Nicole knew exactly how to cut my hair to make it look amazing. She gave me tips on how to style and what products to use as well. I am so happy with my cut! It looks the best it has ever looked. Nicole is very experienced and was a joy to talk to while she worked her magic! And she is right downtown so you can enjoy an exceptional haircut along with downtown fun, from great restaurants and shops to rooftop bars. Nicole’s expertise is sure to exceed your expectations.

One of the top haircuts Ive received, Im extremely happy with it! I havent had anyone cut my hair in years but the reviews were too good to let the opportunity pass me up. She was a great conversationalist with even better technical skills. Knew exactly how to do the cut I wanted and I couldn’t ask for a better experience overall! 10/10 would recommend!

Always a great haircut. Nicole is very professional and super sweet! She listens and provides service you ask for! My hair is thick with some natural curl but the weight from the thickness flattens the crown and she is a pro at giving me more lift and style!

I moved from out of state and had to change stylists which can always be scary. Billy Jo not only exceeded my expectations. I’ve never been happier with the way my hair looked. I had an amazing hair experience today with Nicole! I booked a hair spa which was a first for me. I love to pamper myself (we all deserve it) but this treatment was definitely top notch. Nicole had all the amenities of a spa going on while she treated and pampered my hair. I relaxed with my feet up, a lightly weighted blanket for my legs, beautiful smelling essence in the background relaxing spa music. I definitely enjoyed every minute of it as the time flew by while she treated, and massaged my head, scalp and temples. But it didn’t end there! Next, she blew out and styled my hair which looked fabulous after the intense treatment. Definitely recommend this treatment and make sure you go to lunch/dinner after because you will look and feel amazing!! :). Thank you Nicole!!

Nicole is fantastic! I have curly hair (that has been thrown through a loop in the Florida humidity!). Im always a bit nervous when going to a new stylist (who isnt, right?!), but Im so happy with my haircut from Nicole. Plus, shes an awesome person and I really enjoyed chatting while I was there. Billie Jo did my hair and it came out AMAZING! Both her and Nicole made me feel so welcome. I showed a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and it came out perfect. I couldn’t be happier. Not only did she color my hair but she also added tape in extensions which made my hair look so full and natural. Cannot recommend this salon enough!

Sooo I just had a Scalp Facial with Nicole April.I have no words! I feel so Relaxed and Energized, at the time! The treatment was outstanding. Nicole got me very comfortable with a blanket, and bolster for my legs. And then she showed me with a little camera what my scalp looked like before the treatment. Then she prepared my scalp with a hot towel and I started to melt.Nicole used 3 different scalp massagers and stimulaters on me besides using her fabulous and caring hands. She also used 4 products on my scalp and hair, layer by layer, throughout the treatment.After the treatment we then looked at my scalp again. It looked so much better!Nicole educated me on the importance of taking care of my scalp. It was a wonderful experience. I am not exaggerating when I say I feel like a new person. I moved here less than a year ago and it’s been kinda stressful. I feel like this Scalp Facial has taken all of that stress away. Truly!Do not hesitate to get this treatment. Nicole has a very kind and caring energy. You will enjoy her!Karen Bianchi

I have known Nicole for a little while and I actually followed her from another place. Absolutely five stars! When she gets her hands on your head.. you can just feel how smart her hands are! Wow. She completely reshaped my hair and I love it. Then my mother had a disastrous haircut at another place and I brought her to Nicole and she repaired it.. thats not all, then my son visited who is growing his hair out and has a mustache and goatee.. she was able to apply her expertise and also reshape his cut so that he can grow it out some more. Nicole also educates you along the way! I love it. You leave feeling pampered and knowing that you have received the best quality Care. Highly recommended!
