    Trish, the owner was very knowledgeable and generous with sharing her expertise during my two consultations. I purchased a beautiful topper from her, which Iā€™ve received many compliments.     I cant say enough WONDERFUL things about Trish and her team!! I deal with multiple medical issues that have started affecting my hair recently - its thinned a LOT and started coming out in clumps in the shower. It took a toll on my self esteem - especially since I deal with the public for work. Trish patiently worked with me to find the perfect topper (bless her heart - I had NO clue what I wanted or what I was looking for, but she knew what I needed!! LOL). From the moment I met her it was a connection - she is so welcoming and warm. Encouraging. Patient. Informative. Always reminded me that we would find something perfect to make me feel more confident. Shes just so mindful of her clients and their circumstances!! She CARES - I LOVE IT!! Shes also a certified trichologist (hair, hair loss and scalp specialist) so she educated me on how to best take care of my scalp to promote new healthy growth (started the day I met her and have been keeping up with it since, already seeing new growth!!). At my follow up/pick up appointment, Trish took her time styling and cutting the topper to ensure I loved it - which OF COURSE I do!! šŸ¤©šŸ¤© She also sells everything else youd need (products/mannequin head/styling stand/rollers/etc) so its a one stop shop! When I left her shop with my topper on I felt like a new woman. I stopped at the store on the way home and though I expected to be self-conscious that others would know I had a topper on, I didnt feel that way at all! I carried myself standing taller than usual with more self esteem!! As much as we all flock to Amazon and other online retailers for things these days, I am beyond elated to support this local business in every way possible. Trish felt more like a long time friend than someone Id only met twice by the time we finished. Cant wait to visit for my next topper/wig!! I dont usually post selfies in my reviews but this had to be done. The naturalness of the topper is mind blowing!!! I cant tell where my hair ends and the topper begins. Ive already gotten SO many compliments!! Thank you, Trish and team, for renewing my self esteem!! I appreciate you!

    My name is Bonny. Richard is my hubby and he loves my new topper.I am new to hair toppers and I had no idea what to expect but Trish is such an expert in her field.     Im Carol Smith, and Trish has been my hairdresser for nine years. She is the best hairdresser I have ever had. I always feel great when I leave her shop. She is always professional and helpful. I recently loss my son and she came in on her day off to do my hair. I cant tell you how much I appreciated it. Trish is the BEST!!!

    Being new to the area I was in search of a salon that specializes in hair toppers, Hair Designs and Wigs by Trish Bagby popped up in my Google search. I made an appointment with Jaqueline and I couldnā€™t be happier. Jaqueline is very caring and kind, she afforded me a good amount of time discussing my options with the coloring of my topper to match my natural hair. She made sure I walked out with my hair looking better than it ever has. I highly recommend Jacqueline at Hair Designs & Wigs by Trish Bagby and thrilled to have found this salon.

    I am so incredibly impressed with my experience with Trish at her beautiful shop. I brought my 19 year old daughter who has been suffering with a disorder affecting her hair growth since she was 8 years old. Recently, I decided that I wanted to try to see if my daughter might feel and do better wearing a wig/ hairpiece. She was very excited at the prospect of giving this option a go, but she also had tons of anxiety, as the idea of taking off her hat in public was horrifying for her to even consider. Her past experiences with people who would see her uneven hair then begin with the whispers, stares and general rude behavior, turned her into a person who never went in public without a hat. I assured her that I read up on this shop and the fact that she has more than 200 reviews and maintains a 5 star rating on Google means that this woman knows her business. I came to understand that it goes so much deeper than just ā€œrunning a great businessā€. The first thing that Trish did was to bring my daughter into a PRIVATE room, and she locked the front door of the shop (knowing there were no other appointments until a later time). This brought a great deal of comfort to my daughter, as she knew she was going to have to take off her hat and she didnā€™t want to feel like she was being made a spectacle of. She asked my daughter if it was ok to give her a hug, seeing her immense anxiety, my daughter accepted and immediately felt much more comfortable. My daughter then discussed what she was interested in as far as a style & color. She only had to try on 1 wig, then the second one that Trish brought in was EXACTLY what my daughter was looking for. As Trish worked to get the wig on her head to try out, my breath was taken away at seeing my beautiful daughter with a full head of gorgeous, natural looking hair that fit her perfectly! I did my best to hold back my emotions. The transformation that took place instantly before my eyes was like nothing Iā€™ve ever seen before. My girlā€™s face lit up and she couldnā€™t stop smiling. It was a version of my daughter that I had not seen in many, many years. For the first time ever, I felt that she truly believed she could do anything that she set about to do. Her face was glowing and she was actually looking forward to what her future held in store for her, as opposed to the typical attitude of fear and incompetence that has been holding her back for all these years. Trish truly gave my daughter hope, she made her believe that her life was worth living and that she wasnā€™t alone! She told her about other young women who have the same struggles as her, that she has been able to help and who are very happy with the products and services that Trish is able to provide. Needless to say, we purchased the perfect wig that day. Trish took her time teaching my daughter how to properly care for her new hair, and how to style it so that she can glow every day moving forward with her new look, into a life filled with happiness and gratitude. Trish has given my daughter a whole new outlook on life, has helped her have some faith in herself, she is every bit of an Angel if you ask meā€¦ šŸ‘¼šŸŖ½šŸ’žā˜ŗļø

