Upon arriving at Paul Mitchell FM, I was greeted promptly and kindly. I was introduced to Kendra. Kendra was friendly and genuine and clearly passionate about hair. I showed her some pictures of my vision and the end result was better then I could have ever hoped for or imagined it could be! Everyone I encountered there is so kind and helpful! I highly recommend Kendra at the Paul Mitchell School FM and booked my next appointment before I left! Thanks again Kendra! You’re a star!

I had Kendra as my hair stylist… and had the BEST experience ever. She is so personable and she is extremely talented. She cares deeply about bringing your hair dreams to life! Not only does she nail it every time, but she is always just as excited to see the end result. Her hard work always pays off. Teppi was also amazing during my appointment. Paul Mitchell has a great team and I will absolutely be back!

First time going to Paul Mitchell and it was a great experience. Made an appointment a few days prior and was given several texts to remind me of the appointment date and time. When I arrived I was greeted very pleasantly by a woman at reception. Jorge my barber was waiting for me with a big smile and a warm hello. When we got to his station we discussed the kind of haircut I wanted and Jorge chatted lightly with me as he confidently went about his craft . He did a great job. I was very pleased . Actually my neighbor complimented my haircut when I got out of my car. A great experience for $10.00 . AMAZING ! I’ll be back

Absolutely love my color by students Lorelyn and Abi, supervised by Teppi! They did a fabulous job coming up with a plan to makeover my grown out highlights and give me a beautiful gray-blend that will let me embrace my gray and skip root touch ups in the future. I appreciated the care they took to make sure everything was done perfectly. Honestly better service and result than many color jobs I have had done at much higher prices in regular salons. Highly recommend!

I want to say this is my second time going into Paul Mitchell for Laurelynn. The first time I went in for a bleach and color and the second for a haircut. I asked for something on the harder side- going from extremely grown out platinum to hot pink…(when I say hot, I mean HOT) and a shag. I want to compliment Laurelynn and her teachers for the fantastic job they did. Laurelynn is incredibly attentive and asked me questions and opinions throughout each service. With the instruction of Kaytelynn and Zen, she did a fantastic job. I feel so much more like myself than I have in a long time. I appreciate her so much for supporting my vision and making it come true. I am so lucky to have found my forever stylist

AMAZING 😍 loved the experience from the moment I walked in for my hair appointment w/ Katie my hairdresser. She was awesome & listened to what I wanted done for my daughters wedding..{complete hair makeover} I was cared for by ALL of the wonderful ladies like Tippy the supervisor/master teacher making certain all went well, and it DID!!! I loved the ladies how they give there support in unity of one another & how much fun I had as well...I was treated with kindnesses that I so appreciated & needed with all the shitz going on in our world 🌎 full of hatred..I Definitely will continue to frequent Paul Mitchell School as they offer ALL sorts of services to the public.👍😍🪬💜💯

I didnt know what salon to go to so I decided to try the Paul Mitchell School in Fort Myers. I had an appointment and they saw me on time. Annii was my stylist. She was so nice and WOW! She did a great job of my highlights/lowlights with dimmension. I have been having highlights/lowlights for many years. This is the first time I could see how pretty the color was before I arrived home (you can always tell with your home lighting), but it was. even better at home. Do you want color? Ask for Annii but hurry, she will be graduating soon. I also have to mention her instructor also...I couldnt see the spelling of her name it began with an E (sorry). She was great, too. I saw other clients walk out with great haircuts and smiles. No, I didnt know anyone at the school, I wasnt solicited for a good review. Its just me.Update:3/23/24Requested haircut and highlights. Jessica didnt disappoint so I made a future appt for 5/24/24 for a haircut with Jessica. Works for me. Thank you Jessica.11/05/24I returned for a haircut and highlights and I will return again. Thank you to Ragan, Taylor and their instructor Zen. Ragan and Taylor did a great job on my highlights. The color is lovely and I just love my haircut. Great shampoo too, it was very relaxing. I always have a great experience at this salon. This time, I had the pleasure of working with Abby (spelling?) who is a kind person and fantastic with hair! She gave me a great cut that let my naturally curly hair fall gently, instead of getting too intensely intertwined. She is very educated in her craft and she will undoubtedly do great work in her career! Thank you Abby! I still feel like a movie star!

