    I was referred to Gaby at Coconut Barbershop and Hair Salon…and babyyy, she did her thing! First, she accepted a last minute appointment request and washed and dried my hair (which I love bc it saves a busy person like myself some time). She’s communicative and accommodating. I showed her a pic of bob hairstyles with waves, and the outcome was better than the picture! She was able to take my bra length hair, braid it up (yay to a protective style) and give me the bob look I’ve been dreaming about without having to cut my own hair. I’ve lost count of the number of compliments I’ve received and have already referred so many people to her (so if you’re reading this & thinking about booking with her…you may want to rush!). All in all, my interaction with Gaby was very positive and she provides top-quality service. The barbershop/salon was also clean with a professional atmosphere. I’ll be back for sure!!

I love to have a conversation with my stylist, but I don’t necessarily want everyone to hear everything I’m saying so the music is nice for that too. I like a fun vibe!     I’ve been coming here since I reached my early teens, and waaay before then with my family (my “grandma” did Massages here up until she retired).     Phenomenal service and great environment. I went in to get a haircut with Terry, and last minute decided that I wanted to get my hair braided as well. They were able to accommodate me immediately, and I was able to receive both a great haircut and braids.