    My wife had to purchase a wig and we were recommended to this store. Trish the owner was terrific. Very highly competent individual with empathy. She was patient and explained everything that we needed. We purchased a great wig and she gave us some extras and even hugs. We highly recommend this place. Call and make an appt.     This shop has the best variety of wigs and toppers Ive ever seen. Its a clean and well-organized place, with comfy salon chairs for cutting, styling, and coloring. Theyve got this cool private room where you can try on wigs and toppers. Yolanda helped out my friend and me, and she really knew her stuff.     This was truly a great experience. I never wore extensions or other hair pieces and this was a whole new thing.The owner, Trish, went beyond and above, and is a certified trichologist which I really appreciated. Her talent to style and highlight the hair piece was amazing.I felt as if I had known her for years. The pieces are so natural and realistic.This is a whole new world of fashion and fun that has opened up.A great way to add to your hair or give your biological hair a rest from bleaching & coloring.     This salon has a magnificent collection of wigs and toppers! More than that, Trish and her staff members are wonderful people and make everyone feel so welcomed.     I left a voicemail that I wished to set up an appointment, and Trish contacted me within a very short time frame. The appointment was made for the very next day. I was very impressed with the size and set up of the store. Trish greeted me right away and suggested I look around and she would help me soon. We went into a private curtained area for a consultation. She helped me choose a color and wig that suited me. I was very pleased with the service, and plan to return in the future whenever I need another wig.     My experience at HAIR DESIGNS & WIGS BY TRISH BAGBY was absolutely outstanding! From the first time I walked into the store, I was welcomed by Trish in a very warm manner. She made me feel like I was her only client!Trish ordered another wig for me to compare it to the wig I originally found but was unsure of the overall color. She held the first wig for me while waiting for the second one to arrive.In the meantime, I was ill and Trish was kind enough to wait for me until I was feeling better.     My hair is thinning, and I received a very poor haircut and just looked online at options. Good reviews led me to stop by the shop this morning. To my delight, Trish and Michelle took me right in and made me feel so comfortable that I wasnā€™t embarrassed. They found me a perfect hair topper that blended perfectly. They explained that I can come back over the next month for any adjustments as I get accustomed to wearing it. I cannot say enough great things about their knowledge and customer service. I will always go to their salon going forward.

    I came across a great review on Facebook and was like I need to check this place out. I was not let down. Yolanda was amazing and she helped me find a topper I loved. She was also very patient and so kind and made me feel so comfortable. One day I had to take all three of my girls with me and they did not mind at all.     I liked having the ability to choose from an assortment in the store. And the ladies that assisted me were very kind and helpful. The price was way more than I anticipated for a synthetic wig (over $700), so be aware that they charge a lot compared to shopping online (one should weigh the pros of finding something in person with a stylist to trim bangs or add extensions vs. the cons of not having that when shopping online). Hopefully I will have assistance in covering the cost through an external source. I loved my wig so much, I wore it out of the store!     I am so happy I found Trish! I came to her because of all the 5 star reviews and because of her expertise with hair loss and her extensive selection of wigs and toppers. I stepped into her new, spacious, sparkling clean salon and felt immediately comfortable in a private area for consultations and wig fittings. Trish is a patient, good listener and I truly appreciated all the time she devoted to my concerns and questions and her guidance with making my choice of a beautiful synthetic/real hair blend wig that she styled beautifully.     I have been a client with Yolanda for years. She rescued my hair color from myself. It took a little bit of time, conditioners, and deep treatments to bring my hair back to healthy.     I have a small size head and most wigs donā€™t fit. They were able to take in the wig by sewing the crown and sides. The stitching is invisible and it fits perfectly.     Trish is very knowledgeable and super helpful in getting you in the best possible wig. I thought I wanted a wig that was human hair but the one that suited me best was a synthetic hair wig that looks better on me than anything else I tried on. The look and color was spot on. Im still in shock that its a synthetic hair wig. I highly recommend this wig salon and if there were 10 stars available, I would have given this place a 10.

    I met Trish at a girls night out event at Sola Solons. She was demonstrating how to curl hair and how to do a cute simple style. She was working on a beautiful natural hair wig. After asking a few questions it was very apparent that Trish is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and about helping people with hair loss. Her wigs are absolutely beautiful and so natural looking. I learned so much about the types of hair used, how the wigs are made and where the hair comes from. When she asked me to be a model for her newest wig, although I have no need for one, I accepted. Iā€™m so glad I did. This wig was so light weight which really surprised me, not at all what I expected.I would highly recommend her for any one who has a need for a wig or hair piece. I will tell anyone who I come in contact with about her.Even though I only spent a short time with Trish I can tell she is a kind, caring and dedicated to her profession and helping others.

    My name is Linda and because I was so bothered by my continuing hair lose I decided to peruse a hair topper. Checked on ratings and made a appointment at Hair Designs and Wigs.