Great experience! Loved the way Lainee cut my hair. She is absolutely wonderful. She listens to what you want and does it. The instructors are excellent. They are very helpful but allow the student to work on their on as well. And the price couldn’t be better. Thank you Lainee and Paul Mitchell I’ll be back soon.

A shampoo and cut. My hair was quite long. It came out shorter than I indicated but it is my hair also. Gets very curly after wash and I explained that but perhaps she didn’t understand. I wanted layers for depth but I say Long Layers so they don’t prevent me from putting the hair up afterward. I just don’t see “layers”. But, It grows back so it is perhaps a lesson for Me to be a better communicator.Lovely girl did it. Felt wonderful during the washing. Thank you. Will come back.

Mitch did a really good job on my base color. He listened to my concerns about my skin soaking up the dye and this was the first time I actually left a salon without the tell tale marks that I had my roots done. The highlights match the other parts of my hair and really blended. The cut was great and he approached that cautiously always asking if I wanted to go a bit shorter.I gave 4 stars because as a student there is always room to improve. I’m sure he will come up with better ways to save on time.My process took 2 separate days. That was unfortunate because of the drive time to get there. The shampoo was good but maybe pay more attention to the base of skull where I felt was not rinsed as well as it should have been. It’s a hard spot to reach. And those chairs are ridiculously low! Maybe attach clips to something closer than the table would have also cut time? But overall he was great!

I had my first visit at Paul Mitchell The School Fort Myers yesterday and highly recommend to others. I don’t think you can go wrong with anyone, but I loved Abigail! The consultation at the start was very thorough and informative. It felt like a partnership to determine what would be best for the desired outcome. I love that they share rough pricing up front so you don’t get to the end with sticker shock. It was a great experience, love seeing and being around passionate individuals who love what they are doing! Will definitely go back!

I had a fantastic experience at Paul Mitchell School with student LaurelLynn. She spent quite a while fixing horrible highlight and performing a color correction. The instructor was involved every step of the way. I am very happy with my result and glad I came In.the first picture is what I came in with, and the second is what I left with.

I had a fantastic appointment. My student stylist Jose #50 was awesome. He listened to what I was looking for and delivered! He helped by another student named Delaney. She was also very helpful and made the rolling process of the perm go pretty fast which I totally appreciated. Both were able to make recommendations for products and after care for my perm. I will definitely recommend these students and the school to family and friends!

I was a little nervous going in, but Madi was wonderful and did a fabulous job! She took the time to not only determine what result I was looking for, but also to understand concerns I had. Everything is alright, but I ask to cut my hair BELOW my shoulder, but it end up ABOVE my shoulder. Your students need to pay attention of what the customer is saying. Straight color and a haircut it takes me 3 1/2 hours. My hair is so thin and fine.

I had an appointment with Camila. She spent 4 full hours foiling my long salt and pepper roots to a gorgeous blonde. She consulted with me, asking questions, really listening deeply to the answers. Her team leader, Emily, was readily available to lend a hand or to advise. Camila was enthusiastic and highly competent every step of the way. She styled my hair better than any stylist ever has. My experience was totally positive. For a thick head of foiled highlights, toner, cut and blow dry, I paid $102. You can pay for the treatments with a credit card if you like, and any tipping is done in cash.

I went into Paul Mitchell with an appointment with Delphine for a balayage and haircut not knowing what to expect. She was great from beginning to end. She made sure to understand what I wanted done and took her time executing the process to make sure it was done well. She even checked several times to ensure I was happy with the results rather than rushing me out. She did an excellent job with colors and I love my hair! I definitely recommend Delphine!

