahead of time on-line, but dont do it until you know what time you expect to arrve, so you dont accidentally miss your slot.

    Did not have to wait long. My husband got his haircut. When ready to leave, he had a medical emergency (fainted), the stylists were very helpful with suggestions, 3 patrons helped him to our car & he is now fine.

    I am a recent transplant to the area, and thought I would try the local chain barber. I love the online check in, very convenient. They pulled up my profile from my old state, so I dont have to tell them what do do. All my grey hairs were cut promptly and to my satisfaction.

    Great staff, reasonable prices.They only do one thing here, haircuts, but they do them well. They also do beard and bangs trims. Seniors and kids are $14, but, you can often get a coupon for less. $16 for adults. If you want a wash it is $5 more.
