I got my hair cut and permed today at the Fort Myers location with the stylist Kassandra!! She did such an excellent job!! Very attentive. Always asking my opinion and what exactly I want. Very careful and patient. I will definitely be coming back to her. As far as the salon itself this was my first time in this establishment and I thought it was very clean and well put together. Very friendly. It was a very nice experience. And price was great compared to other salons I have been to. I would definitely recommend this salon. I love my perm and cut. Thank you so much. 😊

I have been using the same hair stylist since I was 21 (now 65) and have never used any other stylist over they years, so I was apprehensive to get my hair cut out of town (from Cincinnati). My wife, friend and myself all booked our haircuts at the same time. When I had the receptionist on the phone I told her that I was nervous about the hair cut, and she assured me that Anita would take good care of me. And I can tell you Anita did not disappoint, the haircut was fantastic and told her my situation and she took all the information my stylist provided me and exceed my expectations. If your are looking for a exceptional salon in the Ft. Myers area, look no further than the Red Salon. Thank you Anita, I will see you next year!

Kassandra was excellent! I’m in Fort Myers as a seasonal visitor, and this was my first time at Red Salon and Spa. I will definitely return next year. I had my roots colored- perfect match. And the washing/head massage was the best! Everything was top notch, from the nice woman answering the phone and checking me in, to the beautiful facility. Wonderful experience!

Rae-Lynne is amazing, she is very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and full of positive energy. I know she loves her job and cares about satisfying the customers. She was also very communicative with me during the process. She did perfect with my hair and I will be a new regular from now on. I’m very happy with the result and interaction with her through out the process!Lastly, the energy in the atmosphere of the entire place and of all of the artists is satisfying.

She did way better than I asked and I absolutely love it, Kathy went above and beyond to make sure my hair was perfect and I admire her skills as a hairdresser. I want to go to her for my hair appointments every time now! She helped me gain confidence with my hair and the volume that she gave it makes my hair look and feel healthy. She recommended some amazing products for my hair and I hope to get the products to continue making my hair how she did. The hydrating treatment she gave me with the serum has made my hair feel extremely healthy and silky. For the price of the cut and style was absolutely mind blowing. Her service was amazing ❤️

I appreciate the easy online scheduling option, and the convenient location next to my yoga studio. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this salon, Anita is wonderful. Her communication is beautiful. She consults everything in detail starting from hair to prices. I loved it. She made me feel so comfortable, especially that I went to dye my hair for my wedding which is in 2 weeks. I dye my hair blackest black possible & you would think it’s easy because it’s a solid color but if you have black hair you know what I mean… it can get messy… Anita was so careful and clean with it. Jen was my stylist. She was great. Very personable and good at what she does. For a luxury salon, and as talented as she is, the price wasn’t absorbent. 10/10 - would recommend!! Go see Jen fella’s, you won’t be disappointed! Ladies go see her too, my wife got some sort of color fade (what ever that is) she’s the one that recommenced I see her. The wife was very happy…. and that doesn’t happen very often lol. Also they have text reminders for future appointments, and if you need to reschedule, you simply click on the link sent within your reminder and reschedule quickly !!

I went there a couple weeks ago and I was very hesitant. I’m a long haired girl that goes to my waist, but I knew I was overdue for a cut with the damaged ends becoming more noticeable. I’ve had bad scissor happy experiences and just have my tail between my legs during haircuts now. I went to Red after looking at the reviews and I was set up with Emma after a long shift after work. I just want to say she was absolutely amazing. I trust this woman with my hair 100%. I asked for layers and I did indeed take a couple inches off. As a curly/ wavey haired girl with lots of sensitivity to products I find it hard to go to salons. Tamara did an amazing job not only cutting my hair but telling me how to take care of my hair and what I should be doing to get the best results. Tamara took the time to look though the ingredients in the products to see what would work best for me and my sensitivity which was a first for me. No one has ever taken the time to see what works for me and to say I appreciate what she did was an understatement!! You could tell she really loves her job and educating curly haird girls. The red salon told me she was their specialist and I can definitely see why. My hair has never looked so curly before. I definitely found my forever stylist finally!!!