I had an excellent experience at Paul Mitchell the school fort myers location the beginning of this week. I didn’t have an appointment with a specific student, but I had great luck and was put with Sarah Corzi. Sarah did a phenomenal job on my hair. She even talked me into doing a ‘money piece’ in the front and I absolutely love the way my hair turned out! She was professional, precise, and efficient. Not only was I impressed with her, but all the other girls that offered help were extremely pleasant with great customer service. I will recommend Sarah over and over again. The color, the cut, and the feeling is way above my expectations and I will definitely be back! Thank you Sarah for your outstanding job.

I have been going to the Paul Mitchell salon school for over a year and I am very happy with them. They have consistently given me great cuts and color. I saw a couple people complained about their hair after they went to this school and I would like to say first off that that happens in all salons and second, the remedy is to call the salon back and they will redo it! One time I received a cut that I was not happy with and I called them when I got home. Well they had me in the next day and a couple of the teachers looked at it and gave their opinion of what type of cut would look best on me. And they were very apologetic and the new cut was fabulous.Today I again had Shelby and like the last time she was great. I love my hair! And she and everyone are more than nice and pleasant.

Jamie #78 is probably the best stylist I have ever worked with. I have very long fine hair and she got me exactly what I wanted without frying my hair. She is naturally talented and you can tell she knows what she is doing. She is very friendly and professional and shes not one of those stylists who bores you with awkward small talk the whole time. She did a full highlight for me very fast and it looked AMAZING.

I visited the Paul Mitchell Salon yesterday and had my greatest salon experience ever. Vanessa and Rita were my stylists and they did an EXCELLENT job! I got a chemical relaxer, treatment and styling and everything was done expertly well from start to finish. My hair was unruly to say the least and I left looking and feeling amazing. Draya at the front desk was spot on in recommending Vanessa, and Rita was a great assist. Prompt service, great hair and product knowledge and awesome individualized attention. Will definitely visit again soon.

If you are low on money & have time to do it, its the place for a new look.Amanda & Amy are hidden gems learning their art. Which ranges from haircut, color, extensions, highlights, massage, manicure & pedicure. Waxing I believe is done too. Make up is done as well. Just ask if you need a service done.Wait time is slow they are students.This is a school.Teachers do not hesitate to jump in and show them a trick or how to do something.Had haircut, roots done & highlights cost me $87 & spent 4 hrs there.A small pillow for your back is a must & patience as well.They do offer free manicures while you wait with color. I did not receive one last time. A neck massage would have helped since I have metal in my neck.Not wheelchair friendly I watched.But they are all friendly & eager to help

I was very hesitant coming here yesterday. To have a student cut my hair seems like a terrifying thing to me, but for the price I cannot really beat it. A young man by the name of Nate took care of me last night, and although he did A WONDERFUL job, it is clear to me that his teacher Josh is a huge reason why he will be a successful barber.As a business owner I look for managers in all places. Josh was alert, attentive, available and hilariously funny. I wish he didnt care which industry he was in because I wouldve sniped him in a heart beat!Both student and teacher did a wonderful job, and I can say with full comfort now, Ill be coming here biweekly from now on.Thank you

I had a stylist that I was going to for almost 20 years, and he moved out of state....so I tried two recommendations and one walk in salon and paid an exorbitant amount of money for haircuts and color I was NOT happy with, and even as much as said so while still in the chair and all of them brushed me off with ....oh no its fine really! Really? Well I ran into a Paul Mitchell student at a wedding reception and she gave me her card which I held onto for 9 months and I finally called to make an appointment before she was due to graduate, and Madison with her supervisor, BeBe did an outstanding job, so much so that I had the most compliments ever on just the cut that I had ever received! So now I made my second appointment to come back for color.

Lauren was very thorough in explaining all of the Paul Mitchell products that she used on me and suggested a few, in which I purchased. Lauren also suggested other services that the school offers, which I was unaware of; I will be going back for a facial ($8-wow) and Keratriplex Treatment within the week.