Great experience, worth every penny. It’s not easy to find an educated stylist who communicates properly, offers multiple options and delivers. I got a cut, dye and style with Renato. Amazing. Years ago I went to Kathy at Red Salon, until she had to retire. I have wandered since then, sometimes happily, sometimes not so much. But I got hold of Kathy to see if they could fix the problem Id found myself with concerning my hair. And yes! It had to grow for several months, but I did go in for foils and after almost three months they look like they were just done. And after my hair cut today, I look like I used to look, and both my husband and I are beyond thrilled. Thank goodness Abbey is young and nowhere near retirement! Have known her since she was a young girl and am beyond happy to be her client now.

I think my hair dresser Christina did a beautiful job….: I feel like the break down of charges is annoying ….one charge for this one charge for that and then they ask for minor charges for things like “color prof usage” $9 what is that? The Amount ofTexts and emails for appointment confirmation is too much ….$1 deposit to make sure you’re serious or credit card works …. Again I go to get my hair done to feel better not to be inundated before I ever sit in the chair .::: aside from the system Christina is a good colorist …. Could offer a nicer waiting area especially with premium prices. I will see Christina again because I like her like her work ….my 4 stars is 3 for the salon 5 for Christina

I went in today as a little pick me up and came out way happier than I expected. Today was my first time at RED and I decided to book an appointment on a whim because it is close to my home.The salon itself is a fun atmosphere and gives the feel of an intimate appointment with your stylist while still being a wide open space. The music playing in the background is fun and upbeat while not at all distracting or hindering any conversation. And the salon is CLEAN! The displays were neat and stocked, the floors and counter surfaces were free from clutter as well as free of dust and hair clippings. No overwhelming chemical smells either. Just an overall pleasant place to be.The entire staff seemed friendly and were visibly getting along with each other, not just clients. RaeLynne was the stylist who took my appointment and she was AMAZING! We had a serious conversation about my hair and how it reacts to weather combined with my ideal look vs. the reality of the lack of time Im willing to put in for daily styling. She ended up suggesting that she reshape my bangs rather than just trimming them while I wait for them to grow out. It was a wonderful suggestion and I love my bangs more than ever! I also got product recommendations from her and she didnt make me feel pressured to buy anything (which is exactly why I bought 2 products).By the end of my appointment I was definitely cheered up and I love my new look! Other staff members actually made a point to come over and comment on my bangs as I was paying at the front counter - thats a really nice thing to hear (and a great compliment for RaeLynne). RaeLynne truly did a wonderful job! I wasnt expecting anything more than to just clean up what I already had, but after talking to RaeLynne she worked her magic. I would recommend this salon to anyone and especially recommend RaeLynne as their new stylist!10 out of 5 stars from me!!

Such a great salon! Christina was so friendly and did an amazing job on my hair color and my eyebrows! I especially liked that they did a follow up call to see if I was satisfied afterwards. I will definitely be going back!

I felt very comfortable in the salon. I was greeted by the front desk & escorted to the chair by my stylist Stella. She was very helpful with the little information I came in with, for the ideas I had in mind for my hair. She made the dim idea I had into a stylish, edgy, one. She was very patient with me choosing the colors I wanted. The cut we chose turned out so well... she took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the lengths we were taking off. She made my hair fuller & I left there feeling much better about not having to hide my hair in a pony tail!Stella was Great!

I love this salon. I recently moved here and like most girls I’m picky and require a bit of upkeep when it comes to my hair. I was referred to Ashley after seeing someone whose hair was just so gorgeous I had to know where she got it done! Ashley is beautiful inside and out and makes the vision that I have for my hair a reality every single time. I can honestly say that I’m the happiest I’ve ever been with my hair thanks to Ashley and her adorable and talented assistant, Noelisa. Noelisa recently graduated from beauty school and has an extremely promising career ahead of her, she’s amazing! These girls make me feel like I have my very own glam squad! The salon itself is really nice, relaxed and the entire staff is super friendly and just a great representation of their craft. Kathleen, the receptionist is warm, friendly and extremely helpful. She remembered me from my first visit and if that’s not the personification of customer service I don’t know what is. Red Salon is just an all around great experience! The prices are reasonable, the locations are convenient and it’s the place to go if you want to look great, feel great and have a stylist to devote your loyalty to. I am so incredibly thankful to have found this salon and that I will never have to go through the sometimes horrifying process of finding someone to trust with my hair again! I love, love, love this salon!

My hair stylist Paola did a great job, she did exactly what I wanted. Shes very professional and gentle. I highly recommend her.
